3/5 Pros: — Room is very spacious — AC working properly — Bed is comfortable — Front of the house staff were courteous, very welcoming — Location is really ideal since everything you might need is within walking distance — Check in was quite fast and hassle-free Cons: — There was nothing good to watch on TV (Good channels like HBO, Cartoon Network, even PBO were unavailable) — No laundry bag. Trash bins had no garbage bags. Had to request — Lighting is dim. Even the hallways were quite dark. — Reception area was TOO quiet. 2nd floor (which was under renovation) that connects to Eastwood Mall was quite darkand a bit reepy. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to turn on some lights. — Breakfast buffet was very limited. The smaller hotel outside Eastwood had more choices. All in all, I would consider going back but maybe after they have finished their renovations and hopefully improve their ambiance.

Nice service great atmosphere and the food was great and had big serving!

Booked this hotel directly to their sales officer and upon checking in, they upgraded all our booked rooms from Queen to King Premier Suite. Our rooms was huge and can fit a group that’s why we can move easily at eat properly. The hotel staff are kind enough with our request/s and they’re not also strict during our wedding preparation last February 24-26. Thank you for being part of our big day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

KUDOS to the staff & crew as they took good care of my needs for my 10 day quarantine. From day 1 that I arrived, they were all smiles to help and assist. From the security to the front desk all the way to the kitchen staff, house keeping & room service, you all did an amazing job. Had drainaige problem with the 1st room they assigned but once needed to transfer to another room, they did not hesitated to transfer me. Keep up the smiles and good work and STAY SAFE ALWAYS🙂🙏👍

I'd like to commend the friendly personnel for being so accommodating when my mother-in-law checked in yesterday. It's pandemic and I know that they are under staff but still all our requests were accommodated even during the booking stage. Definitely I'll give them a 5 star for their excellent customer service with a heart. Good Job and Kudos to all.

Food is great! Service is impeccable!

May Ann claiming to be the manager is the worst customer service ambassador of your brand. She is not willing to do the extra mile for a customer. Even lending us a phone to contact Agoda to fix our booking. In the end, we just cancelled our booking to your hotel. Someone should replace her especially this time that a lot of people are looking for a job in the hospitality industry.

The place has good vibes and pleasant to stay inn.

Appalling! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in ever!
Where do I start? My son has allergies and no matter how many times I told them they kept putting mayonnaise on everything that was ordered (even though it didn’t state that mayonnaise was on anything on the menu)
The staff are all like robots, so fake, absolutely no soul in the hotel… all I heard was”I’m so sorry mam” “mam I’m so sorry” I booked some in house massages before 6pm and the earliest they could organise was 10:30pm… I agreed even though the time was inconvenient… at 11pm they still hadn’t arrived… when I called reception. “I’m so sorry mam they are on their way”… from where? Australia! The foyer looks very welcoming but that’s where it stops, the rooms are tired and old, very outdated and stuffy. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else!

Worst experience!
1. I'm a pumping mom. Before we booked, we confirmed if there's a mini fridge (which technically is a basic for all decent hotels now), they confirmed YES. Upon check-in, there's only a chiller. We let this go since the staff offered to just keep my milk in their kitchen ref.
2. No Wi-Fi in our room. As in the hotel Wi-Fi isn't even coming out of the options! WTF. We only see it when we step out into the hallway. They will restart daw (mygooood), but it's been 15mins & no Wi-Fi pa rin.
3. When we washed our hands, we found out the water drainage isn't working. The "cover" was stuck. When the technician came up, apparently sira & he had to fix something below the faucet just so it would pop up.
4. When I took a shower, same thing! The cover for the drainage was stuck! They told us to twist one of the knobs so it would pop but nothing happened even after trying for minutes. Again, someone came up and said sira! We are still waiting for updates, but this is, by far, my worst hotel experience, EVER.

The hotel is connected to the malls. There are lots of places to go shopping or dine and wine. The rooms are very clean and spacious too. Great staff.

