— Poor customer service. (Seems they are angry all the time)
— NO FOOD DELIVERY ALLOWED so you have no choice but to get your food from them and PAY 200 pesos per meal for a total of 600 pesos daily.
— Food storage canister was looking fancy than the TASTE and the amount of FOOD. Are you serious?
— Food contains vegetable, fruits, total of two 1/2 cup measurement of rice technically not 2 cups because their container is very small and one viand and it is like one tablespoon size. Really?
— 600 pesos meal a day?
— Food NOT is absolutely not DELICIOUS but survival.
— I booked for 7 nights so I still have time to relax more after 48 hours non stop international flight.
— I got my swab test on the 5th and it was negative.
— After I got the result I asked one of the lady who answered ny call which I believe from the reception and told her that I have covid test negative already. Can I go out to buy something since I still have 3 nights left. She told me YES so long as I can show them the result.
— But I didn't go out because I decided to just stay instead and do it the following day because I want a food outside.
— I order food panda and I am already confident that I can pick up the order at least in the lobby because im already negative in covid.

My friend is staying here for his quarantine right now for 5days and the room is horrible! He is a big man and they give him a small room without a table or cabinets to put in his clothes and no fridge for the food! No toiletries, no cups, no utensils to use even NO drinking WATERR! Not even allowed ordering food outside but in other countries they do. I guess it's better to stay in other local affordable hotels than this place. It's like staying in a prison! So sorry for him. I wish the manager could do better than this in this horrible situation. Please do something!

Red Planet Timog Aircon is leaking, no customer service given! Very bad experience. Lights are flickering. Smell of the sheets smells like used one. Bathroom is soooo dirty.

Trash fcking hotel to get quarantined. Wifi, food and services are all fcking trash.

There's no phone in the room. Among other essentials that is lacking from a normal hotel accommodation. They provide a Viber number to call but noone answer. They won't allow food delivery but can't provide you food outside their meal schedule. Seriously, this is a glorified jail. It's our first day and I'm already stressing how we can survive through the entire 10 days.

Unsafe to be tagged as a QUARANTINE FACILITY. Very poor sanitation. Services need so much improvement. A person without covid can catch the virus even without going out from the hotel premises. This only proves that this must not even be included on the list of quarantine hotel options that companies could pick. Super thumbs down! 👎🏻

This hotel is very unsafe for people who will spend 10days of quarantine. There is no telephone inside your room so if you die in your sleep they will only discover your cadaver on your last day of quarantine. They don’t even knock on your door to see if you’re still alive. There is phone pero isa lang kada floor lahat kayo sa floor yun ang gagamitin at kung ang isang kasama mo sa floor ay covid19 positive at ginamit nya ang phone after few minutes ikaw ang sumunod na gumamit ayun. You have just contracted the virus. On my 5th day of quarantine natapunan ko ng sabaw ng wanton ang kumot ko nanghingi ako ng kumot sa kanila nag antay ako ng limang araw hangang sa makapag check out na ko hindi nila ko binigyan. Wifi is very weak 80% of the day patay ang Wi-Fi or hindi ka makakaconnect dahil sobrang hina. Ang baho ng mga rooms amoy ihi.

Wag nang magtipid kumuha ng maayos na hotel kikitain pa natin ang pera kesa ma stress kayo.

Nobody answering in front desk at night! poor costumer service, no telephone inside rooms has to walk elevator doors first. What if something happened inside? checked in at red planet mabini.

Red Planet Aseana canceled my paid reservation for 5 nights due to the community quarantine declared by the government but refused to give me a refund for service they can not provide. Instead, I was issued a coupon I must use within one year. It is like paying for soup in a restaurant, but because they ran out of soup, coffee is forcibly served instead. Is this how hotels conduct business in the Philippines?

Very slow internet. Not recommended. 1 out of 10 for me.

I could say is that their hospitality quitely owsome… that their staff were generous aprouchable those person carried my luggage so friendly… ill be back soon.
