Not good experience on this hotel. The maintenance staff have the master key to all doors they are not checking if theres a people in the room. The door don't have the manual lock. So don't do privacy moments because you will be surprise that they will enter into your room hahah. And the bed sheets is not properly wash I think it is not been replaced theres also a blood stain.

My recent experience here was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired — the pillows and sheets had an unpleasant smell, which made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. Basic essentials were also missing: there was no tissue or bar soap provided, which should be standard in any hotel stay.
Another issue was the pricing. The rates displayed at the front desk were not what we were actually charged. This felt very misleading and left us feeling taken advantage of. Clear and honest pricing is a basic expectation, and it’s disappointing that this was not the case here.

Room is nice and clean. The receptionist practiced diligence in asking questions pertaining to guests i. E. I was asked if my companion is my son. Staffs and receptionist are courteous and accommodating.
Room for improvement: Staff could also provide floor mats/rags in the bathroom.
Staff should also use fabric conditioner for the bath towels for a more pleasant smell.