Stayed here for the 2nd time. It's a nice and clean place to stay while in the area. Staff provides excellent customer service from check in (Kaye) to the restaurant staff and concierge assistants. The Cafe serves delicious local and foreign dishes and priced just right.

Richmonde Hotel is convenient for persons who are visiting the Eastwood Commerical District. It is the only hotel found inside Eastwood City.

Needs serious renovation for rooms. Especially they need do something about pest/insect infestation… Experienced presence of cockroaches and other small insects in bathroom and under wooden furniture during my stay.

Incredible location, breakfast is top notch, rooms are spacious and cozy.

Went here for father's day dinner buffet. The buffet is smaller than the usual 5 star hotels but you don't get to eat that much anyway. I like the food selection from the buffet as they have meat, veggies, fish, and shrimp tempura! I actually were able to eat most of the food selection and I can say they are quite good. I will be back here for sure if they will have another lunch or dinner buffet. The place is clean and staff is friendly. They also have valet service or you can park your self. It's right beside the Eastwood Mall so after dinner we went to the mall. There is a bridge/walkway on the 2nd floor going to the mall which I find very convenient.

We went for the bakery, we had ordered a cake. It was so good. Definitely recommend!

Definitely a great location in a nice area where clean, peaceful, beautiful lots of shops and restaurants. Very friendly service and tasty food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. However disappointing the following: The air conditioner is very bad groin, just a torment. The room was very clean. The rooms are OK, all basic amenities are available, but not new and not always clean.

Eastwood Richmonde Hotel was very accomodating. Their hospitality and service was also superb. Facilities was amazing but the pool was kinda little imo. Overall, we liked our stay and especially their services when they hosted the wedding reception of my sister.

Nice place to stay. Wala nga kang vidae sa banyo but what I dnt u derstand in the hotel was the bath tub na meron push n pull shower afar fr9m that meron ding ceiling shower? Kung gagamitin m9 ang pull shower pra gawing vidae malayo ang agwat? Anyway just saying.

Convenient location, 1hr drive from Manila International Airport. The buffet breakfast & Lunch are delicious. Must try the platter of breads and pastry. Rooms are very well maintained and give right ambiance. It's located in heart of Eastwood City.

A great hotel, if you are looking for accommodations comparable to what you might find in major cities in most any corner of the world, ie it's expensive relative to more "local" options, but offers clean rooms, a GREAT breakfast buffet, and standard hotel services (concierges, laundry, etc). If you are working in Eastwood, the convenience is probably worth the price as traffic in Manila is horrendous. A note about the hotel's concierge service: it is terribly marked up and the staff are not overly familiar with what is offered (or even the prices of what is offered). Ask around and most any excursion offered by the concierge can be had elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

My best friends brought me here, It’s a very convenient hotel I may say, theres shopping amenities, church, friendly staff, good food, ambiance is great. For first timers like me, I am happy to come back next time and and recommend it to friends & families.

Close to eastwood center. Well located, pool on roof. Good breakfast. Rooms pretty old style but wide.

1 star goes to the help I received with my bags upon arrival. After that, service is extremely slow to respond. Rooms could be cleaner as well (there were stains on the sheets). They could also double check that everything in the room is working before guests arrive. Wouldn't go here again.

Spacious lobby. Strict security personnel (commendable). Grand staircase. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Accesible to Robinson's Supermarket and Eastwood Mall. I love all the amenities.

This hotel exceeds my expectation. It's beautiful. Perfect place for events and special occasions.

The hotel is awesome. The surrounding view of the hotel is very much pleasant. The amenities of the hotel are also good. Provision of supplementary materials like electric sockets (for mobile phone charging, laptop charging) are not that frequent and the hotel does not provide it free of cost.

Stayed at the hotel's 35th floor (rm 3504) on Oct21-22, 2017. Employees were okay. Check-in improved, last only for a few minutes unlike last year where we had to line for more than 30minutes. However, upon reaching 35th floor, there was this ammoniacal odor on the corridor. The room was nice with a big bed but the towels provided were already old & thin from too much use. Good thing I was alone, I had to use all the towels provided to serve its purpose. Liquid gel had a hard time to form bubbles, I consumed the whole tube & the bar soap to finish my bath. Breakfast was good, an improvement from last year's. Lastly, I wonder if there's anybody in-charge of the elevators for I still smell the foul odor I smelled the night before till I check-out the following day.

