Very nice and comfortable room,, and good services,, thank getzhotel.

Customer service. — please train your staffs how to handle complaining customers. We complain because their is something wrong that we want to be fix but with our experience front desk girl seems to be annoyed when customers complain something. Tsk may 2 2019 night whoever she was. But kudos to kuya the one who helped us moved our things to other rooms he told us the truth about the network problem we were complaining and he also apologized for the inconvenience unlike the front desk girl. But overall, the staffs are great expect for that one. CLEANLINESS — I found some small cockroaches in the comfort room.

They served the best Crispy Tadyang, Crispy Kambing! And oh my the chicharon bulaklak is the best! ❤️❤️❤️ staff are attentive and courteous!

Very tiny room. It's just the bed. TV has only 4 channels. No soap and shampoo was provided during my stay. Air conditioner sounds like a diesel generator when you turn it on and it's located just beside the bed. Stay away.

The rules are a bit too strict, you shouldn't have to pay more if there are more than two people in the room, added to the fact that the staff is a bit cranky.

I stayed here at their family room with friends for a night. Facility isn't bad for the price. We had neat room with just a rowdy air-conditioner. Staff don't seem to know what customer service is. First, they let us wait almost an hour at the lounge to get the room ready. We've waited at the lobby small restau and had shake… which didn't taste like one at all. Anyways, we went to our room and expecting a bit of relief since had a long day outside on a scorching season, just to find out our air-con was still turned-off. We thought we're done with the annoying part but there's more. At around 3PM we got suddenly anxious about these pips slamming the door. It happened twice and was really nervy. I called front-desk and was told they were guests who bumped into wrong room. Overall, I'd be rating this 4 if not for the staff service and poor security.

Exonomical, functional, simple.

The elevator was under maintenance when we were at getz hotel. The elevator stopped on 3rd floor, the lights went off, it was also really hot inside the elevator and we waited for minutes, for it to be fixed. I hope it won' t happen to other customer. It was really a bad experience. it was supposed to be a place to rest, not to stress.

Expensive for what you get. Old fashion bedsheets, a bed that's making so much noise, a very small blanket, they don't accept creditcard. (but there is a sign they accept)

Its very accessible to the DOHcentral office, lrt station and the SM.

There is a lot of insects and the AC making a lot of noise.

They charge for every thing… The blanket are really thin and air conditioner make some sound. The room was clean but was bit small. They serve free breakfast in the morning.

By far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at! They look at you like your using the hotel as some kind of sex trade. Total Dis-respect for my girlfriend and I. Front desk staff is rude and the rooms are creepy. I'm being nice when I give one star. This is more like 1/4 star.

I never felt the hospitality of the staff when I stay in this place. Very poor service!
