Good food. Clean and cool breeze on top of the mountain overlooking the laguna lake.

We stayed for two days in this resort. The facade looked appealing as you are presented with an infinity pool that looks nice to swim in. However the utter dissapointment began as soon as we used their function room. There was a busted light, the room. Was too dark, the projector installed had to be replaced by our own projector because it. Was too dim. The c. R. Smelled like someone had smoked prior to our arrival. I was again very disappointed as soon as we checked into Rm. 208. The room was big, however there was a very awful odor as soon as we opened the c. R. Door. It smelled like someone was recently murdered there and they just cleaned the area and sprayed air freshener to mask the stench. The bed was also big and comfortable. The toiletries were labelled organic which seemed okay. However, the towel looked reused and laundried several time thus the stains and discoloration. The breakfast was okay, however their plates and cups are old and very dirty. Overall, the hotel is not well maintained. To think this is a 4 star hotel. I sugest do not waste your time here. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Awesome place. Grounds are Beautiful! Food is great, they cater to American tastes too. Highly recommend.

We had our company teambuilding and christmas party abd I can say the staff were very corteous and very helpful.

This resort is beautiful and very accommodating. The food from the casino is very good. The Olives restaurant food wasn't so good but the service was great. The karaoke and pool kept my wife and I entertained. I recommend this resort.

Place is basically good. Rooms are big. Beds are big and comfy but facilities need to be improved. Service also.

Watched Parokya ni Edgar's concert here for Oktoberfest. Haven't tried the other facilities though.

Despite its spacious room, clean sheets and comforter, various amenities, the room was poorly maintained with leaky faucets and malfunctioning toilet bowl.

Best place for vacay near Manila. Love their swimming pool overlooking Laguna lake. Casino however is small but you can do much more, golf, archery, etc. Food is not great though.

Good place for a short vacation. Their notable amenities are the pool, ballroom, and casino. What they lack in the quality of food, they make up for their good customer service. Accommodations are a bit old but definitely cozy. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Each of the staff members are very nice. Any time you are walking around, staff members will speak to you and say hello. Very respectful and professional. Beautiful scenery. Good food at the restaurant. I was with a large group and two of the employees, Jhay at the restaurant and Franz at the front desk, were extremely helpful to accommodate my group and make our stay pleasant. When any situation arose, they helped to solve it immediately. This is a great place to stay.
