When we checked in there the regular rate was 2800 for double occupancy but on that day there was a 50% discount, wow how lucky we are. Most of the hotel rooms in baguio city has no airconditioning unit due to its cold weather all throughout the year. This hotel is overlooking Burnham park but the view is blocked by trees sorounding the park. Its a few steps away.

Fair price but very old place.

The management has good raport with the customers.

Tho its an old hotel but it has the Perfect location, for travelers on tight budget! Very affordable, friendly staff, last time we were here was just last february, we got a very good deal on 2 rooms that we avail. We are planning to come back this oct and looking forward for the same rate that we had before hehe hope so!

It's an old hotel, that needs an uplift. But if you're after a good location & nothing else, this is the place for you. You have to ask for additional pillows & blankets though. (no additional charge) Otherwise, what you see is what you get. If you're after comfort & luxuries of your home, just don't expect much.

Nice place to stay when in Baguio. Almost in the middle of everything just in front of Burnham park. Convenient to even just walk about anywhere downtown Baguio yet surprisingly affordable room rates! Friendly staff too… ;-)

The staffs were very polite and I would recommend this place for those who wants an affordable place to stay near the center of Baguio City. Though, the room is old and the bathtub doesn't drain right away, still you can sleep comfortably even without air conditioning unit. On our experience, they have 50% off to all their room rates, which makes it very affordable.

Ok ang staff. Ok lang din naman sana kaso lang on d 2nd night nag sulputan dalawang ipis sa room. Then water in the tub doesn't drain right away. We had to wait until the morning on the first night but on d 2nd night draining problems were still present.

Affordable and decent place at Baguio City Proper. Very convenient if you a place near the city. It is just in front of Burnham Park, walking distance to SM, market, and session hall. Not for you if you are looking for authentic Baguio feel, since it could be warm in the city proper. Clean hotel.

Basic hotel some rooms good for family, decent internet speed in our room although in our first stay here the internet was not that fast. Might be good to bring your own towel their towels are not absorbent.

This place is OK and close to everything so for the price u can't expect too much, staff is good family room is big enough with basic stuff and hot shower.

I loved when they serve the room for us.

Slow Wi-Fi. No emergency light inside the room. Cabinet doors producing noise. Bath tub is leaking to the flooring. Lighting switches are detaching.

Poor security. my daughter's tablet were missing and no where to be found on room 406. also no feedback and support or action from the management. How sad/bad experience on this hotel.

I slept on a mattress on the floor@flower festival for 300 pesos. But clean. And nice people.
