Very friendly staff adequate amenities. Good food. Nice location.

As a foreign tourist: Stayed 1 night. Room was nice and looked renovated, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower has hot water. Breakfast was included and could choose from Filipino favorites, American or Continental with hot or cold drinks. The breakfast was nice and enough to get you on your way. Good value for money.

Great room, great bathroom, great menu and great service plus parking area across the street. 4 stars because the complimentary buffet breakfast only has a few choices and does not cater towards foreigners. Better to choose from the menu.

We rented the 18 people karaoke room for 12 people. The room was quite roomy despite the small look of the room itself. Service as quick and the call button attached to the wall was rather useful. The room service came quick when the button was pressed. The food was good; not great but good.

It's okay. Room is clean enough. Breakfast is so-so. Wi-Fi did not reach the room I was in so I had to use my network data. Useful that it is in front of the only real mall in Laoag. It's not in the city center though. Food choices are abundant around the area.

It s a nice hotel, the best in Dagupan. Located in center city.
The comfort is modern with hot water, Wi-Fi Led TV.
The prices of the restaurant are correct and the cooking is delicious.
Most of all, the staff is kind, professional and react quickly.

My room is recently renovated, comfortable and clean at least during night time. The restaurant is one of the best place to eat in the city; clean, good service and tasty food at a very reasonable cost. Reduced two stars due to ongoing construction with constant noise and dust during the day. Parking is not very convenient since it is located across the street and not paved.

We slept really good last night. 5 stars for having a nice and spacious room at Php 2, 500/night price point. They have fast Wi-Fi too!

Not bad for a 3 star hotel. Nice function rooms and KTV rooms.

From what I understand it's the best place around… which makes me a little sad for the city. The hotel seems outdated and is very, very loud. Hallways echo so sound of workers slamming things around are amplified and there is constant dog barking outside. Took a really long time to cool the room. No hot water in sink. But… the employees of the hotel are so nice and seem really happy. Second time to stay this year.

Very recent renovation has been nicely done. Breakfast coffee was great.

I booked the largest room for a bridal shower. 1. ) They wouldn't allow outside food yet most of the inhouse food were unavailable that time. 2. ) woke up to the banging sound of hammer/nails by working carpenters 3. ) I wasn't able to use the bathtub because running water looks dirty. 4) bit pricey rooms compared to others, but not that equally spacious. The furnishings though were better than other Dagupan hotels. Overall, experience was bad.

The rooms are newly renovated. Cleaned everyday (unless you put a do not disturb sign on the door). Convenient location in the city. Staff were courteous and accommodating. I don't see whats with the negative complaints but so far my stay has been pleasant and above board. My dinner was delicious. I asked them to reheat my leftovers for breakfast and they did so graciously. I had a problem connecting to the internet and they fixed it for me. Turns out they have fiber connection so internet was fast. Will be staying here on my next trip to Dagupan.

Seriously? 4.0 reviews?! Walang toothbrush, walang tabo, walang bidet. Wala na sana kami paki dun. Pero yung papasukin yung kwarto niyo na walang advise from the guest is ridiculous! Nawalan kami ng pera! 7 rooms chineck-in namin, lahat pinasok then lilinisin daw kaya daw pinasok, HINDI NAMAN NILINIS. Naglagay lang ng 2 bottled mineral water pero ang dumi pa din ng kwarto and hindi man lang naayos yung blankets. Yung cabinet bukas at bag na red bukas pag dating sa room. Dahilan pa ng manager dapat alam namin protocol ng mga hotel na kapag lalabas, e magiiwan nung tag for cleaning (make up room) para hindi pasukin ng staff. E ang galing, oo nga may protocol silang ganon, hindi namin alam. PERO HELLO KAY MANAGER! Nasan yung labeled tag sa pinto, wala naman! Nag check in kami para may pag iwanan ng gamit and to feel secure. But then kabaligtaran! Ang pinaka nakaka tuwa dun si manager napaka unprofessional! Imbis na makipag tulungan nakikiratrat pa! Kesho kami ang nadidiin na kasalanan namin na nagiwan kami ng malaking pera sa room. Dinuro duro pa nya yung boss namin sa mukha! Ang galing diba?! Unbelievable! Imbis nakapg relax kami, na hassle pa. And to add more, nung nag uusap usap kami with he manager meron din from our floor na pbabamg guest, at sinabi sa isang kasama namin na "nawalan "DIN" kayo? " Amazing anu po?! Kayo na humusga kung mag checheck in kayo sa ZONROX HOTEL este LENOX HOTEL na yan!

Food is not so good. Function hall is a little small and lighting is dim for presentations.

Nice and affordable… stayed an overnight from alaminos trip going back home.

Hotel inside is ok. Love the updated bathroom with bathtub. Good restaurant no need to go out and buy. Outside parking only but guarded. Near drug / convinence store. 1 hr to Manaog. 20 minutes to Romana peanut brittle store.

Rooms are nice and cozy, but definitely a little more expensive than most other hotels. Location is within the city proper and very near major bus lines that travel to/from Manila and Baguio City. Parking is located across the street (open parking) but secure.

The room I got was old and dated. The towel was almost threadbare or thin. There was no complimentary drinking water.

The hotel is nice. The staff are the most gracious people that you will ever come into contact with. The new rooms are second to none.

The staff at the reception area were all very courteous and helpful! The room we were booked in (Deluxe Double) was also very big, with a sofa and table! The rooms are not as nice as 5-star hotels here in Manila, but for the price, it's already well worth it. Will try their new rooms next time.

They put us up at the last minute. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food there was sensational.

I stayed at the Lenox in May of this year for a business trip. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating even giving us our own router to ensure the stability of our Wi-Fi. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the hotel is right near the center of town. Highly recommended as the best place to stay in Dagupan.
