Very relàxing place, they have wide open spaces to enjoy, kids will enjoy feeding their ducks, good food, superb service visitors can also stay overnight they have rooms for couples and families alike. its a short travel from manila and very near tagaytay.

We stayed here last December 2021. The place is very relaxing, with lots of trees surrounding the area… an excellent place if you want to get out of the bustling streets of Metro Manila. Staff are nice. Special thanks to Ms. Brenda and Ms. Hannah for the warm welcome and granting our requests. Ilocano food is great! I had vigan longganisa for breakfast. We'll definitely return soon, excited to try their newly opened Kap'ean.

Really poor service in restaurant. Waitresses don’t have much knowledge on their menu. After an hour of waiting for our order, they came back to our table and informed us that all our order is not available.

Very accomodating staff. Food was served on time and very delicious. We enjoy eating kasi very relaxing ang ambience.

Choosing Abagatan ti Manila for our wedding is one of the best decisions we made. The place itself is serene, the suites and rooms are very clean and comfortable that our families were able to relax before our big day. All of our guests were delighted — — from the venue, the surroundings and the ambiance. The foods were very palatable, even my mom — — who has a lot to say about food when dining outside — — told me she enjoyed the food during our reception at Cafe Marco. With that, I can truly say that Abagatan ti Manila gave us the perfect experience throughout our stay. I give my compliments to all the staff who constantly greeted us with a smile and attended to our needs when we needed something. Compliments on the garden resto, the front desk and especially to Mam Rossele who ensured everything would be smooth-sailing on our wedding day.

Poor service in your restaurant. Such a very nice place for a very poor service. Valentines dinner not to mention we specifically chose your place for our daughter’s birthday. We even made a prior reservation. We waited for an hour only to find out our order was not available. Not so much guests dining but staff didnt attend to our needs. We have kids dining with us and we ended up all hungry, irritated and dissatisfied. For those wanting to dine in this very nice place, prepare to be hungry and to be informed that their standard serving time is more than an hour after waiting for an hour.

We had a wonderful experience, spending the holiday in your hotel was really worth it. The staff were amazing. The rooms are so clean, the food are also great! We truly appreciate how accomodating of all the staff members from the guard to the cleaning staff. The hotel is also pet friendly. Our pet enjoyed the peaceful environment and your friendly staff. Definitely the best staycation we had!

A place with a relaxing view and confort of nature. The song of the crickets serenades the diners with a duet of ducks swimming in the pond. Such a sight to see coupled with good food and ambiance. I love the coffe!

Our stay at Abagatan ti Manila was pleasurable. The whole place is well kempt and aesthetic. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The pool area is lovely. The food with an ilocano touch is amazing. We’re already planning our next visit here.

The place is 1.5 miles to Twin Lakes, 3 miles to a popular breakfast restaurant. If you are a nature buff this place is highly recommended. I will definitely coming back here.

Abagatan Ti Manila is a great place to stay and visit, We celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary here August 16-18, 2019, Room set-up was very excellent for a surprise, all staffs are nice and very accommodating especially the Front Desk Manager who assists us since day 1 until we left the hotel. Thank you very much for a great experience indeed. So happy and relaxing place. ❤️

Despite the rain and the bad weather, the staff were very warm and accomodating. From the time we arrived and all throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delish and we had our tummies full right before our strat plan. We were not able to take pictures outside due to the rain, but the ones we have taken from the reception area were all instagrammable. I would love to go back and stay there overnight. A dip in the pool and enjoying the view would be very nice and relaxing. The place is serene and highly recommmeded. Thanks so much for the experience!

We had the warmest stay at Abagatan Ti Manila despite the cold and harsh weather. The staff are very accomodating and their service was excellent.  They have good amenities eventhough we weren't able to enjoy most of it because of the weather. We'll definitely come back!

