We stayed for a night but wished it was longer. The room was spacious and clean. The ambiance was very relaxing and you can really see how much effort they put in to keep the place organized for their guests. The food was tasty and fairly cheap for the serving. The best part about the place was their accomodating staff that would really do what they can to make you enjoy your time with them. Special mention to Ms. Joy who went above and beyond what was expected of her. This place deserves 10 stars in my book.

Unfortunately, we didn't fully enjoy our stay. We stayed at the Hyacinth villas and it's superb. However, we did't get the peace and quiet experience that we are looking forward to this much awaited vacation. Our kids wasn't able to enjoy the pool because some guest are playing rowdy even though in the rules and regulations, it is prohibited. Also, the loud music from the same guest didn't let us sleep soundly. How can the management allowed this? We paid premium but the experience we had is as if we are in a public resort. We are so disapointed. Sayang.

My friends and I loved our stay at Rose Villas Resort. It was quiet and we were able to enjoy our downtime from the city. I was able to bring my dog to his first out of town experience as well. The staff were all kind and thoughtful during our stay. Would definitely go back here! :)

The resort was definitely beautiful, highly recommended for those people who wanted some serenity in their life. From the owner of the resort to the employees, they are so very kind that they can accommodate you anytime you want. Honestly, when I got home, came from the resort, I feel like my body wants more. Also, the ambiance of that resort was really amazing and I’m sure that every people who wants some serenity in life will surely choose to go there.

This place is highly recommended. It was worth the drive. Very cozy, and relaxing. Rooms are very spacious so as the bathroom. They serve delicious food at a very affordable price. Will definitely go back again ❤

We felt secured the whole time and relax because the place is very clean. The place is really a home, the view, rooms and the pool made our stay really amazing. Staffs are very attentive and helpful. Place is great, good food, friendly staff.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is clean also with superb water temperature for swimming. Services are obviously limited due to the pandemic. Great staff, kind, and very accommodating. They’ll try to provide you with anything you request and serve you with their big smiles. Sir Rudy the owner also tries to check on the guests in the morning for any concerns and to make sure that the guests are having a good experience. But there are always room for improvements such as the issue with the mosquitoes and flies (they’ll provide off-lotion and mosquito coils). Willing to go back here.

It is a great place to stay. The staffs were friendly, caring and pleasant, starting from the reception to other staffs. The meals are good and delicious. The rooms were warm and cozy.

It’s my third time to stay here and still I get excited everytime I go here. The place is getting more beautiful and cozier too. The owner and the staff are indeed very welcoming and accommodating. Sobrang nakakarelax at pantagal stress talaga plus masarap na food sa menu. Mahigpit rin sila sa pagpapatupad ng Covid19 protocol para na rin sa safety ng guests nila. Overall, I give it a 5 star rating for everything. Super nag-enjoy kami sa stay namin dito at for sure babalik at babalik kami rito. Add ko na rin na super IG-worthy yung place I highly recommend this resort for everyone! Wag na magdalawang-isip. Worth it dito pramis!

The owner and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The place is very cozy and nature-friendly and the food is also great.
They observe strict protocol regarding the safety of their clients.
Following the standard protocol, there is a respective time for the use of pool in order for the other clients not to have contact with the other.
To sum it all up, we had a great time staying in Rose Villas and we arrived feeling safe at home. God bless to the owners, especially, Maam Rutchie. Thank you very much for accommodating us. It is indeed a nice place to stay and celebrate especially intimate occasions. Will surely refer this place to all my friends and family!

Beautiful place to stay with your love ones. The staffs are very helpful and friendly! breakfast is served to your room. You can also order Food delivery from nearby restaurants without corkage fee. They also have very spacious room. A hidden gem in lipa batangas.

Among all the resorts I visited in Lipa, eto talaga yung pinakamalinis at sobrang relaxing yung ambiance nya. Pero bonus na lang yun actually. What I loved most about Rose Villas e yung friendly staff and the management itself… The best po kayo Mam Rutchie.
I just didn’t find the perfect reception area, but I found a family. Yung tipong money is not all that matters, but the relationship with her clients. Sobrang thankful kami ng husband ko kasi from preparation, Ms. Rutchie is so hands-on at super approachable, super daming magagandang ideas na sinuggest samin. She helped us a lot and solved our problems during preparation and the wedding day itself. Our wedding turned out the best because of you (and of course the reat of the suppliers)

Had our wedding reception, preps and after-wedding-stay here at Rose Villas Resort. We love everything about the resort, the relaxing ambiance, the homey feel, the good service, honest & generous people and everyone is very accommodating. As they say, "home away from home" is what they really offered us. Actually, I didn't feel we are customers as I feel more of a guest of this wonderful family. The owner of the resort ensure our convenience as well as our guests.

Great place for garden weddings with super friendly staff, good food and service.

Pool looks great, cabana and gazebo looks serene but dont expect too much on perimeter because one of its charm is the coziness of the place. I have yet to taste their dishes though.

Perfect venue! I was about to give 5 stars 'coz it has the perfect place people is asking for. We had our wedding last week. They are flexible with the payment conditions but there's a lot of hidden charges. We paid the whole venue without them giving us a contract. Then on the the day of the wedding they charged us for corkage fee for drinks. They only advised us about the corkage fee for using a different caterer. On the same day, they asked us 2000 pesos for using the aircon in the function hall. They did not advised us about it. What if people do have exact money onhand, then they will not get the full service they initially when they confirm the booking. When we're about to check out, the old guy I think it's the owner of the resort do have his own guest and I'm asking for the amount of goods that had been consumed per room. Then the old guy said"Wag mo muna intindihin yan, mamaya na yan. Unahin mo ang mga bisita ko". I think that is a worst customer service. We pay for the service. We're also clients. Too rude. The place is good, the receptionist is so accomodating but other than that they failed. Kindly please provide the correct expectations or an official contract that you and your clients can sign regarding with the inclusions of the package. But thank you for having a good and peaceful place.
