I had a great time with I'm hotel. The room is very spacious and super clean and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Comfort room is perfect. No stains in the mirror and the heater worked properly. And thank you for all the staff you were all sweet and helpful. You re all doing a great job.

I am not reccomending this Hotel (IM HOTEL) specially to the distress OFW. My experience was really bad. The room was dirty, foul smell of the bed. The basin was leaking. And the worst, when I checked out, they let me pay the damaged towel. Which is already damaged. And its worth (1, 106 pesos). Very poor kna nga kc deportee ka nalagasan kapa ng pera. While s ibang hotel na pinag quarantine'an ng ibang ksma nmin wlang na experience na gni2, very accommodating pa ung mga hotel nla. So guys, kung d2 kau ma assign na hotel better ipa change nyu na agad.

The worst hotel ever! You’ll pay their very expensive room price but they’ll not even allow you to have visitor even for an hour. Every person has their own business matters that’s why they want to relax and have an me time even for a while. I decided to check in in their hotel to relax and tonight I have to get my lashes done sana for tomorrow’s event but they didn’t allow my friend to go inside the hotel because it’s already 10pm na daw. I told them it’s just for 2 hours but they didn’t grant my request. Now tell me, is your penny worth it in this kind of hotel? Very lack of consideration! You paid their hotel fee but you’re not allowed to do what you have to do because of their poor policy. Well I can say that The room is worth it, it’s very relaxing. But I hope your hotel policy will upgrade since you guys are in the hospitality and service business. God bless!

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in last new years eve! Why?
1. Checking-in and out was horrible, I would think that other guests during that time would 100% agree with me. We arrived at 2pm, was able to check-in at 3:30pm, we had to check-out early (10am) to avoid the hassle and stress of what happened when we checked-in but it was also the same thing!
2. Long waiting time for the elevator, most our time were consumed because of this!
3. Pillows in our room (Premium Suite) were not change as there were still some stains on it! We tried to call
the reception to complain about it, but of course nobody was answering. So my husband went down and brought the stained pillows to complain about it. At least they were able
to replace it… but after a few hours!
4. The two TV’s in our room were not working, we called the reception several times and it took them 2hrs to attend to our query.
5. No bathrobes, slippers, complimentary coffee and tea at my parents room (prestige king room). It was supposed to be there already as soon as they checked in, they called the reception at 4pm (because that’s the only time they were able to go to their room due to the hassle of checking-in and waiting game at the elevator), the staff said they would send all the lacking items in their room. Before we leave for dinner at 7:30pm it was still not there, so my parents called again, we want back from our dinner at 9:30pm, still not there!

I stay here very often. Location is great close to restaurants clubs and bars. Most of the time check in and check out are very efficient. The crew are friendly and welcoming in every section of the hotel. I know that mistakes happen and you would expect a prompt reaction to your problem. But not at our last stay!
After checking my credit card account I was charged twice for my stay. After sending couple of emails and message on there Facebook. But still no response! Now I am giving a warning to guest who will be staying here. When it comes to holding deposits on your credit card for the room make sure it’s canceled before you leave. Saves communication problems and bitter feelings.

The attendants are not as attentive to one's need. The body scrub packages are quite expensive and I actually experienced a more thorough experience at my neighborhood spa which is 1/of the price of I'M Onsen Spa, which was quite disappointing. My companion also felt rushed during this particular treatment. The massage was better but comparable to other spas with reasonable rates. Their only competitive advantage were their facilities. But when it comes to service, they leave much to be desired.

Went to i'm on sen 2 days ago, since it was weekday there were not many people around. Felt like I had the whole place to myself nearly. Service was very nice and staff was very attentive. Got a singature massage there and it was excellent! Onsen was average as it was a little small. All in all it is worth a try!

The ultimate relaxation anyone would ask for! On top of the amazing massage! The service in this place is amazing, all the staff are friendly and helpful! Spa comes with an onsen pool, regular pool, steam room, and sauna.

