Best location for a staycation. It's right in One Bonifacio High Street which is basically a park with tons of stores, restos, cafe and bars around. The staffs were professional and helpful. Room is spacious, L'Occitane amenities. In-room dining was fast, hot and delicious at reasonable price. Everything was perfect!

I love their location. I also love their two-level gym. We enjoyed our stay a lot! 🤗❤️ super friendly and accommodating staff.

Had a Valentine dinner at the Ministry of Crab, aside from all dishes are greasy and salty the price is not worth it. Upon seeing my bill I noticed that there is a service charge of more than 600.00 pesos total amount paid is 8000.00 pesos for 2 medium size crab, bread and a couple of beer. This place is suppose to be a 5 star but I'm rating it as 2 star. Make sure you check your bill before paying.

Nov 9 of the morning around past 10 am I wake up and called the front desk to request for a breakfast from the FREE BREAKFAST served to my room since I wake up late due to late of sleep also so im asking a little favor to give me a little something to eat from the restaurant since I have to prepare and get casual to go downstairs … but unfortunately they did not honor my little request …

Experience has been very good. Service is cordial and prompt. A few items for improvement: 1. Coffee service at buffet breakfast is slow 2. Could add more sports channels to the TV service 3. Sliders! Omit the Ketchup and Mayonnaise! Not everyone likes it and the menu does not indicate it is included! Put as a side with MUSTARD! 4. Exit to the High Street restaurants Thanks.

My family and I had a lovely 2 day stay despite all the rain. The service, the room and amenities, the breakfast and recreational experiences were spot on. Couldn’t ask or have any of it any other way, we’ll except for a better weather so my swimmer son who is celebrating his birthday could’ve enjoyed more pool time. This is beyond the hotels control of course, but they were kind enough to accommodate our request for late checkout without any fuss. Special mention to guest relations staff at the high street cafe for offering and convincing me to have the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted so far. Made the breakfast buffet perfect and memorable for me.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. It has a serene atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food from room service was excellent. The buffet had a wide variety of food and drinks. The hotel’s location is very good.

Pretty nice hotel, good for business travel. Great room service menu and amazing breakfast buffet. I'd really recommend it to anyone traveling into Manila. Only downside I encountered was that the mattress is way too hard for my liking. Also their laundry service is very expensive. Next time I'm there I'm finding a nearby Laundromat.

The best hotel in the fort. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and amazing gym. Suggest all guest to check out the gym which is world class. However it is not perfect yet. The service staff can be more attentive and helpful. The processing at the counter can be more efficient. However I think with the right training they will nail it.

It was an excellent stay. The staff were always helpful and pleasant, the buffet was amazing, so much choice from a wide selection of cuisines. Room service was great, the room is lovely and the gym on 2 levels is out of this world and actually much better than my normal gym in the UK and I thought that was a good gym! All in all a fabulous hotel. Can't wait for my return visit on Sunday! Keep up the great work Shangri-La Fort Manila!

Amazing hotel and hospitable staff that made us feel at home! It’s the perfect hotel for a family vacation. My daughter Thalia enjoyed the Adventure Zone and the walk in the park. The location of the hotel is fantastic where everything is just a walk in distance. The area is very safe and the security team are very efficient and alert at all the time. The recreation facilities are outstanding! The GYM was my perfect place where I didn’t miss a day to work out during our 6 nights stay. It’s open 24/7! For sure we are coming back again and recommending this property to our family and friends! Excellent Experience!

Our whole stay was actually very good, staff were helpful and courteous. The food and specially the bread :) was exquisite. I was a bit confused though if the doorman was supposed to be there to help us with our bags. Because he just stood there and did not offer help. Go figure. By anyway would you be able to help us to ask samba what the after dinner drink was? it was really good. Thank you!

This is the first time we stayed at Shangri-La at the Fort and certainly won't be the last. It's the most amazing chandeliers I've ever seen in hotels so far. The room amenities are also one of the best and the customer service can't be beat. It was raining everyday during our stay and the concierge was ready to lend us an umbrella when we asked. The daily live entertainment at the Lounge was a treat, not to mention that the food and service there are excellent. Special mention to Gayle at the Lounge, she's accommodating and informative (she told us about the chandeliers around the hotel). I would also like to commend the gym for its expansive line-up of equipments. I was also able to attend a free one-hour yoga class, thank you.

