I had a fully paid reservation through Agoda. When I arrived I asked if there was a hot shower in my room and what were the hours of the pool. I was asked how much did I pay for my room. After that they told me the pool use was not included in my room price and neither was a room with a hot shower. They asked us if we would like to upgrade our room for a price and I refused. I immediately felt like I was dropped into a caste society where some people are treated as sub-humans. I will never stay there again.

Customer service is good. Parking area is spacious. Restaurant food is great. Very accessible from the diversion road. Room furnitures are infested with wood borers. Floor tiles are broken with some tiles already coming off of the floor. Bathroom water is dirty with grains of sand and rust coming out of the sink and shower faucets. Water supply is inconsistent. We spent New Year's eve with no water supply.

A very nice place to stop en route for another destination. Rooms are clean and roomy. Pet friendly as well. Bravo!

Complaints about the room I stayed in:
• Dusty bed frame.
• Old sheets.
• Worn-out towels.
• Outdated TV, with a remote that doesn’t even work.
• Broken bathroom doorknob.
• Broken tiles in the room.
• No doormat inside.
• Unpleasant smell.
• Mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls, likely exacerbated by the dirty air vent, which needs immediate cleaning to improve ventilation and reduce odors.
• Dirty bathroom drain.
• The floor hasn’t been brushed properly.
• Lack of windows in the room, contributing to poor ventilation.
• Thin walls, making it easy to hear neighbors and cars outside.
Suggestions for the bathroom:
• Consider installing a bidet for added convenience.
• Provide trash cans with a foot pedal to avoid the need for people to touch the cover.
• Provide shelves or a small cabinet to store toiletries and to keep stuff organized.
• Consider adding a towel rack.
Suggestions for the restaurant:
• Some glasses provided had ridges while others did not. A small touch of uniformity in glassware will greatly improve the aesthetic.
• Provide more napkins.
• Clean the mat upstairs more frequently.
Overall, these are minor issues for me, but the rooms could use some upgrades. Please address the unpleasant smell—it reeks of old chlorine—and thoroughly clean the air vent and bathroom ceiling to remove mold. Properly maintaining the air vent will also help prevent future mold growth. Additionally, I suggest improving room ventilation to help with the smell.

Needs renovations and clean sulok sulok and fix some handles of dooes. Decent Naman sya but don't expect too much even the room with swimming pool.

To all local or foreign riders out there. This is a cool place to lay over the trip. :) must try! :) good job guys. :)

The Facebook pamphlet and other online info for this hotel is misleading. I did not experience any “luxury, ” nor did I “live like a star, ” as promised but quite the opposite was true. I cannot agree with the other reviews as I found my stay anything but comfortable. Ok I stayed in the basic room with AC but I still expect hygiene and a comfortable bed which I didn’t get and I won’t be returning. I expected the room as advertised in the flyer/ online information and therefore it was sold to me under false pretence. I am still on the lookout for a decent stopover in my travels from Manila.
No soap, old worn out towels, no toilet tissue, cramped and dirty entrance to the room, poorly fitted/noisy AC and poorly maintained room are just some of my observations. I apologise to the owner for being so bluntly honest but it could quite possibly be the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in for a long time when I was told it would be “luxury”.
The cafe and bar were ok.

An excellent alternative to nearby overnight rest stops in Lopez, Quezon. The place is nicely and securely tucked away at the Lopez Bypass road. Room rates are very reasonable. There are spacious eating areas for families. A night security guard is also posted to help ensure an added layer of safety. We chose the rooms with the hot shower option as an added perk. The food they serve is tasty and the coffee is also quite good as they have a proper coffee machine. A nice family-run business worth visiting for your next pitstop while traveling to Bicol.