Facilities are really nice but massage was very average. Masseuse wasn’t very skilled and even though I asked her repeatedly to focus on certain areas, she didn’t quite get it. The bed does not have an opening for your head, so when lying face down, you have to twist your neck sideways which adds more strain to the neck. The masseuse also shoved me a “feedback form” afterwards but in reality it’s a tip form. She insisted on following me to the spa lobby to submit the form, so that she can guarantee her tip. 1400 pesos for 1 hour without dinner, 1800 includes buffet dinner at the hotel. Giving 3 stars only because of the spa facilities, but as a hotel guest I would have been able to enjoy it anyway. Overall a pretty meh experience, the Touch of Hands massage place next door is way cheaper and the massage was better!

The massage here was excellent and well worth the money, the Onsen itself too is pretty well done. Unfortunately there is no noise insulation whatsoever to the busy road next to the Onsen, which is detrimental to the relaxation, as is the complete lack of chairs/deck chairs. At the massage they placed the clients in cubicles next to each other rather than spread them out over the area, which is less than ideal.

Ultimate place to relax, will definitely be back! We started with the buffet and we really enjoyed the food, really tasteful. Not a lot of selections, but enough to satisfy your tummy. Facilities and services was very remarkable specially the massage, personally I find the comfort im looking for. The pool side looks very instragramable. Overall we had a great time!

I had a pretty satisfying time. I would recommend showing up an hour or more before your appointment, so you can really take advantage of the spa facilities. There is an onsen pool (of course), a sauna and a steam room. It'll be best to make use of those before the actual massage services. The lady at the spa is very helpful and accomodating. In fact, most of the staff are ready with a smile. My only rant, and the reason I'm rating four only four stars, is that they started the actual massage treatment 30 minutes late because they were still getting my room ready. But they ended the treatment on time. So I lost 30 minutes of the treatment, which is kind of a big deal for the cost of the services. I just thought that since it was their fault for not getting my room ready on time, they should be gracious enough to make adjustments. But I let that go because I was already pretty happy with my experience. And I did get to enjoy good tea while waiting. The ginger tea and the red date tea is phenomenal in my opinion. Highly recommended and is great experience especially if you have a partner or a friend with you.

We stayed here for 1 night for New Years Eve. We booked and paid the room 1 week before. The room is big and very nice but they have a lot of guest na naubusan na ng parking lot. May sinabi silang hotel na pwede namin pag park-an pero di sila well coordinated dahil hiningian kami ng car pass but they are not aware of that. Pumila kami ng 2 hours para lang makapg park. : ( Their check in time is 3pm, we arrived by 6pm to check in but we still waited for 1 hr kasi lilinisin pa …daw yung room. Like seriously? Late na nga kami ng 3 hours pero di parin ok yung room? : ( We booked their package promo, room with 2 tickets for new years eve countdown party for 14k pero nung pumunta na kami sa Antidote bar we waited for 30mins bago makapasok dahil naubusan na daw sila ng ticket and icoconfirm pa nila ang nabook namin. They are not well coordinated muntik ng masira ang New Years Eve ko. : (

I was really surprised to find out this is where Onsen spa is located. I was happy that our room got upgraded and got this nice Premium room. Their service was on spot and the staff was very accommodating. It really had a nice ambiance specially the pool area and the Onsen spa. The facilities in the room was surprisingly complete from the utensils, complimentary cookies soda and water. I really hope they never change how they do business and provide services to their hotel guests. The only downside is the bathtub, it floods the toilet area because there is no drainage for the water to run to and the step to the bathtub is so high and have the tendency for you to slip if not careful. The room service provided us towels to prevent the water from getting out the bathtub door. I hope they install a drainage or something. Overall, I would still recommend this Hotel to anyone to have their staycation. This would still be my go to Hotel when I get back to Makati.

We found Onsen spa on referral, but we cannot promote them to other patrons. Scheduling an appointment was too difficult and the facility very difficult to work with. For the price, you expect a professional establishment that exists to win customers—they’re philosophy is the customers should support them. Nothing relaxing or effortless about their business. We do recommend Fairmont Hotel. Try them if you need a good massage or hotel stay. Far better.