Their cafe service sucks. I don't know if they pick people who they'd like to accommodate first, because we did not receive treatment as nice as they are advertising. Food is edible, yes, but not at all to die for. Fast food restaurants serve you better. Oh and apparently they kill cats. Wow.

We dined last night up at Samba by the pool. When we reviewed our bill, we noticed the 10% service charge, as well as other taxes which added considerably to the bill. Is this common in restaurants to automatically charge a service fee, and add on taxes, that I believe should be paid by the establishment. We dine here often, and this is the first time we have seriously reviewed the bill. I also think the menu needs to be changed more often. Has not changed in the time we have been visiting here (over 1 year).

Had a recent stay at this hotel. The hotel was very nice and kept to a good standard. Staff were friendly and always offered assistance. We did have an issue with ordering food as we had a tight schedule that day but the staff never seemed to understand that when we asked for the bill. The rooms were very nice and you had all required amenities. There are lots of things to do in the area. Room service was very good and never had any issues with the food. On check out bags were kept safe in a locked room. You can also get a car service from the hotel for a reasonable price.

Went to Raging Bull. The food was good but the service was not. I love steak and this was delicious but given the price of dinner and the fact that this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, the service was way below par. We could barely get any service from our waiter and he seemed rushed anytime he was with us — zipped through the knife selection, seemed like presenting the knives was a waste since it wasn't even clear through his presentation why we should bother — and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the food. Normally at a place like this the staff will give you their own tips on certain cuts, wine, etc. My friends who took me there had been there a few times and said it was the first time the service was this way. But I'm not going to voluntarily go back again. If the place is supposed to offer you an 'experience' mine wasn't one I want to repeat. Rating is fair only because the steak was good. But I can get steak just as good or better with far better service here in HK.

Shangri-la at the Fort has impressed me as an Architect. This mixed use compound ranging from a hotel, residence, and a mall is a great example of synergy of buildings. The hotel itself is amazing with great restaurants located inside and along side the hotel and mall. You can have an access from the mall to the hotel to the residences without comprising privacy and security. We specially love the High Street Cafe for their creative and regional daily buffets. They offer a wide range of food choices and we are amazed every time we visit the place.

Love the modern design and feel of the room. It's spacious considering it's just a deluxe room. It's clean and has adequate lighting conducive for resting or even if you need to do some table work. I was given a complimentary birthday cake! That was nice; it would be better, though, maybe if it is a bit more personal, with some greeting card and name of the guest. Another thing I would recommend is to have a bidet in the restroom. Overall, I had an amazing time with my husband. The staff are very professional, warm and friendly. We'll definitely come back!

My experience was an extremely pleasant one. I broke a drinking glass in my hotel and cut myself and when I called the front desk, not only that someone came to clean up the glass bits, a nurse also came to attend to me, all within minutes! Then when I needed help from the concierge, your staff on duty, Shine, went the extra mile to provide us her personal belongings to help the situation. I will like to commend Shine for her professionalism and her passion for the job. She genuinely cares for her guests and never fails to give a helping hand with a big warm smile. The gym is amazing too. Will definitely be back!

Lovely to stay in a new hotel with just your 2nd birthday celebrated on my day of departure on Wednesday. Great room size and ample bathroom with great amenities. Huge gym and I like the input of external members in a gym… as it makes for better environment. Great Breakfast variety was offered for the buffet at a very reasonably priced delivery. I look forward to returning.

The hotel is pretty new. The amenities were superb including but not limited to the spa and the sports club. The room was also nice, it was spacious and the bathroom amenities were of really good brand. The drawback on this hotel was the lack of hospitality. It’s sad since Filipinos are known for their hospitality. The check in process was the most unprofessional ive experienced ever in a luxury brand. We went inside after inspection and we were left on our own. Yes, we can survive looking for the check in counter on our own and check ourselves in, but for a luxury hotel chain? It shouldn’t be that way. This is not the first time we have been in a luxury hotel, we’ve been to more luxurious hotel than this but we never got this service. They always ushered us to the check in counter to speed up the process. The check out was the same. The staff who helped us out seemed a bit unhappy with his life. No smile, no good mornings … nothing. Hopefully they will train their front line staff more so they wouldn’t know how to handle guests. Also, this is the only hotel I’ve been to without a coffee maker inside the room. I called the reception desk, and I was told to just boil water and make my own coffee. Imagine how they’re staff responds to the needs of their clients. Fortunately, the management staff is different. They are very professional and quick to respond. I emailed the manager about my observations and he quickly acted on it.

