One of the older hotels in Baguio. Basic accomodation but not the best. Breakfast that comes with the accomodation is not something to look forward to but will fairly do. It has a good location but I find it a bit pricey compared to the other hotels that is around the same vicinity. Good but not my favorite.

Prime location near Burnham Park and other tourist destinations. Check-in came with breakfast, though not buffet-style as I'd expected. The long flight of stairs to the entrance was a bit inconvenient, however, and could prove difficult for the disabled and elderly.

It is centrally located and the staff are courteous.

Stayed here for 4 days and experienced a lot of disappointments. 1. The so called buffet breakfast is something you can eat if there’s nothing to eat. Viands are all fried and oily. You can only choose one from daing na bangus, longganisa, ham, hotdog, &meatloaf plus an egg (boiled or fried). 2. I stayed in an econo room with small cockroaches when the lights are off. It is not well ventilated, facing the street may give a little Baguio breeze but with dust and noise. 3. Wifi connection is intermittent. 4. You can hear footsteps along the lobby and rooms beside and above yours. 5. The bathroom is so small with clogged lavatory. 6. Need to rent hairdryer which is a usual amenity to other hotels. The center city location and welcoming attitude of receptionists are the only good things commendable in this place. Will definitely not stay here again.

Cool springtime climate all year round. This hotel at the heart of BAGUIO City in Northern Philippines is very near beautiful parks and gardens like Burnham Park, Baguio Botanical Garden, Museum and Burnham Lake, a man made lake great for boat riding and paddeling.

The staffs from front desk officer to room attendants to those who serve breakfast were very accommodating. Their public areas have a nice ambiance. They a good Wi-Fi connection. The room is fair enough considering the price. I think what they need to improve on is their cable connection.

I love this hotel, because the room was clean and good, also the bathroom, it's in the heart of Baguio City, so it's near in restaurants.

The hotel was clean and nice. The service was good. The staff were accomodating. The location was absolutely perfect, it was near to most of the tourists spots and famost restaurants. One aspect which made me hesitant to give 5 stars was the breakfast was not enough to start a big day. Haha Anyways my stay was memorable and relaxing. I actually recommended this to my friends.

Very accomodating staff. I guess what needs to be improved is the food (breakfast) that comes with the room reservation. Taste was bland and few choices available.

Paladin hotel offers 45 rooms with different category. There is an open parking, 24 hour security service, 24 front desk. Service is exceptional.

Really nice, friendly, accommodating staff — this customer service is the norm here in the philippines. Unfortunately the reviews on here set up my expectations too high for this hotel. Cons: 1. Dead cockroach found on the floor under the bed. 2. Our blankets smelled terrible — quick exchange at the desk went fine. 3. If your room is in the 15-30 section, HAVE EARPLUGS! a KTV bar and disco club are right across the street, they blast their volume and you won't sleep a wink. Not sure if they can also be heard from the other sections. Pros: 1. Accessible and close to burnham park 2. Free parking with security 3. Complementary massage in the evening 4. Aircon and strong Wi-Fi. all in all, I don't recommend this hotel — especially for the lack of sleep my family.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Econo rooms are okay, the bedroom is spacious, but the bathroom is so small (If you're claustrophobic, then I don't recommend this hotel). You can choose what you can have for breakfast. Ranging from Filipino to American and Vegetarian breakfast.

The hotel staffs are very accommodating. The room is clean. It just that the breakfast menu were the same for 2 days but all in all. We enjoyed our stay! Keep it up!

We had a nice stay in Paladin Hotel. The room is clean, the aircon was good, the location was excellent, near all the tourist spots and establishments, the hotel attendants were friendly. KEEP IT UP! We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends back home…

Small rooms… good for the business traveler no luxurious amenities.

Clean but too noisy! One side disco all night, other side traffic. Hard to slep.