Tried it coz they have a nice pool and is near the city. Checkin had a long queue but staff was accommodating and proactively offered late checkout due to the wait.
Spacious room. Good buffet breakfast. Nice pool lounge. Mermaid bar's waiter though was very cautious not to get the menu wet, I think they should just make it waterproof. Since it's a pool bar, most customers will have come from a dip before ordering.
We didnt have enough time to visit the onsen spa. We'll be back for this ;)

This is my second time to stay at I’m hotel. The first time was last May with my friends. The fact that I thought of recommending to my siblings that we treat our parents to an overnight stay and spa treatment n their Onsen spa is proof that I truly had a wonderful time staying last time. For mama’s 67th bday we booked the two bedroom executive suite which is on the 33rd floor with rhe nicest view of the entire city. All my request was delvered by their courteous staff. It was a weekend, So I expected them to be very busy. They were accomodating, they allowed the apos (not checked in) who surprised their grandma to use the mermaid pool and they had a blast taking souvenir photos. The massage with buffet package was also worth it. The four of us who availed it were satisfied with the service. We even got a birthday discount. The beat value for your money indeed. The joy on our parents’ face is enough to say that we chose the right place to celebrate and unwind. Excellent job I’M hotel!

The spa is very nice, elegant and huge. Very clean facilities. Trained staff. The tea lounge to relax and have tea pre and post therapy is very nice and huge.

Love this place. Staff are hospitable and accommodating. The onsen maintains its temperature and is really relaxing. Massage is also something to look forward to. And yes, free parking.

More like ZERO STARS FOR POOR MANAGEMENT For those who are planning to take the ktv room beware for overcharging of bottle service. We asked for the menu for the drinks we got a bottle tequila which costs 2000php. But when they billed it they put in 5000php. When we asked them to correct it they said the menu of the bar was different to the ktv area price. But they never showed us the menu for the ktv nor they did give a proper explanantion how that mix up happend nor did they give a proper solution to the problem it took them more than 1 hr just to give us the bill. Finally they charged us 2000 (as the menu stated) for the bottle BUT they said they would still charge the waiter 5000 pesos for the SAME BOTTLE. So basically they will be getting 7000 pesos for 1 liter of Jose Cuervo. Such a rip off. The whole layout of the bldg is confusing. From the parking to the lobby. You need to keep switchig elevators. Its like a maze. Good concept but terrible execution and management. Not really a relaxing place. We got the party package. 1.5hrs spa + dinner + 3hrs ktv. During the massage session you can hear everyone who pass by the area so its not really a relaxing session if there are a lot of guests. Buffet dinner was good. At least but I would not go back here again. If your planning to get the party packging maybe you should go else where. We asked for the bill aroung 1230Am. We finally settled everything at 2am.

I consider this as a prelude for a real Onsen experience in Japan someday, as it is something that I am yet to experience. I am very much interested and curious of this specially after I watched Ryōta Nakano's Her Love Boils Bathwater. I got these two party vouchers worth 3k each and since there's only two of us (with my partner) we were not able to maximized its full worth as the videoke room needs to be minimum of 10. The additional 30 mins facial from your 1hr body massage is not as good as I thought it was, it is just a simple lathering of the face with their commercial cosmetic products. I have one better experience in Sofitel with lesser price and much amazing beauty essentials so this one was totally a huge disappointment. So I compensate myself in taking as much tea as I can and food on their buffet of which their cook and their staff are so engaging, kudos to them btw. The wheel of parmesan pasta is so iconic that it is a must try for buffet and pasta fanatics. Going back and forth to their carbonized water filled pool is also very relaxing, but there was a time when their heated pool is too hot to the extend I felt I end up as a poached human salmon, it happened when It was about closing time, I was thinking it was their way to say to their guests: "we are about to close, so please go home" the two remaining stars rating is due to bad/sad and not so worth it experience. = (

Finally, a place with authentic onsen spa, a glass bottom pool and a businessman type hotel all in one place. A one of its kind found along Makati. The rooms are spacious and modern simple. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The ambience is more like a spa than a hotel. It gives you a feeling of space than a crowded, busy hotel. A rare of its kind in the industry. I just hope the food offers wide varieties of choices but everything else is on point.

