Horrible…
I only went here for the beauty salon. The lady constantly asks if you want the more expensive service even though we clearly didn't. They don't know what they're doing with gel polish and charge crazy prices compared to other salons in the area. There's a lack of hygiene and we had to wait way too long for a second person to arrive for just a manicure.
My gel polish was wet for some reason, they did not let it dry properly at all and I had to tell them myself that it was badly done. Was charged nearly 30€ for something I could've done better myself.

I booked for my friend from Japan with her family and they were very disappointed and frustrated about the quality of service.
First and foremost, upon entering the room, they were immediately struck by the unpleasant smell. It was musty and stale as if the room had not been aired out in the days. They also noticed that the stuffy comport room was not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the room was disappointing.
They immediately checked out and look for a better one.
I believe it would be appropriate to receive a refund since they don't even stayed not even an hour.

I booked this place last minute via Agoda. The staff told me I could have booked with them directly for cheaper price but how can that be their Google phone number is not even updated. I booked a room for two but since we were 2 adults 2 kids and 1 baby they offered upgrade to family room. Which cost me 2500 per night. Their hotel entrance is a small Korean store and at the back is a stairs going up to your room. At first you can say its cheap but actually not. They are very strict though the staffs are friendly but they charge ₱750 per head if you go beyond their visiting hours which is 10pm. Their family room was ₱2500 but there are no other amenities included except that the Wi-Fi is okay. The rooms are a bit old. The water in the bathroom floor does not drain properly so overall our stay its flooded because the water stays stagnant in the bathroom floor. I would say it is pricey considering it is an old type of hotel with only one entrance but with cctv for them to only monitor people coming in and out and overcharge you. They will also charge you for overstaying even the reason we overstayed was it took us long to get back to the hotel due to heavy rain at that time. They charge ₱350 per hour for overstaying. No breakfast for family room that is only good for 4people to think we were only 2 adults 2 kids and 1 baby… If only had the chance for refund I would have moved to better hotel same rate or a little higher with better ameneties.
