Seacoast Inn

It was ok, rooms were gloomy. Would not recommend to stay indoors but their outdoor spaces and staffs were nice. Also their water heater is not working and no rugs inside the room to dry our feet.

We arrived in the evening of Friday 9 Feb not having made a booking beforehand and stayed in a family room No 205 (5 of us). The room and hotel can only be described as shabby, neglected and in need of major renovation. The toilet would not flush (very slow to fill water) was given a bucket when I complained. NO hot water as the water heater wasn't working, nowhere to place luggage in room. No wi fi in room. No telephone in room so you cant call reception. No refrigerator in the room. The window type A/C sounded like a tractor — too noisy to sleep. The ceiling had a major crack and the electrical socket was hanging from ceiling. Bathroom is old dark & decrepit. Beds were uncomfortable.
On the positive side the young girl at reception was very polite helpful & apologetic as were the staff at the breakfast dining room. The swimming pool & dining room looked fine as well.
I would in no way recommend this hotel — the owners need to urgently make a full renovation and bring up the standard.

Location wise, 5/5. Three minutes ride going to beach front, sabang beach either by private car or trikes. I tried to walk from the Inn going to beach for around 10 minutes. The place is also walking distance to the town proper… museo de baler, the famous baler marker, the baler church, quezon park and aurora house.
Room is 3/5. Floor tiles seems to be old already. If you re looking for a place just to get some sleep. You may consider the place.