Overall, I have the best experience staying at this hotel. It's location is ideal, always feel safe, friendly and knowledgeable staff, quite and comfortable room are simply amazing. Joy is the most energetic person in the morning I've ever met. You'll know Joy when you see her.

I am particularly pleased with the hospitality of Kevin and Sam at the High Street Cafe during the breakfast. They were very friendly and Kevin introduced me to this very nice waffle ice cream with mango toppings. It was delicious. The room was clean and well kept and I will definitely stay at Shangri La the next time I am in Manila.

Extremely impressive. Top notch service and hospitality. One of the best, if not the best Shangri-La hotel I have stayed at. Buffet Breakfast was amazing for the variety of spread and quality. Concierge was extremely helpful, often going the extra mile to assist, Driver service was great, extremely prompt and available on short notice, check in experience was amazing. Tried the spa the last time I was here and it was great. Gym looks amazing as well. Highly recommended, and I will return for sure.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by everyone who worked there. The frontdesk Agent who assisted me was incredibly helpful, informative, and professional. The deluxe room I stayed in was very clean, and when I called room service / house keeping, the staff was there at a timely manner. It was also the last night of my vacation there in the Philippines and the excellent luxury service of the staff was a treat and such a fantastic way to end my vacation. I would definitely consider checking in this Hotel again when I return.

Definitely one of the excellent hotel stays that our family had. Hotel officers and staff were all very warm, hospitable and accommodating. Wide selection of food for the breakfast buffet! Love the bacon, Christmas ham and grilled salmon! Awesome kids play zone, Kerry Sports, and other hotel amenities/facilities. Great way to celebrate and welcome the New Year with Shang at the Fort. Will definitely come back =)

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. Whenever they saw my 91 year old parents walk by, your entire staff quickly came over to assist. They would even playfully squabble about who got to help my parents. I can tell that they genuinely cared and wanted to help. This does not happen in the US!

Perfect! Nice new hotel, smells new. In a good state of repair, very stylish, lots of attractive ornaments scattered around. It’s an unusual building with an interesting layout, although most of the underground car park is some distance away. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful, particularly at breakfast. The two bars were both interesting with an enormous range of drinks and cocktails complemented by experienced staff. Our bedroom was well designed with all amenities that you would expect. My only complaint is the air conditioning. All public areas were far too cold.

Best customer service and experience so far in any hotel for me. Friendly staff who were willing to go out of their way to help. Fantastic buffet breakfast with an incredible amount of good food to choose from. Great in-room dining options. Loved the gym facilities and pool. Overall really impressed!

We felt that the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special on our anniversary. We were touched by the special gift sent to our room and by the greetings of the staff we pass by. Those felt very personal and authentic. The room was great, the bed was extra comfortable and the views were excellent! The dried mangoes from Davao were a welcome treat for us. I also loved the toiletries by l'occitane and ever so comfy slippers. They have a great gym provider (Kerry Sports) with the largest gym in the Philippines. As a guest, we had full access to all their equipment, amenities and classes. We took a free spinning class which took my breath away literally. After the workout, one can choose to lounge in the several pools, including a recovery pool outside or soak in the jacuzzi in the huge changing rooms. In the morning, breakfast in the High Street Cafe was really awesome. There were several choices no matter your taste, but I especially liked that they have a section for healthy food. The hotel was situated in a very cosmopolitan area of Metro Manila with access to several shopping and dining options. The area is very safe for walking even right into the morning, which we did by the way, reminiscent of on of our very first dates in The Fort about 4 years ago. As expected, checking in and checking out was a breeze. One thing I wish Shang would include in their rooms was a bidet. :)

We've been staying at this hotel several times already and it was just this last stay that we've encountered a problem. Our breakfast was served at the 4th floor since I'm part of an event. The problem with not having a breakfast at the regular restaurant is that the choices are limited and not that satisfying. Aside from that, I have 4 kids in tow. I understand that only 2 kids are free. The staff offered me to pay for just 1 kid since my youngest does not eat yet. So instead, I said that I'd rather not eat so I won't pay anymore. Since my second to the youngest child did not eat properly (just ate a piece of pancake which he didn't finish), I ate instead. When we were about to leave, the staff still charged me for breakfast without informing me first. She should have approached me first and asked for at least an explanation why I ate. Honestly, I don't mind paying for my kid as long as he really ate well. The point is that the staff didn't bother to talk to me first and didn't have a consideration at all. I really felt bad paying P600 for a piece of unfinished pancake! Until now whenever I remember what happened, it still irritates me.

