" DO NOT STAY HERE FOR QUARANTINE OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET "
— Rude Staff
— Poor customer service. (Seems they are angry all the time)
— NO FOOD DELIVERY ALLOWED so you have no choice but to get your food from them and PAY 200 pesos per meal for a total of 600 pesos daily.
— Food storage canister was looking fancy than the TASTE and the amount of FOOD. Are you serious?
— Food contains vegetable, fruits, total of two 1/2 cup measurement of rice technically not 2 cups because their container is very small and one viand and it is like one tablespoon size. Really?
— 600 pesos meal a day?
— Food NOT is absolutely not DELICIOUS but survival.
— I booked for 7 nights so I still have time to relax more after 48 hours non stop international flight.
— I got my swab test on the 5th and it was negative.
— After I got the result I asked one of the lady who answered ny call which I believe from the reception and told her that I have covid test negative already. Can I go out to buy something since I still have 3 nights left. She told me YES so long as I can show them the result.
— But I didn't go out because I decided to just stay instead and do it the following day because I want a food outside.
— I order food panda and I am already confident that I can pick up the order at least in the lobby because im already negative in covid.
— The lady from the reception told me over the phone that regardless if I have the covid negative test I am not allowed for any delivery of food nor going out of the room.
— That is their protocol I understand but makes no having sense at all. I am already negative.
— Make sure to stay to a Hotel that can cater both quarantine and staycation so when you plan to extend your stay after you get your negative covid u can at least go out and buy the food you want observing health protocols at the same time.
overall was disatisfied!
