The Seda is a fantastic hotel in the heart of BGC. The location is right in the middle of high street, a short stroll from fine dining and shopping. The rooms are very comfortable, and upscale with views of the city. I stay here and put up all clients in the Seda when they visit BGC.

Nice and clean hotel right next to High Street. Very easy access to shopping, dinning, or just to hang around. The room rate is not cheap but reasonable for that area of the hotel. STRAIGHT UP has very good view, but the food and drink is not cheap.

For a five a star hotel they lack a lot of things. However the club room access is worth every penny so be sure to avail it. Will re rate to 5 stars once pool will re open.

Stayed here several times. All stay went well and without hitch. Rooms are adequate in terms of size. Not too spacious. But if you are staying here for business and for just a night then this hotel should be more than sufficient. Hotel has great security and has dedicated parking areas for guests. One notable moment during my stay was the awesome service. I overpaid and the reception called and informed me. They offered to deposit my money and I authorized a friend to pick the cash instead.

Location is topnotch. Rooms are spacious enough. Service is good. Breakfast is good. Gym needs more equipment and space.

Stayed here on business and was very, very pleased. The room, service, and amenities didn't disappoint. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I was surprised with a birthday cake — — Completely unexpected. You can tell the staff really wanted to make me feel like a valued guest.

Reception was efficient and very helpful. Room is big and very comfortable. Breakfast place is limited in tables so do go early otherwise you'd have to wait.

The staff were very courteous, except for one instant with a staff member in the restaurant. Our suite was clean and with modern amenities. The gym is small but it had all the equipment you need to stay in shape, especially with the breakfast buffet. Regarding the breakfast buffet, on our first day. A staff member approached my wife, while she was about to get her food. " Excuse me mam, your room does not come with buffet breakfast can you speak to the receptionist" My wife replied, " I know that, we will pay for breakfast but you really want me to speak to the receptionist? " Afterwards, the staff member changed her tone. We are fully aware that we didn't include the breakfast with our reservation!

It is such a lovely cosmopolitan city in Manila. I enjoyed living one week there in Seda Hotel. Night Life is awesome. I had enough sea food there. Like to go there again.

Had a good stay but the staff needs a lot of Coordination. I had to wait for 45 min to be served breakfast and upon check in we were given the wrong type of room. Instead of getting two single beds we got one queen sized bed. Plus we had to check in multiple time. Although the company that arranged my stay had given prior notice of our check in. Waited for 45-1 hour to actually check in.

Comfortable and convenient Hotel. Friendly staff, modern room and well equipped. The pool is temporarily inaccessible due to the expansion work. The breakfast room lacks a bit of room.

Fantastic home-grown hotel chain that really puts an emphasis on good service and great staff. Hotel itself is comfortable and modern and the rooftop bar is a great hangout place. It loses one star due to limited breakfast choices and especially lack of seating — several times I had to wait for a table at peak breakfast time. This will be fixed in due course by their expansion though so I'm foreseeing great things for this hotel chain.

Checked in late after a long day of traveling and the staff were very accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and the AC worked very well. There was also a stocked mini bar and kettle. I would recommend a higher floor if possible, with a skyline view.

I was really impressed with the hotel service. The girls at the front desk were super nice and even got a breakfast prepared for me for my early flight the following morning free of charge. I want to give a big praise to Cath and Aina at the front desk.

Currently under renovation therefore no swimming pool, shares parking a block away and rooms are quite small. Sound proofing is terrible as you can hear the TV from the other room once you are in the hallway and once you are inside the room, you can hear conversations from the hallway. Breakfast choices are limited and is mediocre compared to Seda Nuvali. There are limited dining space also. Only positives were the fluffy pillows and bed. Dont mind the mold though creeping in the leather portion of the bed. Also I heard noises that night that probably were rats running on the ceiling or occupants upstairs having a good time. Not really a value for money. Might as well spend it on one or two star hotels.

The rooftop bar was very neat! Their food, I think, is cheap for a hotel. Highly recommend their in house red wine, cheese plate and the grilled salmon. So good!

We have a meeting in this Hotel, the function rooms are well organized and sound systems is good also. We also have our lunch there and the food provided is Buffett. Food is good and portions as per our reservation is also according our expectation.

Stayed at Seda Hotel for a 5 days business trip. Seda Hotel is always my first choice when looking for an accommodation in BGC. Always maintained the highest level of service in my last couple of stays. Highly recommended.

Great location near the main mall and close to International School Manila (which is why we were visiting) so really convenient. Good rooftop bar.

Close to High St. However it is looking a bit tired. Insufficient lighting in bathroom. No iron in room. On the positive each room had bathroom scales.

