Was only in Batangas the night before and got in touch with Oliver who was most helpful. The following day I did two dives including a refresher with Shala. All of the staff were warm, friendly and accommodating and I’ll definitely use them again in the future! Thanks again.

A dive centre, which is highly recommended. It is a nice place to chill and dive, either for long or short holiday. Members over there are very patient and friendly in bringing me explored underwater in Anilao and also guiding me in taking good photos. I felt like home and comfortable at this dive centre for my long holiday due to all members from ASDC.

Fun and Safe Dives Located in the heart of Anilao Muck Diving. They offer shore and boat dives and customized dive packages for all experience and certification levels. They also have a set of reliable dive equipment and can be included in your dive rate package and we use a very comfortable wooden cruise boat for a max. The staff will be happy to arrange the perfect dive trip: — The wooden boat cruise for the relaxed diver
— Muck, reef, Blackwater, drift, deep, etc just depends to your liking They also offer wide angle/macro photography workshops (look for @Mark Badiola) frog fish, pygmy squid and sea horses are just some examples of creatures you can find right in front of the resort. For amateur and professional photographers, look for the best spotter in Anilao and his name is Carlo. Even after my 30th dives since my OW, I was so horrible but thier instructor, Oliver Claver improved my skills massively with tips and his teaching. It's really important to have a world class and experienced instructor like him, definitely will have my advance certification on my next visit. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, you feel right at home. Vibes is perfect that even other guest become friends after thier stay. I met many new friends here from different parts of the world. I can only imagine that Gina, must be declining unfriendly guest since I haven't across one during my stay.

The place to go for a quiet and beautiful diving experience, the whole team is at the top, very professional.
I dive for a week with ASDC, passionate about the beauty of the dives offered by Anilao, especially in terms of macro-organisms.
The guys really have the eye of the tiger, they will show as much as possible.
I really recommend this place where passion, respect and knowledge of the sea are waiting for you.

Next time I will stay with them for at least 3 days to enjoy different diving spots.

Perspective from a beginner: I am not a natural born swimmer and/or diver but I instantly felt at home in ASDC even if it was only a day trip. It was my first time to try diving! I was nervous but my diving master really helped make me feel comfortable, safe and that I could learn it right away. And I did — — I learned so much from the diving intro and the dive itself. It was an inspiring experience. They really take teaching divers seriously. You will see that they care about mother nature as well as the guests. The owner and staff are all very accommodating. It may not be a 5-star hotel but they do prioritize equipment and safety for those who want to try out diving. ASDC is a great community that is growing in ASDC and I'm grateful for the experience. Can't wait to come back again soon. Because of this experience, I would like to try diving again and hopefully the weather cooperates even more so I can see the marine life again.

Amazing experience. The people here were very friendly, way beyond a simple business relationship. The dive instructor Oliver was very kind and accommodating, and even as beginners it has been a great experience to dive here. Probably the best host we got during 3 weeks spent in the Philippines.

We visited for 2 days and 1 night. At first my plan is to just check the place and go free diving but due to the kind offer of the staff I decided to try scuba. So it’s my first time but all the information the scuba instructor gave regarding safety and the equipment is clear and easy to understand for beginners. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a scuba center or just a new thing to do for best experience.

I have spent the first week of January at ASDC and it was really nice. The place is rustic but the staff is very friendly. The room was basic with hot water and (noisy) AC, just what I needed.
3 meals were served every day, 2 at the dive center and 1 on the boat. The food was pretty good.
I did 3 dives everyday + 2 night dives. I used my own gear, but rental one seemed in good condition. The diving was good and not only focused on macro/muck (good point to me)
I really enjoyed my stay and will come back there again the next time. Only downside was the last day, I asked in the afternoon to do a night dive and 2 DMs told me "ok, no problem", but there was nobody to guide me at night… I finally dove with another customer and a guide from another dive center (arrangement made by Gina — the manager — at the last moment) No big deal.
If you look for a place to dive at Anilao for a decent price and friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go!

