Ive never felt so discriminated in my life. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are a happy person. Because by the end of your stay, you would've wished you've never booked a room. I went through airbnb, the owner of the unit was great. The staff at Azure at the check in are good and helpful. The staff for the pools for are not helpful and are racist to non Filipinos. I wasn't allowed to take my shirt off, but the other filopinos can do so without being questioned. I was not allowed to swim in the lap pool because is for residents only, even though I rented the unit for a week. There is alot of construction, especially on a early Sunday morning. During my stay here, I felt I wasn't welcome and I would recommend to everyone never to stay in Azure. Absolutely disgusted in the attitude of the workers.

Great place to stay. Love the wave pool experienced. Hope next time they allow visitors even during the day.

Staff friendly and polite, Hotel very clean, the facilities there are beach pool, ideal for adults and children having fun, and overall, the stay experience is very good, very satisfied with this hotel, will definitely stay again, more is preferred! Thank you for the arrangements!

This resort design by Paris Hilton and its very like her. Except that it doesn’t have club and entertaining music. Condos/ units are really nice, it’s wooden floor and each room have balcony that you can see the entire beach club. Beach club is very pretty and it’s good for kids too. Take note after swimming can’t walk around the resort with towel wrap around you. Beach bar: food is not so good and portion of the food are small, service is terrible, and the bar is dirty. The floor is always wet so, careful when you walk in restaurant, they don’t have sign “Caution wet floor”. At the spa the employees seems like they don’t have knowledge on what they offer and they can only take one person at a time, can’t go on couple spa or group. Also, it says on the website there’s game room, ice cream & candy bar, and movie room but there wasn’t, they close down. There’s a lot of things that needs to work on this resort and specially the employees need to learn how to be polite to their guest. And this is located near the airport and walking distance to SM City Bicutan. Going and leaving the resort already hit the traffic. Overall, one star I only enjoy the nice condo and beach club.

The place was clean. Just wish that we can use the beach volleyball court.

I had a very wonderful stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were always willing to help me when I needed assistance. The atmosphere was wonderful and very inviting. The room was great, clean, spacious with nice interior and fixtures. Everything was lovely and perfect, highly recommended for people to unwind.

This Resort used to be an Up Market high end Condos but due to poor management looking for quick money making it a Cheap Resort for Cheap Guest. Units owners are fed up and fighting back to stop this bad practice. Well expect the rent price to go up soon and facilities improve.

My family stayed here after our vacation in Subic, Bagiuo and Manila and we had no regrets 'saving the best for last'. Located in Bicutan area, this urban resort is a perfect weekend getaway for people that do not have enough time to travel to places outside Metro Manila. Its rooms are very comfortable, fully furnished and affordable that you'll regret not getting a unit when the properties are still being developed. The center of it all is the huge wave pool which can accommodate hundreds (I think) of guests. Being in the pool feels like being in a place like Boracay because it also has its own white sand beach complete with palm trees.

Not worth coming back. Disappointed with how long you have to wait to get the pool's wristband pass when they could have given it the moment you checked in. Pool's too crowded and warm (probably from too much body heat and pee lol). Pool hours are wayyyyy too limited (2pm-7pm and 7-12nn ONLY). Not worth you.

Terrible service. Rude and very poor customer service. The operation manager evidently does not know how to operate the place at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody at all! We should've stayed at Nobu Hotel fantastic place and people and you'll definitely get your money worth.

We were made to wait for an hour just to check in pool is big, but still way too crowded their cafe/restaurant for some reason ran out of stuff they can serve their guests. On a saturday afternoon. reception lobby for some reason cant accomodate more than a dozen guests. And they have like 1000 towers in the compound. tower lobbies are the same deal, too small for 19storey bldg. Lobby faces the back side where you need to walk and burn under the sun for 10mins just to get to the pool area guests are made to wait outside under a tent where its hot as hell instead of an air conditioned lobby… oh wait lol they dont have one that can accomodate a lot of people.

What you see on ads in facebook or anywhere else is not what it seems. In fact, we rented a room good for 6 persons but it is too small for 5 persons. It gets really crowded in weekends.

It's our first and last for azure. Perhaps, it could have been a better experience if its weekdays” for starter, I thought the room was atleast facing the beachfront from the balcony. As that was described in the ads. But there's no view, and no chairs in the balcony. Swimming is until 7pm only and we arrived almost 7pm because of the terrible traffic.
next day and swimming time, there was a loooonnnnggg line to get a pass for the pool. It took us 1 and half hour to get the pass. My 7yr old son vomitted due to excitement which turned to stress because of the long lines.
but ms joyce was gracious enough to extend our stay for another hour since we had to fix our things for our 12pm check out. We went up to our room before 11 am, since we were only able to swim at around 9am.
next horror is another line to pay for the parking. The line is soo long and to say that its too hot is an understatement.
the tent was situated outside and there was only 1 person who writes the OR, looks for the id and gives the change. Manual payment for a supposed to be a high end condominium facilities.
it took us almost 1 hr to pay for the ticket and we had to pay for that extra hour that we spent on the line under the heat of the sun.
the host should have informed us that lines are long to be able to get the pool pass, someone
from our family could have fall in line at 5-6am, to be able to swim at 7-8am.