Very nice hotel with a great restaurant free breakfast and very affordable Buffet (700php). Also has a nice lounge upstairs with amazing views! And a nice pool, but no jacuzzi.

Good business hotel. Attentive staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Swimming pool was underwhelming. Hotel has a rooftop bar and executive lounge with complementary beverages. Conveniently located.

The place is awesome… Since it's safe and the staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Decent hotel. Standard rooms are quite ok, no complaints except maybe of the slight smell coning from the ventilation. Breakfast is good but I have had better in other hotels in BGC.

It's at the heart of BGC and best suited for the traveling business man. Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Awesome service and worry free experience!

Maybe isn't a big hotel, but they have a great room for standard. Great view and clean, and what I love is their service, humble, friendly and honest. I recomend here to you all if this your first time in Bonifacio.

Staff are extremely friendly. There are smoking and non smoking rooms. The deluxe suite we rented was good for 4. There's also a window ledge for an extra person to sleep on. Everything works perfectly, the toiletries smell great!

Better than F1 Hotel. Breakfast is great. Rooms and services are good. Towels need more frequent changes, washed with real detergent instead of useless green detergent, and they really need to be replaced when they get near threadbare. Great location in BGC.

Convenient because you are in the center of actions … but … toilet/bathroom cleaning need definitely much more attention! forget bathroom amenities and fast check in/out because is a tourist (not business) hotel… executive club is really low quality as the food and breakfast served … ceowdes with tourists … is impossible to have a post business day debriefing and a little bit of quite…

This hotel is less than 10 minutes walk away from St. Luke's Medical Center with lots of stores and eateries within walking distance. The room itself was nice and felt very clean. The suite had a large and comfortable bed, bath robes, an iron and ironing board, and even an umbrella. It was a little pricey compared to the hotels that I usually stay at, but I think it was worth it for the convenience of the location.

This is a clean, modern, hotel which is in a great central location. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms tastefully modern. Wi-Fi is fast and available throughout the hotel. Their breakfast is also quite tasty. Eggs can be made to order. There are also lots of fresh fruits, veggies, and juices. I really couldn't find anything to complain about. I don't recommend their rooftop bar though. The prices there are expensive and the service is strangely terrible compared to the rest of the hotel.

Elegant hotel to stay for a long period. It has nice, cozy and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff are polite and room service is excellent.

Amazing location next to high street, rooms are good, staff friendly and a nice breakfast. Even though the hotel is on the pricey side I would return.

Was okay. For a mid-range priced hotel. Walkways can be suffocating — narrow and low-ceiling. Clean. Not remarkable.

Love that this hotel is eco-friendly. The rooms are also simple yet beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet was complete and perfect for vegans and vegetarians. Finally, the location, being in a central business district, gives you access to all establishments you may ever need to go to.

One of a kind is all I can say. Why? It is because Its pure genuine Filipino Hospitality, the staff were very friendly and very well mannered. I will sure come back and have more moments in Seda. The rooms were very clean, it has this aura that when I entered the room it was just WOW! The ambiance is perfect and the city view is amazing I will definitely come back with my friends and family.

Good location for a hotel, food at Misto offers an array of local and international favorites, Straight Up Bar has the best view of the city while enjoying your favorite drink.

Great Hotel in Brand new area of Manila. Surrounding are great, but you probably miss large piece of old Manila staying here.

I stayed here for 10 nights on a business trip. The room rates are slightly on the pricey side.   There is a nice Club Lounge at the 15th floor for the breakfast & evening tea time buffet. The breakfast buffet is quiet good (7 AM to 10 AM) but choices are moderate while the evening buffet offers beers, wine, champagne to hard liquors (from 5 PM — 7PM). They also have a swimming pool and a fitness centre. They offer free Wi-Fi to guests. The staff are really friendly.   The rooms are extremely comfortable. They have separate rooms for smokers, so remember to ask for one if you smoke. Their food menu is quiet limited but that's not a problem as this hotel has a variety of eateries within a few hundred metres. The hotel is just a minutes walk from the main Bonifacio High Street where you can spend a nice time in the evenings. Same goes for the Market Market mall.

A bit overrated, price was a bit high, service was average staff where somewhat very much average to be a 4 star hotel. Hotel location is perfect if your conducting your visit and business at the Bonifacio High Street.

Loved the rooms. The staff are courteous. Was overcharged but was notified within 24 hours from check out and the money was sent to my account the next day.

One of the best hotels in the vicinity of BGC. They need to improve the Wi-Fi connection, our room in the 4th floor had spotty connection. Food in the breakfast buffet is ok, not the best but filling. ;).

You have to pay additional PhP 200 if you want a smoking room.