Very disappointing! It didn't meet the usual Shangri-la standards hotel customer service and maintenance. What you need to improve urgently: 1. Customer Service (all staff) 2. Room service (food came after 1.5 hours) 3. Smell of the conference room and hotel hallways 4. Restroom (faucet releasing black water) 5. Bathroom leak in conference rooms and hotel rooms 6. Food in Samba restaurant.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Went a little extra and sent up a birthday cake. Excellent facilities! My son enjoyed his time at Adventure zone and can't wait to go back. My husband took advantage of the Kerry Sports access for in-house guests and is now thinking of applying for a membership. The Kerry sports access alone makes the stay worth the money. We can't wait to go back.

Best hotel option in the fort. Location is perfect. Multiple available restaurants are also available in the hotel itself. It could also be an option for family given large pools, adventure zone and playground.

The horizon lounge on the 40th floor has an amazing view. The staff here provides truly excellent service. The room I stayed in was very well kept and the staff even seemed to restock it with an increasing number of water bottles based on my consumption, without me having to request it. The pool is very nice and the fitness center is better than the majority of fitness centers I've ever used. Would definitely recommend this place.

Bugs. Bugs and more bugs. My room on the 38th floor is completely infested with 2 different types of bugs. They are all over the floors, walls, and bathroom. To my horror I found them crawling up the walls and as well as the bathroom sink. Do NOT stay at this hotel, unless paying a premium for bug buddies is something you are into…

The inner facility is so fine. Until I sneaked into my window. It is dusty and theres a mark of raindrops, hope they can make an action to improve the cleanliness. But the rest is.

Awed by this hotel, from its spectacular lobby to its huge ballrooms and smaller function rooms. Very classy. The staff I encountered are eager to please and are pleasingly accomodating. Food served to us are tops! Wifi is fast. And furious.

Stayed here during the Holy week and it was a restful and comfortable stay. They even had an Easter Sunday mass celebrated, so convenient. Nothing but the best for my family. What's not to love?

I have only been here to attend conferences. Their conference halls are good. Spacious. The small conference areas needs to have more lights on the stage area. The food is not that good. I was expecting great food from shangri-la hotel but was a bit disjointed. It lacked taste for me.

Stayed at the Residences, 1 bedroom. Spacious, comfortable and modern. Well worth it. The gym space is incredible with a full sized basketball court. Will definitely stay there again.

Great facilities. Love the basketball court, gym and spa facilities at the hotel. The rooms are also spacious with a great courteous staff. The prices might be on the tad heavy side though. And the reception staff need to be more trained on the in-house software and make less mistakes while checking in and out the customers.

The new Shangri Hotel in town. Has an outdoor 25 meter lap pool. Bar food and cocktails at the lounge are well made. Great service!

This hotel appears to be brand new and it's in the heart of walkable Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Gladys and Philip, the bartenders at the Raging Bull (2nd floor), are highly skilled. Order a Blue Blazer, sit back, and enjoy the show. The breakfast is also the best hotel breakfast in Manila. Enjoy.

Amazing hotel. Rooms are small but nice. The bathrooms are big. The hotel is nicely set up. The highlight of this hotel so their gym. Most of the regular gym would be jealous of this hotel. It has two levels. All of the equipment you may wish for for workout they have it. Plus sauna and hamam in the changing room.

I got the chance to stay in this hotel because of ICSC conference. It was a brand new hotel. The hallway smells like fresh paint the day I arrived. The room still smells brand spanking new (Not sure if that's a good thing). But the hotel is awesome. It is connected to high-end retail avenue. It is located nearby many food places such as High Street's restaurants. The gym is unbelievably HUGE. It has indoor basketball (full court with stands! ). State of the art gym equipments. Extremely spacious with 2 levels. A huge drawback for me is that it lacks a place to smoke cigars indoor. The hotel is surprisingly strict in its smoking policy.
