Good staff and owner. The rooms is always clean and good smells.

Two bedroom apartment. Non-smoking room, but can I smoke on the terrace?

Hotel well located but the area advertised is not the one that was planned on the booking reservation site, attention! Breakfast really not terrible, this hotel is made for 1 or 2 nights maximum!

Moldy rooms and bathrooms. The bathroom, shower floor is constantly wet! I was sick all the days I stayed there! Staffs refuse to grand me a transfer to another room. Gym equipment are rusty staff said that patrons are handling equipment with sweaty hands! You want to get suck in the Philippines? This is the place to be! The elevator was a joke too! Smelly, no air and people are very rude/ pressing close bottom before people could get in. The building has almost 50 floors. Elevators are very slow and you have yo ride with the service crew and with their dirty laundry carts, cleaning equipment and dirty mops, murnitures to be delivered to different floors/rooms.

The room was nice and spacious and the check in was quick. You sometimes have to wait a long time for a lift though as its in a shared building and there does not seem to be much security.

Had good nor bad to comment.
First, I booked the room online on a pay at hotel terms, I wasn't aware that the property already made a pre-payment on my card. A negative points.
Second, was so happy coz they allow a very early check in. They were also asking for a cash deposit but unfortunately I dont have enough cash on hand but the lady receptionist allow me to just leave my id for a while. A double plus points.
Thirdly, I booked an exexutive twin room / with 2 single beds but the room that was given was a King bed room. So they apologized and to make it quite even they brought an extra bed. A positive — negative points.
Lastly, check — out was so smooth. A plus points for them.
I was a regular guest of the Birch Tower's Condotel and it was my 1st time at JMM. Definitely I will come back.

Views of our room. 47F. The Restaurant is really small… Anyway, food is not bad. Swimming pool and gym is acceptable.

Its near for everything but the Elevator takes time to go up.

My friend booked an apartment type room. It was very nice. Spacious bed. And a complete kitchen.

The hotel staff is very good but the room AC not working good and food dont have quality and variety but over all experience is ok.

Nice Hotel would recommend close to everything very central shopping centre near buy easy access too, friendly customer staff good price for 2 adults and 1 child on the 38th floor great views of city and Manila Beach.

I've stayed here a lot. My stay was so so nice plus its amazing city view. Staff are very friendly and one of my most stayed hotel in Manila :)

This hotel is situated at a very nice location, close Robinson Malate. The rooms are in nice and fully furnished.

Beautiful view from the window. Breakfast was very good. The room also had a kitchen which is likely to be convenient for stays of more than two days.

I loved the place. The staff were helpful and extremely nice. The rooms were clean and as shown in the pictures. The location is great! I stayed for one night but it was worth it. The only issue we've had is the elevator, you have to wait a lot since it's a big building with many floors.

Comfortable room with a nice view. Close to robinsons malate.

The hotel is located in a brand new high-rise, where you can stay over everyday life in Manila. Good, decent staff, clean and stylish. Inside all worthy.

This place is not what you expect to be like in their picture! Bathroom is dirty and there's crawling stuff coming outnof the drainagr. Go somewhere else!
