Its affordable hotel, staff is friendly. Rooms was neat.

No offense from the hotel but let me share our experience from this hotel. I gave this 1 star. From day 0 I inquire for availability of rooms. We agreed from the rooms so we already manage the finance we need. The time we check in, the room is not available. From 900.00 we upgrade biglaan to 1, 70p room. The room is not that expected. Not super deluxe as said from the room availability. Day 1 theres a TV but not that good quality, the food delivered from 6 we ordered to room and delivered it 7 am. And the worst part is that, sorry in advance but there's a problem in service. We are aware that the check out is 12 nn but we ask the counter if can we put our baggage inside the rooms we've been staying and she agreed until 3 pm. The time we check out were given a charge not checking out according to time. We question the agreement earlier, but the counter always denying and keep on proving her side. Costumer is right but not this time. We pay another 600for that day I highly suggest record everything you talked from the counter. That's it. Not highly recommendable.

We stayed for a night because most hotels were fully booked because of an event happening the following day. Thankfully we got one of the "newer" rooms. I have attached some photos below. The outlets needed changing. Plant decor was so dusty and lamp cover was tattered. The bedsheet was worn out with tears and holes. The toilet door was warped and hard to close. Despite all these need for renovation, overall the hotel is clean. The free breakfast with coffee was good. AC, basic toiletries — toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, hot and cold shower were available. No elevator. The one thing I desliked were the staff at the front desk who laughed at us when we took the wrong way and climbed up and down 3 floors lugging our heavy bags. Instead of helping us, they found our predicament funny. This is what usually happens when you get poorly managed provincial hotels.

Their room was not cleaned very well to the point that there were cockroaches in their bathroom. When I told this to their room attendant, the only answer I got was "Ma'am, maybe the room attendant didn't clean it too much? ". They only changed our room after I called them a few times.

The rooms need some touch-up — cracked tiles, damaged ceiling.
Only 1 convenience outlet available.
There's no cellular reception in our room (rm 5) at the ground level so I just stayed at their restaurant for a while to do some work.
Overall good value for money.

We had to take the deluxe double room because the standard room was fully booked. Paid around 1500p, but it comes with breakfast. Wifi connection was not so good. Rooms were clean and it comes with warm shower.

Thank you so much for accommodating us during our Holy Week vacation. Reasonably priced and the food was awesome. Rooms are clean and well maintained… Staffs are courteous and kind.

Best hotel accdg to my son. Cozy and affordable room, ang sarap magrelax. Yung food sobrang sarap din sulit. Enough parking spaces. But what I like the most is the attitude of the staff. Approachable, friendly and ang daling makiusap. Kung babalik ako, I will definitely stay here over and over again. Next booking namen we will order more food ang sarap e. 11/10 is our rating for this hotel. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile.

Their best asset is their customer service. I just love how each employee smiles amd great you everytime.
They have poor Wi-Fi connection though. It wasn't able to reach our room. They also have clean bedsheets and comfort room. The water is available 24/7 with good pressure.
They also accept Gcash and card payments.
They just have weird shaped rooms but all the amenities are almost okay. It was good for 950.00.
