Cabins by Eco Hotels

We spontaneously ventured to tagaytay at night and booked a standard room here at 2am. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Specially the cat :3. The room was clean and well prepped. Our only problem was the heater. It was taking too long to heat until we just didn't use at all.
The rooftop was great, we can see the taal and it was a comfy place to stay and relax. Overall, great experience 👍

Friendly and helpful hosts and convenient location walkable to the Olivares Plaza and street food. Rooftop is lovely, we had our packed dinner there overlooking the lake. Rustic interior design, feels cosy and sustainable. There are barricades separating the hotel and the Ayala Mall opposite (probably to prevent jaywalking) so you have to walk a couple hundred metres to the pedestrian overhead crossing or roundabout. The first room we were placed in had no water pressure or hot water, also the air cond was not good. The host immediately changed us to a different room which was much better, although the water pressure was still too low for our liking. Overall a very nice stay at this unique hotel.

The rooms are small but cozy enough. Its quite noisy even in early hrs due to its closeness to public road. The staff and service is excellent. Would recommend.

Beautiful place without a doubt. Would be nice if there was a drawer or cabinet or somewhere to hang clothes, and a foot rug just outside the bathroom. Rooftop was extraordinary with a good view of taal lake.

I really enjoyed my stay and genuinely appreciate what this eco cabin hotel stands for. The space is on the smaller side, but it’s thoughtfully designed and functions well for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience special was the phenomenal staff — everyone was attentive, kind, and welcoming, which made a big difference.
I also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and especially appreciated the presence of the in-house rescue cats. It adds so much heart and character to the place and really aligns with the eco-conscious and compassionate values of the property.
One area that could use improvement is the towels and bedding, which felt a bit worn and would benefit from an update. Refreshing these would significantly elevate the overall comfort and guest experience.
Overall, it's been a lovely stay.

I would like to formally commend Ms. Crystalyn from the Front Office/Reservations Department for her excellent assistance. I mistakenly booked the wrong date—specifically the same day as the booking—and was understandably concerned, as there was no option to cancel or rebook. Ms. Crystalyn remained calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the situation. She clearly explained the available options and advised me to contact Agoda for further assistance. With her guidance and the support of her manager, Ms. Lorie, I was able to successfully rebook the correct date that I originally intended. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer service are truly commendable.

The room is clean, cozy, over-looking taal lake, and thoughtfully designed, making both humans and pets feel comfortable and welcome. I really appreciated how pet-friendly the space is, no stress, just a relaxing stay with your furbabies.
What stood out the most is their quality customer service. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and genuinely caring, making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. To add the pet friend cafe and restaurant to provide you all the good choices that you need.
Overall, a relaxing, worry-free stay for pet lovers. Highly recommended for those traveling with their fur babies and looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

I love the aesthetic and the dedication to being an eco hotel. The ambience and design is very nice, making the place very homey and warm, with plenty common areas for guests. The room is a bit small and the layout is compressed (e. G. Pull-out bed against the door, no space for dining in the room) while the bathroom is surprisingly large. Still, it's a great place to stay :)

Absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, spacious, and nice over view felt like a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, from warm check-in to quick, helpful responses to our requests. We’re already planning our next trip and will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a night and had a very comfortable stay. We booked the standard room and despite the size of the room, it is very cozy and clean. We loved their rooftop deck! It has an awesome view. We even had the whole deck to ourselves and it was a perfect chillout spot. Hands down to their entire crew! Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming.

The Hotel was in a good location and aesthetic. The room was cozy, clean and neat. We booked the room with a lake view and it was cute size perfect for couple. Their service and staff, Ms Lorie was very welcoming.

The place is cozy, homey vibes & feeling the nature kind of feeling (greenery). Very good service, kuddos to Jim who is very friendly, accommodating and professional. Will be back for sure. Just the water in the shower a little slow not sure why but overall experience were good! 😊

Our whole experience in Eco hotel was super nice and relaxing. The staff are so accomodating and rooms are clean. Plus points that it was a pet friendly hotel and uses recycled materials for the whole.

While the rooms may be small, the thoughtful design and peaceful ambiance make it easy to relax. If I can have opportunity of coming back to Tagaytay, I will definitely stay here again.
Plus it is just in front of Ayala Mall and has its own restaurant.

The place itself was cozy and aesthetic. We booked the standard room it was cute size perfect for couple a cozy and clean one. Their service was great and the staff was welcoming, they gave us a complimentary additional time check out til 2pm since we check in about midnight. Would highly recommend this place. Might have to change their door double lock since it was broken for additional safety and security.

Small tooms but makes up for its cleanliness and functionality. Bed is queen size and has soft bed. I like the cabin feel though its obviously a facade…
Room 1 has not much view but room 15 on second floor has a small view.
One of the things I like is its arts display. And its DIY furnitures.