The manager (or maybe owner, not sure) of the place, Mrs. Gina Bao-in is really nice and welcoming! The dive masters were great and knew well what they were doing. I enjoyed the scuba diving instruction session. Lodging was nice and simple and the dogs are a big plus! Gotta love Nambo, the chocolate Labrador! He welcomed us and entertained us during our wait. He also followed us to our car when we were about to leave, a very good boy, 10/10 responsible doggo lol. It's a nice place to visit for a simple, affordable vacation. I loved our stay there.

Very, very modest accommodation. Food for me is not tasty…
Just one boat and paying for a private guide I counted on a private boat, but had to swim in the same boat with the Japanese.
The dive guide was very nice-it's the only thing I liked about this hotel…
There were only 3 nights and I regret my choice…
The location of the hotel is not very convenient-close to walk only to the pier Anilao, the main dive sites are far… 30 minutes to swim.

Rooms are simple, the food is simple but delicious, hostess hospitality is also a good diver. The price is reasonable and very cost-effective for those who travel alone.

We arrived at the ASDC at around 9 to 10 pm. They were very helpful in keeping us posted with the directions on how to get there and what are the alternative routes because, apparantly, jeepney routes to mabini are only until 6pm, i'm not sure though if its the last trip. Then, we were stuck in a heavy traffic going to mabini crossing wherein tricycle ride going to the resort are only until 8 to 9 pm but I dont know if they are also available after that, but maybe. As what I have said, ask the staff for other options on how to ge there, and they will guide you accordingly. The stay at the ASDC was very relaxing. They offer affordable rooms with twin — sized beds and air-conditioned rooms with a private toilet and bath, but no TV. You can use there Wi-Fi service but it only reaches the main dining hall, lounge and the areas surrounding it, because when we get in our room, the connection was lost. About the food, they have a menu which id a bit pricey though, about minimum of 200php I recall, but good for 3-4 persons, exclusive of their rice meal which is 35 each cup. They also suggest that you bring your own food if you want to spend less or buy outside the vicinity which is just a good short walk outside the resort. They offer "paluto" service and reheating of meals you bought outside which is good. They also have self-service brewed coffee, bread when available with different jams. And drinks (beer).

Amazing dive center! I highly recommend this place if you'd rather stay away from luxury resorts. Super friendly staff, Gina (the owner) is very social and runs the resort as a family house, all divers are having lunch and diner together (food is excellent). Rooms are basic but clean & comfy. Will come back again soon.

Excellent diving centre. Very nice Filipino welcome, great fun dives in varied sites. Good food. Simple but clean and comfortable accommodation. And good value. Recommended!

Great place right on the beach. All the people are very friendly. Food was delicious and the price was good. Diving was great. Hot water, aircon, hammocks. Easy to find. It wasn't busy when we arrived so we were upgraded rooms. Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a budget traveller.

Basic dive center and basic accommodations. Friendly staff and healthy local food.

Simple and clean, great Filipino food, friendly staff and reasonable prices (best I've found in Anilao). Coupled with the great diving what more could you ask? Looking at the other reviews, I have no idea how someone could give this place only 2 stars (they didn't state any basis). 3 stars if you're comparing it to a more "high dollar" resort, but if those are your expectations go there and pay more money. Anilao can be quite expensive to dive, especially for those like myself who normally travel alone. ASDC more than met my expectations and that's why they get 5 stars.

This is a very lovely dive center, we were introduced by our hotel (though our own hotel call itself dive center, but no divers there…). The staffs and dive guild were super friendly and helpful to us. We had 2 days (2 dives per day) dive with them, and we had a great time. The food is simple, but very delicious. We did not stay and sleep in the center, so as we know the facilities are very basic, but for divers its enough. (Not like our hotel King Solomon, no food, no water, no diving, no staff…). Definitely will recommended to my friends.

I've been here twice and have had a wonderful experience to stay and dive here. Very cozy and peaceful environment and nice staff. The staff is helpful and professional and accommodation also included a tasty meals and a Korean breakfast. Most of the dive sites are very close and a good standard. Especially I recommend Verde island diving but also closer sites are nice.
