The towels they provided looked worse than the towels I use to clean my floors. Yuck! They allowed bands to play so loudly late at night! Look at the photo closely and you’ll see how bad they clean the room.

Accomodating and professional staffs from the front desk personnel, supervisor and the president who attentively responded to our requests. The room was clean, smelt wonderful and modernly designed. The food they offered was sumptuous. It made our stay in Baguio memorable. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Incompetent front desk people, all of them seems to not minding customers request. Facility staff even claimed that we took some of their MAGIC towels which we found out from other guests review seems to be a modus so that they can charge you for something that you did not use or took. This is the worst baguio experience i've had and6i will never ever come back to this horrible hotel not even in my second life.

Nice hotel, great location, food is good. But double check your bill, they tried to overcharge us. Before you, leave, make sure to show them your room’s towels too. Too many incompetent front desk personell. Overall, Nice place to stay, pero ingat lang para di kayo ma hassle.

Overall, it is a good place to stay, however please beware you might be charged for towels they say are missing which was not put inside your room in the first place! It’s not a huge amount and you definitely can afford it but paying for something you did not take should not even happen, maybe it’s even a scam, if you charge each guest that checks out 400 per room for ‘missing’ towel when you sum it up for the number of rooms they have checking out per day it would total to a lot of money im the end. So yes I will still recommend but please be warned. The Orchard Hotel.

Staff are professional and attentive.
Rooms are large, with unexpected features, like multiple power outlets, fold out make up table, several lighting options, and overhead and portable shower.

My sister paid a reservation fee for a centain date for their wedding reception venue. The 40 pax menu was agreed. After one week, they indirectly cancelled it for a bigger event. That was two weeks before the supposed wedding event. The hotel agent who entertained us does not reply anymore unlike before. They didn't even notified my sister about it. It so happened that my sister went there for a hotel room reservation too na napag usapan din with them. That's when the hotel agent said blah blah blah and blah… my sister sensed they accepted a bigger event that covered our reserved date. What does a reservation fee mean to you orchard hotel? kayo pa nagsabi na para sa amin talaga yong date na yon. Yes it's a business, but you put us hanging. No commitment at all. Love the rooms… so cozy and relaxing… and the terris outside your room. Love their restuarant in the morning during breakfast too… 🥰 plus we love King Chef just downstairs.

Amazing rooms and reasonable prices. We ran into a problem caused by our end but it was quickly resolved thanks to the very kind and helpful Ms. Riza Padan.

One of the best hotel in Baguio! Good Internet connection, hot water for bath, clean linens and towels! Will definitely book again in the future!

We keep coming back here because its so really nice to stay! The rooms are very tidy, huge TV set, beds and linens smells good and very comfy, bathroom I so love the shower, the staff are friendly, very good location and the interiors and design of the hotel very instagramable!

Im very choosybwhen it comes to hotels… and I find The Orchard a good alternative to my usual Baguio hidaway… in fact I think i'll be staying here more frequently now. Great room… great location, reasonably priced accommodatuon and great view of the city at the 6th floor dining.

Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast and very chic interior design. Only issue is parking space. Will surely come back given a chance.

Poor service. I do not think the staff are ready to cater a large crowd/event. They are not considerate, not polite and not accommodating. Wi-Fi is also problematic. Can't even connect to laptop and send emails. Not ready for big events, really.

My family enjoyed our stay in this classy yet very affordable hotel… the staff are very friendly and courteus. The food and drinks in their "that little cafe" are excellent and affordable which is located on the top floor that you can view the beautiful city. There is also a restaurant on the ground level (king chef) which is also excellent and affordable. We will surely comeback and we'll recommend to our family and friends. Until next time.
