Beautiful hotel, right smack dab in the middle of the brick-layered streets in the old spanish town of Vigan City, just a block away from the famed Crisologo St. The hotel and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had 6 in our party so we rented out a room on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator that had 3 bunk beds, just enough for all of us (3 of us were teens). The bathrooms were modern and room spacious, complete with flat-screen TV and adequate AC. Room is controlled by keycard and when removed, lights automatically go out. The front desk and main entrance to the rooms are separated which means if it's raining, bring an umbrella as you have to be covered to walk to other side of building entrance. The only downside of this location is that there is inadequate street parking since the old streets are so narrow. However there is additional parking in an offsite lot owned by the hotel that is accommodated by free valet parking. If you're lucky, you can ask them to more their company vehicle and park yours right in the front. I must warn you though that when we parked in the front, we discovered scratches on the left side our vehicle but not after we had already returned back to our province. My assumption was that it was hit by a passing tricycle and scratched across. They hotel has CCTV around the hotel and had we asked we probably would have found out who scratched our vehicle.

Most of the staff are nice and accommodating however the room is not like in the picture, it's smells old wood when we came in the room and the washroom looks old and bog clean.

Mutual agreement on the price during check in is worthless. At check out time a totally new price for the rooms are registered at the bill. You can't believe the offered discount you found in Internet.

Right smack at the center of the old city. Clean enough although feels a little bare. Breakfast could be improved. Location is great. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They offer refreshing drinks at the front desk, which is really helpful after a long walk around the city.

Very close to Calle Crisologo. Stay was an above okay, arrived to my room which needed more dusting. My room was positioned near a bar maybe? It was a bit noisy even before midnight.

Comfortable, well appointed, great location, and friendly staff. No on-site parking, but they offer valet parking to a secure site. Bathroom's a little small but very modern and has everything you'd need.

Great looking hotel really close to Calle Crisologo. Like that it isn't right where people pass so it isn't as noisy. Rooms are quaint; enough for comfy sleeping before touring the streets.

It's a very nice hotel if you're in Vigan to tour the nearby sites. Convenient, budget-friendly, and quiet. The staff even assisted us to change rooms for free when the a/c in our room broke down.

Cleanliness, Accessibility, and the accommodating staffs!

Accessible and quite place.

The included breakfast is good, and it looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are really below the standard one would expect from the price if they travel with any frequency. Some parts of the room were dirty (I'm tall so I see things others might not), they didn't change sheets. The Wi-Fi barely works. So many of the small things you expect a hotel to do well were missing.

Spanish themed hotel with new and modern amenities. Slept well and the Breakfast was great.

The hotel's clean and fancy with a comfortable bed. The rooms are rather small though.
