This hotel is very clean and worth the price. It is also accessible since it is near the tourist spots.

I really enjoyed staying here. Room is clean and spacious. I loved their brewed coffee. Breakfast is free when you check-in in this hotel. And accessible to everything.

I came early on this hotel dropped my luggages at the front desk with my husband, and started my tour of the city. Unfortunatelybit rained and we came back to hotel at around 530pm. Upon entering the room I was dismayed, the pictures posted in agoda wasnt tge same whatbi saw. It looks like a motel rather than a hotel. The rooms need renovation, bathrrom is not the same as the pictures either, they looks so old and dirty and really smells bad, too tight and bed was filthy dirty, upon using UV lights, room was too tight and lights are very dim. They offered me another room and it was the same. Used the UV lights and I was disgusted with what I saw. I came back to the front desk and ask for refund and tge wouldnt give it to me since they said I booked at Agoda and I have to contact them. I had to leave that hotel, and come back to tge previos hotel I stayed which is Hotel Elizabeth. I called them and askedfor a room to stay and since it was last minute I had to pay more but Id rather do that instead of staying in this hotel. Its ridiculously insane how they say its a 3star hotel like Hotel Elizabeth but its nothing to compare to a 3star hotel. The guy that assisted us even compared it to the airport saying it was dirtier in airport than their hotel. I CALLED Agoda and theyvcontacted the hotel last night and they said they wouldn't give me a refund despite all these troubles Ive been through and ruined my plans that night.

If you are a backpacker who just needs a place to sleep and has a private bath and at the same time comfy, then this would be a good place to be. They also offer free Wi-Fi in the hotel, as well as complimentary breakfast at the cafe downstairs. Really good hotel since as it is aptly named, you won't have to go too far for food or market since it is at tge heart of the city.

We stayed here with my Family from April 5-6 and enjoyed it. Room is clean and the place is well lit, well designed and secured. All hotel staff and guard are very polite, well mannered and friendly which is very diffirent from Manila. The free breakfast is great and the restaurant is very cozy and well cleaned. The place is best if you want to go quickly within the best spots in the center of Baguio — Burnham Park, Session Road, Public Market, etc… Great value for our quick stay and money.

Good for commuting passengers Because they dont have parking area. Its in the center vicinity thats why everything is beyond your reach…

Good and comfortable rooms. It is really in the center of the city. Easy access to the different food chains and shops. Also near Burnham park.

Staff are very accomodating esp. Kuya Guard. Nice place and location.

It is right within the center of the city. Anyplace is much more accessible from this hotel. Parking would be somewhat of a problem though. They also house a very good small cafe which is Unfortunately, almost always full. So there could be a wait most of the time. They've got very good pastries and cakes. And the small terrace has a wonderful view of session road.

This is our family's go to hotel when we come to Baguio. It's close to SM and Burnham park. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. The hotel cafe is one of our favorites. The rooms are clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The best way to stay in Baguio. Coz it is located in the center of the metro. High five for nice place!

Situated along session road， the hotel is very accessible to restaurants，malls，baguio cathedral，burnham and terminal going to mines view，botanical and the mansion. Room is clean and has its own AC ，tv and heater. Hotel has Wi-Fi and we were given complimentary bfast even though it is not included when we booked which was served in the hotel`s Beanstalk Cafe. Though，if you wanted to stay at a quiet place，better search for a hotel that`s a bit far from the busy streets to avoid hearing the noise. Travelite Express can be one option.

Location: 10/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 Space: 8/10 Service: 9/10 What makes it excellent? Breakfast was provided even it wasn't mentioned when I booked online. Con (s) : the next building was doing some construction works at night, it was impossible to get a good night sleep. The noise from the hallway was loud and clear which adds up to the impossibility of getting a good sleep.

They allowed us very early check in. Clean room (with airconditioning) and spacious bathroom. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Only downside was the payment to the reservation need to be made in advance — which is ok but the bank asked me for an additional "service fee". Maybe alternative forms of payment or an alternative bank.

Big clean rooms, delicious breakfast, water heater is working The only thing I dont like about this hotel is that their rest rooms do not have bidet. And to mention, they do not give complimentary water and toothbrush.

Location wise, it very accesible to all, market, restaurant, shopping mall and also bus terminal. Plus the hotel iffers free breakfast.

Location is good. It is along session road. Restaurants groceries night market cathedral burnham park and sm baguio all walking distance. Clean rooms. They wont accept your reservations though if you do not pay 100% of the room rate.

Hotel with basic amenities. One room is best booked during the flower festival because of its view of Session road where the parade passes through. The room is room 510 where we stayed. Make sure to close the windows at night if you do not want to hear the noise of vehicles passing through session road.

Main road, very easy to locate.

The best feature of this hotel is that it is along Session Road. The Jeepney Terminals to various tourist spots (Mines View Park, PMA, Crystal Cave, etc. ) are within walking distance. The rooms are good; if you manage to get a room with a window on the higher floors, you'll get to enjoy a great view of the busy Session Road. There's free Wi-Fi but it often has connection problems. The free breakfast food at Beans Talk is great, although it is not a buffet but rather you choose from a set of breakfast meals. The cafe is not open 24/7 though. Watch out for great promos like booking a room and getting the next day for free, especially during non-peak seasons.

True to its name the location of the hotel is at the city center. I can go out late at night and walk safely back to the hotel. I just wonder why the complimentary shampoo they have is for coarse/dry hair. Lol. Also since they're not providing any slippers, the floor should feel clean not sticky. Apart from the feel of the floor I would've given it 5 stars. Cost of a standard room (walk in) was 2, 100 pesos.

It's almost perfect, the receptionists are so hospitable not like the other hotels around the Baguio. The free meal at BeanStalk Cafe was so delicious, so that I gave 5stars… Great Job City Center❤❤

I enjoyed my stay for 1 night. Staffs are accommodating. The place is clean and looks very nice. Sooooooo inlove with the place. The location is nice, its near places you would want to visit. Not so expensive, with a free breakfast meal from Bean Stalk Bistro.