The place is really small and you could smell the stinky sewer through the sink. So that's what you smell when you first get in to the room. One of our friends visited us at the hotel and wouldn't let him come for a short time to talk even though he was willing to give the hotel attendant his ID. The swimming pool looked so pretty on the picture, but in actuality, the pool is so dirty. My son didn't really get in to the pool, so we left. The security guard didn't let him in to the hotel unless he removes his clothes, because his clothes were wet. His clothes weren't dripping wet. I had to re-wipe him again even though he wasn't wet. Why does the hotel have to be so strict to their customers when the hotel isn't even a 5-star hotel? Just because it's owned by Paris Hotel doesn't mean it's good. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are from abroad.

The units are average to best. The amenities, especially the man made beach is a bit underwhelming. It's made for kids. If you're a guest here there are so many restrictions on what you can do and use. Better to go to a proper hotel in Makati than stay here.

The joint venture of Manny Paquiao and Paris Hilton. Relaxing roof deck and superb view from the penthouse I occupied. The place has a man-made beach with a beach bar that opens from 4pm until 10pm. Walk-in guests pay a certain amount (which I didn't bother to ask due to time constraint). This property has more than 5 towers which are named after the World's renowned islands like Bahamas, Boracay, Maldives, etc. I was awed by the beach amidst the towers with white, fine sand so fitting for nature lovers. The security personnel were polite yet consistent of the company policy so strict compliance of the rules is encouraged within the vicinity. I admire the alertness and keenness of the staff. Take note:traffic going to this property is inevitable. Just be patient GOOD LUCK to your adventure.

This is the worst residential pool policy ever! If you let people rent the place why used illogical rules and expect it to be first class when you treat people, third class. If the management wants only owners to use the pool then don’t let other people visit or rent the place at all. So ridiculous to wait in line and get a tag and then go to an overcrowded pool that is not even technically safe as a wave pool because they don’t have enough lifeguards and no water tubes to prevent drowning. We read the reviews and just wanted to let the kids cool off and use the lap pool but you can’t even have access to that… how the heck can use the kiddie area and the wave pool for swimming. Don’t pretend and advertise the area as first class rated when it’s typically a ghetto type of management. When you treat people as humans they act humanely but if you have no ounce of customer service then your place is just third class. I am so disappointed at this place, looking at their website and the reviews and actually experiencing it is not a place for people whose visiting the Philippines for the first time… I wanted to show hospitality of Filipinos for my kids and they were so shocked at how the management just asked for money to access the place but the area is so dirty and overcrowded. Don’t even let the place be rented if you have stupid rules… beware of this place… (there are even no towels in the pool).

Very accomodating staff. The unit is nice. Our kids enjoyed the kiddie and wave pool.

We came stressed and tired to the Azure due to traffic, but left rejuvenated and happy. Our kids enjoyed the children's beach playground. Very nice white sand and wave pool. Classy landscape indeed. Lovely room accomodation plus beach view was awesome. Staff are very friendly too… We will surely come back. God bless!

The Azure Urban Resort Residences is a residential condominium with a resort type design and feel. The property is designed in modern tropical paradise to ensure that you can really live life well. As I walked into the property, it was a jaw-dropping moment. It feels like I went to Miami! The condominium community looks more exciting and more distinct than any other condominium projects I have seen across the Philippines. The modern design feels luxurious and just by looking into the big towers are very refreshing because of its green hue. Its man-made beach, called the Azure Beach is the property’s centerpiece and offers mind blowing features than any condominium development in the Metro failed to deliver. I like how the employees respond to their guests, it’s genuine and they strictly implement orderly condo community. The Azure is definitely a great place to relax specially to some people who enjoy beach and party.

We celebrated my birthday in Azure, and I loved it. We stay there just in a day but, it was so nice. The view was nice, especially the pools. I really love the place that we stayed, in St. Tropez. It was really relaxing. Me and my family really had fun. Thank u!

The room had cockroaches and ants.

The accommodation is great and our stay is very satisfying. All that we need for eating and cooking are available except for the drinking water which we brought ourselves. But thank you for Mr. Ramil II Bujawe Jr. For telling us to provide our own water, that's a great point for a unit owner to be concerned for the guest. Thank you din kay Ms. Dang for assisting us in our check in and check out from the unit. Same as sa ibang unit, libre Wi-Fi and no capping which is plus points. Unlimited use of the electricity. Over all, we felt home. Sa pool or resort experience naman, quite disappointing dahil konti lang yung space to accommodate a large number or guest for the overall residence area, hopefully sa pag open ng other pool mas ma-accommodate na yung mga guest. Pagdating naman sa locker walang magamit kasi under maintenance pa daw, so we have to bring our stuff all over the place and have that constant feeling of uneasiness na baka may mawalang gamit while you're swimming. Overall nag enjoy kami and thank you for that! :) :)
