Stay for 1 night on the 29 nov. And were not appreciated. Management services took us waiting for 2 hrs, we evenly provide the zonrox to clean the rooms and floors for dis infection. We are guest and we iniate to clean the whole area. Rooms are very dirty, comfort room are not comfort to used, stingy, rust shower holders, management not properly communicate the real picture "pera perahan lang" but emmensely contacting us to vacate the area the following day. But the flies, trash everywhere is not priority. White House as it called but isnt describe in reel. Black perhaps.

This place is a classic example of false advertising. Almost every part of the property needs maintenance and the owner is either too lazy or just really don't care about his/her guests' experience. I don't feel secure in the compound since you can't even lock the doors properly. Only notable points of this place is the helpful caretaker and the water heater. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. The beach house was nice and very spacious. The ACs were properly working and manages the room's temperature. The master's bedroom was nice and it's bathroom was very clean. However the 2nd bedroom's bathroom is somehow old and needs some deep cleaning and I think it's better it the bathroom was a little bit bigger. But overall, the place was nice and very cozy perfect for family/friends getaway. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights!

Me and my colleagues had a pleasant stay and would definitely want to go back. With all the stress at work and the anxiety because of the pandemic, staying at White House even just overnight was a breather. We love everything about the place plus the friendly caretaker who’s always there when we needed assistance. We can sit on the patio all day and do nothing if we have the luxury of time. Such a homey atmosphere. I’m planning to visit again next summer. :)

Run down dirty resort, the bathroom stinks, the tables outside is not even cleaned after each occupants use, the two caretakers is in and out of the house and they are not wearing facemask… not worth what we paid for-16 k 🤬

The place si big but kinda old, the sink on masters bedroom is broken. (flooding)
aircon is dusty.
please to the owner check your house and maintain the cleanliness of your place.
by the way the care taker is very accomodating.
Owner isn't responsive to queries. Takes too long to get a response.
but overall, we enjoyed our stay becoz theres a lot of water activities, and shallow waters, good for kids.
i suggest go on a weekday as weekend tends to be crowded.

Kuya Jojo (caretaker) was very accomodating, the place was very spacious our dogs really enjoyed running around too. Definitely will come back again soon! ☺️

Recommended! Loved the ambiance, the place itself (family friendly) nice caretakers and beach front Would just add to fix the water in the rooms too for improvement! Overall nice experience.

Very satisfied with the the service provided by owner and staff. Facilities were clean and regularly maintained. Staff members were also knowledgeable and helpful when asked about info regarding the town itself. Highly recommended for family and corporate rentals. Don't think twice. Just book ;)

Very nice and huge place… good for family outing… stress free…

We arrived and stayed last June10-12, 2018. The house was big and can accommodate up to 25pax. It is good for big family bonding esp. If you want to relax. Staffs are all helpful and friendly.
Our comments will be as followed:
1. I suggest that the owner must do total renovation for flooring, ceiling, plumbing fixtures, toilets, cabinets and water proofing as those seem already not suitable for rainy season.
2. You must have extra beddings esp. Blankets, curtains and suggested to get new foam for beds
3. To add some kitchen utensils and tools to use
4. Must be elaborate extra charges prior to the date of stay
Overall, we enjoyed our stay even it was too rainy. And thank u for 2 peaceful nights.

We check in last June 1 to 2 and we enjoyed the beach and everything there, specially the staff. Clean place and nice beach. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity. We will be back this year in your place.

Thanks for an awesome weekend! My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Beach front is Very peaceful and relaxing. Spacious and private. Very clean. Caretakers specially Manang Vilma are really accommodating and helpful. They welcomed us with their very sweet smiles. Siguro, one thing that needs improvement is yung paint from the bathroom and next time around we can use your mezzanine, itll be a lot prettier if magagamit na yon. I could not say anything more but thumbs up and Thank you!

This is what they don’t show on their ads. Old and crumbling house being eaten away by termites. Power outage the entire night without backup generator but no refund or discount whatsoever was extended. Owner was rude and curt despite all the hassle during my kids’ supposed summer vacation. This is the worst vacation house especially for kids. House is not safe, the beach is littered with garbage and food peelings, property is beside the canal with canal water oozing down the sand. It’s gross and uninhabitable. I will never bring my family back here. Don’t make the same mistake, because the owner doesn’t care about his guests’ welfare. If I can give 0 stars, I would. I suggest you book at the property nearby — Coral Beach Resort and get your money’s worth.

Beach front. Very peaceful & relaxing. Spacious & private. Very clean. House hold helpers are very courteous & helpful. They even cook & clean for us. To top it all, it's reasonably priced. Place I go to to get away.