It was my daughter's b-day and the cafe attendant gave her a complimentary b-day cake. They were very attentive to details and service was excellent. Keep up the good work.

This is a very good place to stay. Loved it. However small small flaws are still there which can be rectified with attention by the management.

I love it and would definitely come back! We visited last Saturday and we booked for a night only to give it a try! We spent our night there with my husband and baby to celebrate our 3rd anniversary but one downside is that they do not give complimentary cake with greetings for this celebration. Even a small slice of cake with a happy anniversary greeting could have made our night even sweeter! Like the other hotels usually do if there are celebrations like this one! Also great Thanks mostly to sir JOJO the fitness trainer whom have assisted us and gave his exemplary level of service that kept us entertained and our needs have been kept attended to accordingly! Also from the relaxing lobby, to all nice and smiling staff, clean room and toilet — Cozy spacious room, bed and cold aircon were all so perfect! Thanks a lot for making our stay worthwhile! For this I have given you a 5 star!

Nice hotel, and have a lot of places around the hotel that I could visit.

The location is great but quite expensive if you think about the size of the rooms. The place is nice though especially at the lobby with a tall staircase great for pictorials. Their restaurant also serves good food. The ballrooms or conference rooms are also expensive but looks nice.

The place is amazing. Cozy and classy. The Foods are great! Staffs are accomodating. The receiving area is very welcoming.

Do not eat there. Good rooms, cleaning is inconsistent, but most of the time okay, many features like safe, fittnesscenter etc. The food is not worth the price, there are way better Restaurants around in Eastwood. Note at the end: I could kill the Clavinova (e-piano) in the lobby playing synthetic piano covers of songs like "Yesterday", Pachelbels Canon in d Minor, Ave Maria, Pour Elise, Tears in heaven etc. all. Day. Long.

Salamat po Eastwood Richmonde Hotel! My husband and I were looking for a place where we can relax and celebrate our 10th year of marriage; since, I am 7 months pregnant. I never experienced any hassle from booking to checking out. I truly appreciate the room upgrade and free cake. Nag enjoy din kami sa breakfast buffet. We had a wonderful stay. My kids were very happy. I will surely recommend your hotel to my relatives and friends.

It's a relatively new hotel that looks, feels and smells old. These are what you will immediately notice upon entering the room. It has no personality and looks plain and drab. The amenities are complete — television, DVD player, refrigerator and the like, the air-conditioning unit works perfectly and the bed and pillows are both soft. Toiletries are not of quality and are not creatively presented. The bathroom boasts of a bath tub and rain shower.

Best place to book for new year celebration if you are planning to spend it outside and experience the countdown… Although price is expensive during that time.

The location is great, so close to food and other conveniences. The staff was polite and the breakfast selection was good. we were very unlucky though that we got a room with an extremely noisy aircon system built INSIDE the room, not outside it. The aircon itself was horrible because there was no option for a stable temperature. It would blow mightly till you almost froze, then stopped working till the temperature rose again. The nights we were there were spent throwing the blankets on and off. It was either too hot or too cold, alternately the whole night long. Who could sleep in that condition? but what was intolerable to us was that we were give a room with a connecting door, and the neighbor in the adjacent room had his/her phone constantly ringing till almost morning. We were so tired after a long flight and we had to attend conference early in the morning, but couldnt sleep at all. other than that, we had to wait until 5 PM before we were given a room. They didnt have a nonsmoking room available, though this was what we reserved. when we finally entered the room, there was strong parfume smell and we didnt mind. Only after a while we learned (when the smell of parfume subsided) that it was to conceal a very strong toilet odor that persisted no matter what. It was disgusting.

Friendly staff, good location and complete amenities. :) nice spread on their yummy buffet breakfast. Might want to revamp hallway interior though :).

I've enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel this week. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent. All facilities are good quality. Lovely gym and pool on the top floor.
