Excellent location and very private. The front desk receptionist accommodated our request to have a ground floor room since we were seniors.

Affordable hotel the near of the beach of Bora, Quiet place, Cheap, And good outside, Has free Wi-Fi (It's slow), And TV, And foods and drink, etc.

Right in between station 1 and 2, near the action but away from thw crowd. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Bans is a budget stay that is a hop and skip away from White Beach. Rooms are spartan but clean. Airconditioning is cool enough. Service and amenities are basic but the staff makes you feel at home. What makes the location even more special other you being near white beach is the small sari-sari store in the area.

Less than a 2 min walk from the beach, Bans is in a great location. Close enough from the beach but without the noise of the crowd. Nice and peaceful area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with fridge and tv. Beds were comfortable. Lived the place. Would return and recommend.

The resort's location is perfect, right in the middle of White Beach, with a small alley beside the resort leading to the main road. (most places don't have main road access so this was a huge plus) The resort's staff was very polite and attentive. We enjoyed their selection of local and continental breakfasts. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the internet connection was fast by Philippine standards. The resort also helps with kiteboarding and windsurfing rentals on Bulabog beach through their partner, Greenyard Kitesurfing Club. If you're going to Boracay for watersports, this is another huge plus. It was my son's first time in Boracay and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay. We'll definitely be staying in BBR again next time we go back to the island!

I really can't see a reason to stay anywhere else in Boracay. This hotel is in the perfect location right on the border of Station 2/1. You can walk from your room to the nicest stretch of White Beach in less than 3 minutes, and the tour boat docks in about 5 minutes.
The room is basic, but very comfortable, and the balconies are a nice feature to enjoy at the end of a day on the beach. The bed was comfortable enough although very basic. The room had a refrigerator, as well as a few amenities (dental kits, shampoo/soap, and 2 packs of Coffee) not expected from a property as inexpensive as this one.
The part that set this above others I've stayed at is the genuinely friendly service. The front desk was always happy to help and offer advice. The housekeeping staff were quick to fulfill any requests, and the guard at the entrance always greeted us with a smile.
When I return to Boracay I will only stay at Oyo Bans Beach Resort, as I just dont think there is a better value for price, location, and service!

Peaceful, calming, great people, very cozy rooms, truly relaxing. Near everywhere. This is the place to stay. Simple, well maintained, balance with nature. You can hear the cool breeze of the sea wind. And chirping birds… definitely going back.

Nice place and relaxing to stay with. Its also a front beach resort so you can go anytime to enjoy esp. On a sunset or golden hour time to see or watch the sun goes down. Truly, a wonderful creation of GOD to enjoy.

We still here and have 2nights more. I can tell that their staff are nice.

It’s on Station 1. Very good location actually. Beachfront but boats pick up tourists and divers along the beach area that’s why if you wanna go swimming you have to move farther to another area.
Hotel rooms have been upgraded probably in compliance with the Department of Tourism requirements. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, limited TV programs, ref, Wi-Fi. The basic needs.
Reasonable rate for a hotel on Station 1.
My Balikbayan friends found the place nice, quiet, pleasant and reasonably priced. They enjoyed the massage and manicure/pedicure. No, these are not included in the hotel service.
