Nice place, room is clean and big for 3 person accessible around Makati city.

My family and I had a great experience during our stay. The place was great and the services were fine at a lower price.

Its a good place to stay if you want to escape from the city buzz though its just a few blocks away from the "city buzz". Their room is spacious and so is the bathroom. Everything was clean. You can also stock your food in their mini ref. Slippers were provided. Receptionists were corteous. Recommended!

It is a nice place in a semi quiet location. The toilet clogged right away and the way they do Wi-Fi passwords is very inconvenient. The restaurant is nice and the price is reasonable. The location is a few minute walk from the Century City Mall.

Booked three nights at this hotel and it was just what my boyfriend and I needed! The room was more than spacious and the air con worked perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we were needing directions. There is no airport transport but the front desk set up a Grab car for us. It took us only 25 minutes to get to the airport on a Monday morning. I love the distance to the Century Mall and the cafe downstairs was perfect for our included breakfast! The shower was one of the best I've had at a cheaper hotel in the Philippines. I would recommend this quiet hotel to anyone in the Makati area.

Very accommodating staffs. But their breakfast is only for 3 persons, no additional, because we are group of 10 so we don't have a choice but to order outside. But if you only want to stay and rest for a while, you gotta check this out! And let see if you have something to say about this hotel. Have fun guyssss!

Nice hotel that can come with a free breakfast depending on your room plan. Has a restaurant on the premises and it is a short walk to the Century City Mall. The room was spacious and nice and as good or better than most rooms. It took a long time for the hot water to work but it did work eventually and the mirror in the bathroom did not have lighting around your face so you could not shave very well at all. TV service was very bad and snowy but it seems to be in most of the Philippines hotels. Internet service Wi-Fi was adequate and the staff was very friendly. I printed my boarding documents at the front desk for 10 pesos a page which is fair.

Some of the friendliest and most accommodating staff, and very cozy rooms for quite the inexpensive price! I recommend staying at their new wing for, well, newer rooms with upgraded interior. And I like that they have some pretty large rooms for groups. Breakfast was a generous and sumptuous plate of the usual Filipino delights. Will definitely be a recurring guest at this hotel.

Great budget hotel. Spacious room and cold air conditioner. Room facilities is only basic (bed, towel, tv, soap, toiletries) but may ask for things such as kettles, cups hair dryer, etc. Noise from air conditioning unit outside is quite loud as well as traffic noise. Room 205 water pressure for hot water very minimal… Friendly staff, comfortable & clean for budget stay.

Absolutely friendliest stuff I experienced. Parking in front ok. The friendly, helpful and nice Guard is watching over the car. Rooms are clean. Bathroom a bit small, hot water takes time and only little flow. Big negativ is the noise level in the room from outside the street.

Good for short stays or business trips. The area is walking distance to a mall and there a good mix of local food and restaurants close by. Staff are friendly and helpful; rooms are clean and up to standard. Encountered some problems with the room keys but that was fixed promptly upon request. Walls are a bit thin (woke up to the sound of noisy neighbours), but would come back again if I were visiting the city for a few days.

Nice pleasant place to stay. There are thing to be improve. Not equip enough cooking utensil but can request from service centre. The real set back are the shower without water pressure and light in the hall too dim. The bed is too fragile with alot of loose sound. Staffs are very hospitable with good service. May consider staying again and recommendation to friends for the affordable price and if the improvement are done. TQ anyway.

Located in the Heart of Makati Manila, just 500 m away from Trump Tower. Love the staff, they are so warm.

2 rooms for 3 people and 3 beds with breakfast in total were booked. After traveling from the U. K for 20 od hours, only 2 people 2 beds and two breakfast were on show in the hotel's booking system. Plus we had to pay a 1000 pesos deposit (which wasn't previously mentioned). There was also the issue with connecting to Wi-Fi which was essential as the third person was travelling alone and our only way to communicate was by using a social network. It took 2 stressfully​ hours and call back to the UK to solve these issues.

The staff was super friendly and no complaints about them. The rooms were a good size and really clean, but it's really just a place to sleep as the building is pretty tucked away with no good views. Park your stuff and get to seeing the city. Descent prices too.

Cozy and the interior is really great!

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now for various durations. Given my style of travel and daily activities I don't find the location to be a hindrance. If you are returning to the hotel via taxi the difference in fare from a prominent hotel along Makati Ave is only a few Pesos. The development around Century Mall means that the quality of the area just a short walk round the corner of E. Zobel St is not a problem. I have never felt unsafe. The rooms can be a little noisy due to the traffic and the Jeepneys slowing to go over the speed bumps outside on E. Zobel or the morning traffic on JP Rizal. Otherwise the hotel is perfectly adequate, the rooms are clean and comfortable with very pleasant and helpful staff. Forgive the location and you will save 50% or more compared to a similar hotel 500m away on Makati Avenue.

Excellent staff. Our rate includes breakfast everyday. Restaurant staff is also nice even though the food is included in the rate. You have quite a few choices. My only complaint is location, it is close to Makati Ave but what I called "the ass" end of it. You have to walk through either the heavy traffic JP Rizal Ave or the backstreets where a ton of locals congregate to get to Makati Ave. And it's not the nice part of Makati Ave. It's not bad, but it's not nice. However, can't say enough about the staff. I love the staff. They're awesome. Better than the service we get from Sheraton.

1. Reception/ist At this boutique hotel, the proportionately-sized reception area or lobby is clearly seen from the outside due to the full glass wall installed at the hotel's entrance. Christine and Ruby were very accommodating over the phone and in person. 2. Room Hallways' space was adequate; Color palette was more of the cool neutral family of gray, light brown and cream. There were also motion-sensing hallway lights and key card turns on and off the room's electricity. There was a flat-screen TV, split-type air conditioner, microwave oven and personal-sized chiller. Room and bathroom sized just right, with walk-in closet. Provided with towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. Large shower head and there's a bidet in the water closet. 3. Dining Dinner sets were great (the chicken dish and the creamy tomato&bacon pasta) but breakfasts were not as great. Dining crew accommodating.
