Very comfortable room and the staff were accommodating. Good value for money! Love the view of the room and the cleanliness and TV were superb. The food was ok and took a while but there were a lot of guests that time.

Very accommodating staff, best location if you want to be closer to the Zip adventures and to the Pasalubong areas. The place is very safe and clean. Will book again soon.

From the moment we arrived at Pinegrove Mountain Lodge, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home. There was an immediate sense of warmth and familiarity, as if we had stepped into a cherished summer home tucked away in the mountains. The ambience was comforting and nostalgic, inviting us to slow down, breathe, and simply enjoy being there.
Our rooms were wonderful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and the daily housekeeping made everything feel effortlessly taken care of. Each time we returned to the room, it felt refreshed and welcoming, which added to the overall sense of ease during our stay.
What truly elevated the experience was the people. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and sincere, providing excellent customer service that never felt forced. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and caring, which made our stay even more memorable.
Meals at the lodge were something we always looked forward to. The food was delicious and comforting, and room service was consistently timely, allowing us to fully relax without worrying about a thing.
Pinegrove Mountain Lodge is the kind of place that stays with you even after you leave. It offers more than just a place to sleep, it offers a feeling of home, comfort, and nostalgia. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already looking forward to the day we can return.

The place and its ambience made me feel like I was back in the U. S. Visiting and staying in Mendocino County, Lake Tahoe, or Monterey with its cool weather and landscape. The rides were breathtaking and exciting too.

Excellent customer service. Staff are well trained. Food court staff are warm and accommoting. Pls improve cleanliness of room, we saw cobwebs and roaches. But we still love it.

Spacious rooms with quality mattress and everyday change of towels but no toiletries were provided. Got locked out of our car and their hotel mechanic was quick to help us.

The place is really nice especially in the dawn or around 6-7am, the temperature is insaaane I REALLY LIKE THE COLD ATMOSPHERE.
The activities near the lodge is good since it's near but mostly it's noisy because people are shouting while enjoying the activities but overall experience is good^^

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The scenery is outstanding. You have to go to the veranda to use the Wi-Fi. The meals are okay but there is no wine available. We had to have some sheets replaced in our room because they smelled of milldew. The remote control for the TV was taped closed and not working well.

The place is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The food was soooo gooood! Love the Bicol express in their restaurant.

This is a perfect place for relaxation. Imagine you sleep and wake up in the middle of the forest but with a modern cabin that caters your needs. Foggy and chillin' atmosphere with lovely views of nature. You may stroll in their park or avail on their variety of rides. So, when you want a staycation in Dahilayan, I am recommending this place.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pinegrove Mountain Lodge last May 2025. The location is truly stunning, offering cool, refreshing mountain air and panoramic views that create the perfect setting for relaxation. Our room was cozy, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a restful night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed spending time on the veranda, soaking in the peaceful sounds of nature together.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and since we visited during the off-peak season, the restaurant service was prompt and attentive. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; I particularly appreciated their quick and helpful responses to my booking inquiries over the phone. Their efficient online booking and payment system also made reserving our stay completely hassle-free.
The lodge provides designated parking for their guests within the premises, which was very convenient. While there is also an open free parking area outside, it tends to fill up quickly, so arriving early is advisable to secure a spot nearby. Guests also enjoy free entrance to the adventure park and a 10% discount on rides and activities, which added excellent value to our stay.
Experiencing the Dahilayan area and its adventure activities is best approached with careful planning rather than impulsively.

Love it here! If you want to have vacation with the kids and you love trees and nature, with rides and amenities then this is the place to be.
They have rooms for overnight stay and your stay will be of great value because they give 20% discount for their rides.

The room is okay but the water pressure is unstable. My only comment that is super relevant in our stay and made a huge impact is their customer service. They have a very poor customer service. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced. Whenever we ask for something they cannot make an eye contact with us while speaking, as if we don't exist. They are not polite and they always dismiss us whenever we ask for something. It was a consistent poor customer service from the day of our check-in up to our last day.
Worst, when my parents were left in their room while we were going on our rides, a utility person opened my parents' room without knocking or introducing herself first and immediately went inside without hesitation and posted something on the wall. WHERE IS THE RESPECT OF OUR PRIVACY NOW? Aren't we entitled to it? Sobrang bastos po talaga.
Please think twice before booking your stay here. I think there are other great places to stay in Dahilayan that is worth your money.
I hope they'll realize that they really need to work on their customer service.

The place was great, as advertised. However, there are things that can still be improved.
ROOMS:
1. Some plugs, though it works, does not have enough power supply to charge devices.
2. Have a heater that works too, especially for the shower.
RESTAURANT:
1. Have the customers order the night before breakfast. This way, the preparation is shortened and planned ahead.
2. The waiters/staff can be trained also to be very PROMPT and sensitive to the needs of the customers. I need to actually stand up and request them for a menu. (When someone comes to the restaurant and sits down by the table, give the menu immediately. ) I need to get the high chair for my baby myself. (Be sensitive enough to offer a high chair almost immediately. )
3. Coffee should be always readily accessible (for checked-in customers) and no waiting time should be spent to avail of the coffee especially in the mornings.

No hot shower (broken they say).
There was noise outside our room during night time (over time work, who cares? We just want to have a relax, good sleep).
Smell of thinner in dining area while having dinner.

The room we booked is so spacious and very comfy. The staffs were very nice and accomodating to our needs. The only thing I think needs improvement, are the showers. It's inconsistent with its temperature. Overall experience was good.

Nice place to stay and to relax but the key card is broken (key card is not working that leads us using an ordinary key — hard to figure out how to unlock the high tech door knob using an ordinary key), inaccurate shower handles (either cold/hot), no chairs and bedside table inside the room. Please provide a mini store of noodles, junkfoods, sandwiches and drinks that are available beyond the closing hours of the restaurant.
The location is great but it is very unusual that the front desk is too far from the rooms we stayed. Specially our keycard is not working and the telephone is inside the room, we need to walk far to get to the front desk on the other building just to address that our key card is not working.
