Parking Struggle. Perhaps the only hotel in Baguio with no Valet Parking attendant. Been calling their Baguio phone no. +63 74 424 3397 but nobody answers. I was already waiting 15 minutes upfront the hotel but the guard was not at his post, and when he did arrive he said that the former employee who attends to Valet Parking already resigned. I still waited for 15 more minutes to check if there will be movement within the cars parked across the hotel, but none did. All the cars parked upfront are Government office service vehicles. Had to move to another place since this hotel did not have enough parking provisions for customers. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are particular with your vehicle’s safety.

Rooms could use an upgrade. The sink of the room I was in was cracked and the towels were not completely clean. The bathroom is really cramp too. Opening the door almost brushes the toilet bowl.

Bedsheets are dirty. Pillow case white dapat, pero brown mukhang di na napapalitan. The lamp beside the bed is not working. Meron glass sa table but theres nothing to drink no bottled water. Mabato yung carpet needs to be vaccumed. May tumutunog na weird kabilang room. Posted picture is too good to be true.

Room is good enough: clean and somewhat cozy. We had the honeymoon room by the end of the hallway. The whole place is old but adds to the ambience. I am not that comfortable though with the sound the floor makes when I walk.

Although the hotel experience isn't that good because of the poor internet connection, empty fridge, intricate television, the feels of the place take visitors to the antique Philippines. Also, the infrastractures beside the place like Mt. Cloud Bookshop and North Haven Spa is a must-experience, and not forgetting Hillstation Restaurant.

Some of the things I liked in this hotel are: 1. The location — SM mall, downtown Session Road, the Cathedral, market, popular restaurants/cafe, bus terminal, etc. Are very accessible, no need to get a cab 2. Kinda pricey but fancy — I loved the wooden (but carpeted) floors and stairways and the touch of history, which makes Casa Vallejo different from other hotels we stayed in Baguio 3. Cleanliness — old but well maintained, I liked the ambiance, the standard room we stayed in at the basement is clean, the bed, pillows, and duvet are very comfy; the bathroom is not that big but clean and odor-free. Things that were somewhat disappointing are: 1. Wi-Fi sucks — we NEVER ever get the chance to enjoy it. 2. Breakfast — we used to enjoy a buffet breakfast in almost every hotel we stayed in but to our surprise, we only offered a plated meal for breakfast with only three sets of meals to choose from 3. Light switch — there is only one switch for all the lights in the room, so if you switch it Off, the entire room is so dark, you have to keep the lamp at the bedside table lit up the whole night. 4. Annoying noise — we could hear the hotel staff in the hallway talking most of the time even if the TV is on 5. Staff – all of them were accommodating and friendly except when the front desk staff told me to go to the lobby if I wanted to use the Wi-Fi, that didn’t sit well with me.

The room was very cozy and clean with just the right amount of space to move around in. The much-needed water heater worked nicely. However, if you happen to stay at the place along with a family with kids, don't expect sound proofed walls and sleeping in. By 5:30am, neighboring guests were up and about with small kids running up and down the halls, screaming. The nice wooden floors, although carpeted, did nothing to muffle the sounds.

I loved the whole old and country feels of the place, from the resto to the hotel rooms and lobbies. Staff were great as well. The service was amazing.

My only home in Baguio! For years, Casa Vallejo has been my family's go-to accommodation whenever we visit Baguio. The rustic design makes transports you to a time when Baguio had more pine trees and cooler breeze. The staff have always been so friendly and accommodating (I accidentally left my hard drive plugged at the back of the TV. They kept it for me until I came back to claim it — 3 months later! ). Some awesome features — the must-try Hill Station restaurant, and the quirky Mount Cloud bookstore where you can check out some cool works by local authors and artists.

Best accomodation I've ever had in Baguio. This botique-style hotel has anreally homey exterior and classically stylish interiors. They offer really good rates from Sunday to Thursday and I took advantage of it just yesterday, Monday, since I wanted to stay at a nice place in Baguio for once. (I usually choose budget accomodations in Baguio like Upstairs Bed and Bath. ) I got their honeymoon suite for such a great price that my friends who were lwaving that they seemed a little envious that I get to stay in such a nice place. Before booking the suite, one of the front-desks employees asked me if I wanted a tour first before I book which I said "yes" to of course. It's really rare for hotels amd inns to proactively offer a viewing of their rooms before you book. The room ended up looking exactly like what was advertised on their website which is another thumbs up for me. The only reason why I am giving this place 4 stars and not 5 is because easrly in the morning, after a night of drinking, I asked for some coffee and they told me that they don't serve beverages at that time. I think that was already about 2 am. Remembering that I had some coffee in my room, I just asked the guy at the reception to give me hot water and sugar. Sadly, he was only able to provide hot water as they also di not serve sugar at those hours. That was the only disappointing part of my stay in there.

This is an old structure dating back to 11909. The building, rooms, dining room are all in very good condition. The meals are excellent, and very fairly priced. The staff is very courteous and helpful. When I return to Baguio in the future, this is the only place I will stay.