Abagatan Ti Manila is a jewel in the southern south, tucked away from the busy Tagaytay road but still the ambiance and customer service is one of the best in town. Kudos to your front desk staff, Ms Johannes, who made my mother's 68th birthday memorable and extra special.
More amenities like playroom for toddlers, I guess is my suggestion for improvement but overall experience, it was worth the trip :) Even it was raining very hard last weekend, we enjoyed our stay in Abagatan Ti Manila :)

HOTEL AND EVENTS PLACE The hotel is very comfortable as it sits around nature and is very relaxing. The rooms are well designed with modern architecture. The environment is so serene that it is a perfect example of having a vacation away from the metro. The pool and garden area are clean and the landscapes are well-maintained. The staff are very accommodating. Dining experience is very commendable and the foods are great. The place is perfect for weddings and events like meetings, conferences, team buildings, parties, and other celebrations as they have halls, gardens, function rooms and recreational areas. They can even set you for an ocular visit or food tasting to see what you can do and have in the place. Abagatan ti Manila is the new trend in the South of Manila.

The hotel is modern contemporary. If you are into a more peaceful and quiet vacay this is the perfect hotel to stay.

A great place to relax and spend some downtime. For those who wants a place that's just far enough from the bustling center of Tagaytay and near enough for a short drive, this is a perfect place. The two cafes/restos inside offer enough food selection. But the breakfast buffet is really good. I love their unli tsokolate.

Made our event extra special and m0re mem0rable. Very p0lite and courteous staff. Very accommodating especially the 0ne who helped us organize and co0rdinate with the suppliers, Roselle Gonzales. Our families and friends also loved the place. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

Abagatan Ti Manila is probably one, if not the best, resorts in Tagaytay that I've been to. The resort's sprawling area is well landscaped. The buildings seemed like it was built around the existing structure of the land. The receiving lobby, accommodations and other amenities are spacious and well kept. They serve good food and some really delicious dessert. The staff are also friendly and courteous. Although Abagatan Ti Manila is quite expensive, it is definitely worth every penny.

Great value for money. Excellent for families with kids. The pool area is nice and the rest of the resort had beautiful landscaping. Deluxe Villas have a bathtub with a view of a private garden and a high-tech Japanese toilet (with water and air bidet) were a nice touch. Food at breakfast was so-so. Filling and alright but nothing spectacular. The fried rice and the local hot chocolate were good though.

I really, really live this place. It has great architecture and simple yet awesome well-thought about room interior design. You feel that you are one with nature. Their food is also excellent. I wouldn't mind going back again and again with my family. Kudos and more power!

Best place for hi school reunion where wives and children do their thing while men can play golf or can sing piano or have a drinking gathering near Tagaytay Ridge like: Yellow Cab.

The place was supposed to be a retreat house but they eventually turned it to a hotel. Breezy and very relaxing. :) Not too costly as well as it is far from Tagaytay proper.

We spent my daughter's 6th in this magnificent property. Others provide the same product (or even better) but Abagatan Ti Manila's asset is its people. Everyone's service is superb. They give us what we need even before we ask for it. My family and I have celebrated life events in different local destinations but our stay here so far was the most pleasurably memorable one. Kudos to your people! Higher Management, do everything you can to keep them. More power!

Best Customer Service. Very honest people. Left my fitbit inside my room and I didn't even noticed that its missing. They called me and informed me that I left something in my room. ———————BEWARE———————******* Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. They charge for extra towels, extra blankets extra pillows. I work front desk myself and I have never heard of such a greedy hotel. The front desk staff is rude! From the three nights we’ve stayed here we get a sassy response from every front desk agent. Make sure to also ask for different room options as they won’t recommend any for you. We had a lot of people in our party, and just to add extra beds in the rooms was almost twice as much as our friends staying in a much larger room that would have accommodated all of us. They will try and take as much money from you as you can.! I should have known something was wrong when we came in to check in and there was already a VERY upset guest complaining and yelling at the front desk lady. By far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a hotel. Definitely would not recommend anyone staying here.
