This hotel does not feel secure. My motorcycle was stolen while parked on the hotel premises, and the property appears to rely mainly on CCTV cameras without visible security personnel on duty. The incident caused significant inconvenience and concern for us during our stay.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel appears to have inadequate security measures, which raises serious concerns about guest safety and the security of vehicles and personal belongings on the property.
What was even more frustrating was the lack of concern and accountability from the owner. Rather than showing genuine care for guests’ concerns, management seemed indifferent and unwilling to address issues properly.
The staff were also not accommodating and did little to help when assistance was needed. Good customer service starts with listening to guests and making an effort to resolve concerns, but that was not my experience here.
I hope the management takes guest safety, security, and customer service more seriously in the future. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
