Great hotel in a great location. Concierge Cybel is very pleasant and a great help. She is very cheerful and has been consistent in her service.

Great place to stay-in w/ my family, just along the main road, easy access for local transport.
Went there a year ago. Will definitely come back again!

I stayed in their Single Room with 2 single beds for P1800 a night, located on the 4th Floor. During my stay, the elevator wasn't working, and oh boy it's very tiresome.

I reserved a bed in their backpacker's room for 4 days and 3 nights. The room is clean and spacious with an elevator and some amenities to use during your stay.

Had a very pleasant stay. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great service. Would definitely come back.

Good hotel for travelers who are in a budget, it is also accessible to jeepneys, just 2 mins walk. Friendly staff too. Strong Wi-Fi and has drinking water.

Booked our stay via Agoda and it did not disappoint. Check-in was a breeze and their staff was attentive to our inquiries. Their restaurant have a number of options for breakfast to choose from.

Bawal sa maarte. We got our booking from agoda, the photos in agoda is far from reality, the toilet is somewhat kadiri. Toilet fixtures are broken. Toilet seat is not fit to original seating.

The location is very convenient because it was located in the city center. Room is clean but the shower handle is broken. Overall our stay is great. The staff are welcoming.

Great location, didn't expect that my room has view of Mt. Mayon. I think theres 5 malls nearby.

Great place to stay especially if you're going to DFA Legazpi. F2M is just a block away from Pacific Mall where DFA is located. It has great view of Mayon Volcano, and the staff are really friendly.

Hotel Lucca exceeded every expectation.
The location is ideal convenient, well-situated, and easy to get to, with more than enough parking so arrival is completely stress-free.

Front desk personnel was kind.
Rooms are clean and neat, no smells.
Had to tell the staff to made up my room despite turning on the made up my room sign. So 4 stars.

The room is big and very spacious (standard queen bed) — even the bath room is big, however, it's design is older na.
Service is at par and and my room comes with complimentary unli breakfast buffet

Great value for your money when staying in Legazpi City.

Has strong aircon. Provides shampoo and soap. Courteous staff. I suggest to have a bell or something to call staff instead of guest calling out loud or roaming around looking for stafd.

Good day! Alta Residences has an overlooking design that directly parallels the room. Very relaxing and it gives satisfaction to personal convenience.

If you want a place where you can just lounge and look at Mayon, then this is the place. The bed and breakfast is right beside the Daraga Church so you will here the dambana sound.

So far it was good and smooth hassle free stay. I booked a dorm room for 2 nights and I was the only guest in the room. It was clean and basic, they gave me towel and a piece of soap. Nice!