Walked in around 8:30pm without an appointment and they luckily had space for 2 people at 9pm. The massage includes onsen and buffet which that night was international cuisine til 9:30 and hot pot after 10. The pool and area upstairs is amazing, right above the traffic on Makati Ave. The the onsen water was only lukewarm and I wish the lockers had other stuff like q-tips, shavers, and scrub towels.

The prices at first glance seemed competitive, but not the cheapest in town. However, after my visit, I am convinced that this spa offers great value for money and is simply the best in the Philippines! A must visit for tourists and locals alike. What I enjoyed 1) A flat rate with no hidden charges. For php 1.5k on weekdays and 1.8k from fri-sun, I get to enjoy any 60 min treatment, onsen+ sauna access, and a buffet at a 5 star restaurant at I'M hotel, located within the same building. Simply unbeatable value! 2) Therapists are well trained and professional — absolutely no "extra services" here which makes this place family friendly 3) great location along Makati ave making it very accessible. Definitely a must visit!

While I wouldn't call it am onsen either, it's still a very nice spa experience. While it may have limited hot tubs (2 hot water; 1 treated with minerals), a steam bath, and sauna, there are very many and I must say, roomy, individual showers. The spa itself is excellent in its materials as well as execution. Grohe fixtures, generous use of granite, glass, and real cedar wood in the sauna make this all very inviting. The upkeep was impeccable and I hope they can maintain it. They have 69 very rooms massage pods with heavy drapes for privacy. The space around the massage table is huge and gives a sense of luxe. Light is pleasantly dim but the airconditioning was loud and very cold as the couples room we had was right at the intake. They appologized for it but could not do amything as they had no access to the BMS that controls it. Quality of the massage as good with me almost nodding off. Only thing I could have asked for is for the therapist to say hi, or just say something, and not just start and finish, all without uttering a singe word to me. The buffet that comes with it was more than good and the staff very, very, very attentive. Maybe it was because we were the first, or maybe because I was just self-consxious. As suggested by the staff, I can enter the restaurant in my yukata… In commando while everyone else is in street attire. You don't get bottoms by default.

Lunch was good. Liked the pork spare ribs. CR is clean. Grand hall space was adequate for 400+ attendees. Aircon was good.

Food is super great especially the Maki's and their spa is a must try. Never miss the opportunity to try it when you're around the area.

I'm Onsen tries to emulate the hot spings baths in Japan and does this pretty well. The massage service given here is great and the baths are very relaxing. One thing to note though, you will need to be comfortable with being naked around other people as this is what's done in Japan. There's also a buffet included in the spa package which wasn't all that memorable, but it's nice to have.

Parking Space in their basement is a total failure. Very dangerous. No signage or early warning device. Only one lane left open for incoming and outgoing vehicles.

I been here for our business planning session. We stayed for a day in one of their conference room, which is nice and the ambiance is good. We pig-out for the buffet lunch and foods are delicious. Even the people are very polite and accommodating.

Walk-in is acceptable, reservation is for 10pax up only. Take advantage of the soft opening rate at 1500 until March 31, 2017. Spa facilities are very clean. Massage is relaxing. I enjoyed the buffet at Bloom restaurant, limited variety but very tasty.

The high ceiling lobby is nice. Mermaid pool bar has unique lounge suspended over the pool and the pool has an interesting feature aside from the acrylic edge there is also a part where you can see people down bellow of the street and the lobby because thr bottom of the pool is acrylic and see through. Onsen spa occupies about 6 floors.

The second time staying at this wonderful hotel from the professionalism of the manager Mr. Edgar and to the flawless staff, especially the front desk. My stay is definitely worth five stars and I definitely will be staying here again. Thank you for making me feel at him. Steve Tourni.