Basic rooms. However, it exudes a very good sense of Baguio, especially with their restaurant, cafe, and bookstore. At the heart of Baguio but there's still some privacy in its confines. For whatever deficiency as a limited hotel, it is one of the must, to experience the local color and sense of Baguio City.

A semi rustic hotel with historical significance at the heart of baguio city. A strategic location at the top of session road. This place stretches back, supposedly, to 1901 and was formerly a german hospice during world war two. The place takes you back in time as old baguio beckons you. It boasts the famous restaurant Hill Station, serving slightly pricey but delicious dishes. The retrofitted rooms are basic, very clean with càble TV and not as classic as the remainder of the place. The toilet has a bidet. If your room is facing the road, you are better of closing the windows to minimize traffic noise which is bearable. There is a parking lot but the entrance inclines downward steeply but the exit ramp is less angled and is easy to drive out. There are lots of jeeps passing here going to various locations. I hope commercial developers never acquire and destroy this place. It would be a waste.

This is the worst hotel accommodation we had ever had in baguio… we got the family room @ 12k/ night very small space no aircon only ceiling fan. W 2 double bed. Tv. & a baradong toilet. We have to call housekeeping twice because hnd ma flush yon toilet bowl. We try to open the window but it’s not screened. So we have to close it. It’s not safe from possible dengue mosquitoes. Price is not a problem as long as amenities are better & rooms are well maintained. This is Greediness in its highest form

I just had a quick overnight stay. Somebody told me that this was one of the oldest hotels in town, but that didn't bother me since I wanted to try something not modern for once. I am pleasantly surprised how it was kind of neatly renovated. I liked the room I got, not big, but very cozy. Free breakfast at the Hill Station was great. I had good stay overall.

The place was good. Clean sheets, hygienic toilet and as usual a chilled place. We stayed there for 2nights and the receptionist Mr Erick booked us in a perfect room. One downfall was the brown out 1night from the main power supplier of the city but it resummed 10pm.

It's totally not your typical hotel but not to be considered as dainty also. Its cozy and elegant at the same time. The dinning hall is at par with class and sofistication. Decorations are carefully placed in locations that doesn't make the area daunting or sad but rather romantic and organized. Loved the staff. Maybe if I check in here within the period of major constructions I will give a very poor review. It's such a shame though that the view is totally floored by aisles and aisles of house roof when your in The dinning area. Rooms are nice, no need for airconditioning but you need patience when manipulating the bathroom faucet but still its good experience. Give it a 6 out of 10

Many people say that it will remind you of the old Baguio. It is located near the city center yet it's so quiet and peaceful probably because of the pine trees that envelope its surroundings.

They were open for breakfast early. We were able to watch NBA in their bar area. The breakfast platter was enough to feed 4.

How can you not put bottled water in rooms? As a foreigner I hate to brush my teeth with tap water. Also the room became very stuffy with the celing fan spinning very slowly. Couldnt open windiw as the car outside room on street had its alarm ringing constantky for 16 hours. 4am until 6pm abd I know the hotel cannot help but really spoilt my stay. Breakfast was same everyday.
If you decide to take tour like we did using the hotel service, do not expect to receive and guided tour. Just to be driven from A to B to C is not a tour. I could do that using taxis. When I pay for 4 hours tour, I expect to get the allotted time paud for, especially if in effect you just paying driver to take you to see places. Dont recommend you take this ssrvice. Suggest if you just need to see places, go at own pace and use taxis as they are so cheap.

No room air conditioning, it just relies on Baguio breeze that can get too warm at times. I arrived very early, 4am, but was not even entertained until I insisted. I was also not offered early check in nor given a room so I can rest. I was just told to leave my bags and go. (I even told them I can pay extra, as I just need to rest. ) Rooms are dated, the smell shows that it is. Overall, customer service can be improved and can make a difference. The resto at the back is good but is under a different management. The bookstore and the spa are great.

I love the place. I love the rustic feels of an old house. Hill Station (hotel's cafe) serves great food though some are a little bit pricy. The pastries were lovely! The room is neat & clean though those on the street side is quite noisy because of the vehicles passing all through out the night. Great service ang friendly staff. And their discount promo with BDO was really a nice treat! I will definitely come back.

You get that Baguio feel when you stay at this hotel. The old wood structure adds to that vintage ambiance not to mention the restaurant below with the beautiful vintage decor.

Nice, homey feel. No air-conditioning and let's face it, eome Baguio afternoons are hot. There's a restaurant downstairs that looks charming. The rooms in this hotel are almost always on sale throughout the year.

Nice ambiance and clean rooms. But it would be best if they provide tea and coffee in the room good for the number of people staying. Also, shower heater takes a long time to work and water pressure is weak. Bed is also kinda hard for the back and pillows are small. Although, staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Their spa services are to die for :).

This is a good location and comfortable to go SM, down town and have facility spa bookstore etc. I will be return again.

Overpriced and tatty hotel. No mini bar or drinks of any kind in the rooms. Coffee or tea facilities should be provided. Food in restaurants very poor. Good point is staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.

Stayed for 4 nights last september and the staff were so courteous. No complains and the facility is walking distance to SM, Church and the market. Will return whenever I go to baguio again.

Cheesecake here in the Hill station of Casa Vallejo is the best.
