Good food, live music, billiards.

The Room was bad cockroaches every where The bed was not comfortable (itchy all night) The cups was dirty. Staff Morning and night staff are friendly and good Unless one girl in pm shift she was so rude and unfriendly when I show her the dirty cups. The price is fine but you can still claim a good Room in good hotel and better area by same price or little bit extra.

For its price? Nooo nooo for me. Aircon, bed, shower are not that good.

Cosy place for a cold beer but the TV keeps buffering, that makes watching the rugby league game frustrating. Othwise, a top place.

Nice people, let's just leave it at that.

My 'go to' place when I'm in Manila. Reasonably priced rooms. Close to 7-11 stores, Jollibee, bars and Robinson Mall a short stroll away.
Handy bar downstairs, and, the lift works now.

Their lift is too small, not a spacious hotel but the only advantage they have, it has bidet in the washroom and they have billiard table for playing pool.

Good place much expensive.

It's relaxing here in the room we got, nice bathroom, nice to take a hot shower, I like the bed and it's not noisy.

Handy to all business areas, good service, good food and a good atmosphere.

Good bar (apart from the terrible singing that's too loud) really nice food and decent draft beer. Staff here I have found to be really friendly and welcoming. The hotel rooms need updating badly but the location of the place is pretty good and the shuttle service to Angles is great. Good place for a one night stop over.

Reasonably priced with a good selection of bar meals… but avoid the steak if you expect quality meat. Small, friendly and cosy.

A budget hotel. Thin walls so can be noisy. Bar/restaurant OK with "company" sometimes available.

The big fat security guard is very rude to the guests he has a bad attitude he takes the I don't care attitude with the customers the workers in the bar are also very unfriendly it's over priced for what they are offering there is no vaping allowed even though it's not included in The national no smoking ban the food is over priced and not that good drinks are also over priced and manly the customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced there are many other hotels in the area that are much more friendly so you would be wise to pass this one by.

Stayed 2 nites. Good budget hotel. Nice, Clean n friendly Staff with good Food/Music at the bar. Wifi is Superb. Walking distance to Oceanic Park, Rizal/Luneta Park and many nite life. Splendid. I'll surely stays again.

It's clean, it's cheap, it's convenient to all of Manila's shopping, plenty of jeeps & taxi's at the front door, the service is great, but most of all, the staff are so friendly & helpful. Enjoy your stay there.

Looks a bit shabby on the outside but we have slept like babies during our stay. Food was also better than expected. When staying in Manila, this will do for one or 2 nights.

Good budget hotel where easy to meet expats helpfull to answer most questions the staff as always good food good.

Small hotel in Ermita area with a nice bar that also serves good steaks…

The good thing about it is, it is very accessible and it is near at a convenient store. Room? Okay. Elevator? None. Walked all the way up carrying our baggages by ourselves. Easy to call for assistance.

Clean, simple, good price. Stayed just the one night on way from Angeles to Manila airport.

Nice place for a beer and a game of pool and a bit to eat as well.

Its ok for picking up women and meeting other expats but it is a bit grubby… the swagman is nicer and they do a 20% discount for long nose seniors on that becomes better value for money and indeed cheaper.

Spent one night a year ago, on way back from Angeles, old hotel, clostafobic lift, food ok, but one night was enough for me, never again.

I love the receptionist of this hotel, shes very beautiful, her name is may "hope", I look forward to seeing her again in this hotel.

I recently enjoyed staying in this hotel, good food, friendly staff, well priced and close to every thing, rooms were clean comfortable and adequate. It has my approval. And hullo to every one'.

Worst experience very first time. I booked a room on 26th May online direct company website. It accepted and took my credit card number. When I arrived later in the evening they did not have a room for me. They offered me a nearby hotel, much smaller Manila Hotel. Rooms were very small (queen bed barely fit in it) and no refrigerator etc. Insult to injury — Southern Cross charged my card a booking fee of 185 Peso for booking online.

I only come here for drinks and food. I find the quality of the food excellent. I stayed here once in 2011 and was not impressed by the quality of the rooms. But the friendliness of the place compensate for that. The only thing I can say I don't like about the place is the constant streaming of rugby on the tv. I dont mind rugby but after a while I just find it disgusting.
