Full of insect. The bed isn't good.

It's only look nice in the picture when checked in I paid 3 days without checking the room situation because the pictures made me confident of my expectation and so much disappointed it's so disgusting specially the bathroom how you gonna take a bath comfortably with water stuck on the floor and also brushing teeth and face I have to wait the water go down curtain are so old and dusty clothing cabinet so old and dirty I dare not to hang our clothes and toweland staff are not friendly specially the night shift lady at the information.
I will never come back and not recommendable. I asked the night shift lady I want to get refund of my two days advanced payment because I feel uncomfortable of the room I want to find another hotel but she said they cannot give the refundalso at ist night mosquitoes welcome us! and dust all around the corners specially the window side.

Rooms were very dirty the tap from the sink not working hair on every corner of the room dust everywhere AC clogged with dust and not working properly they haven’t done any major maintenance for years I think no one checks the room before a guest checks in lazy housekeeping.

Poor facility… building is old…

900 for 12 hours check in time is 0000 to 1200. Worthy for it's price. Within the vicinity of a major mall and entertainment bars. Polite staff and decent Wi-Fi speed.

Beat up hotel rooms and facilities. Good for budget travellers. Do explore the surroundings.

We visited the place on May 26, 2018 a Saturday. In going there we commuted via bus (Victory Liner) from Pasay City at 6am scheduled departure. We dropp.

Friendly staff, many amenities nearby and good rates. Walking distance to Robinson's Place Mall, a Seven Eleven and restaurants across the street. The cleanliness is okay.

Do not come here! CockRoaches everywhere. Did not open my bags. Stay away.

Decent place to stay cheap rates and the staff are rather polite near the embassy and the mall both are easily within walking distance.

Great location and wonderful staff. The Wi-Fi is off/on but ok. Price is affordable.

There are some small rooms some are spacious. Needs to improve the HOUSE KEEPING skills for cleaning rooms. (attend seminars). First day we went there I experienced alot of inconvenience… The rooms stink, some lights are broken, Phone are not working. And worse is. When I asked the front desk officer to make up my room. A guy came up and he brought a broom and he ask me to clean it myself when I ask him Why me? and he said that is not part of his job! What the H***! Nevertheless, The service is good. Staff just needs a proper training.

Small rooms. Useless Wi-Fi. Defective phone.

I loved this place very affordable and the room. Looks elegant and the staff are always smiling. Great job guys.

Its so nice hotel and the people work there all good and can help u always any time its the past hotel I see in Philippines im always go many hotel 4star and 3 and 2 and 5 but like that hotel silver oaks hotel I didn't see its so near to Robinson mall and all restaurant and bar and so safety I will always stau at that hotel silver oaks.

It was a good experienced staying in this hotel, location are good, staff are so friendly, approachable, and very accomodating, surroundings are quite neat and clean, the rooms are pretty good with a good air conditioning, with some appliances like microwave oven and mini refrigerator and flat screen TV, bathroom are perfect too with a hot and cold shower, plus free Wi-Fi and breakfast inclusive, it's very close to the US Embassy you can walk to get there, and shopping centers too would love to stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Manila soon. :D.

I would like to say a big Thank You! to the front desk staff, in particular Jeanella who played and held my 9 month old son for at least 30 minutes just so I could read the morning paper.
No matter the condition or price of the room, it is how you are treated that matters.

Terrible costumer service! I hate this place!
