Friendly and very quiet. Good food. Swedish meatballs are king!

Dont fall into their trap of advertised practical stay in busuanga! Practical is entirely different from poor service. We availed of a metrodeal discount voucher for 3 days and 2 nights thru aboex travel and tours last feb 9-11 with friends from abroad and just browsed their site superficially and thought t’was okay. However, images posted showcased one decent portion only, and since elizabeth informed us they were fully booked offered us a shabby room at the back of the kitchen. We are not habitual complainers but the room surely is poor, with busted lights and an unsafe cut portion of a mirror on the sink with no flush in the toilet even. She even informed us that we got a very discounted price already (appeared irritated). You can see the their preferential treatment between overseas guests and pinoys like us. Well if she had bothered to talk with us warmly she would have known we were also with friends (couple) overseas and we are are physician couple from the Philippines. There is also an attempt to confuse prearranged van service transfers to coron itself even informing needed entrance fee payment which was resolved when we arrived at Coron as our arranged island tour package contacted us and informed us entrance payments have already been made. They are locals, they very well know that.

Booking this place was one of those were not very optimistic hahaha. We procrastinate too much and we couldn’t get any hotel downtown Coron. This place was our last option. Surfing the ad we’re like, I think we are in the middle of nowhere haha but you know what? The heck of it let’s do it plus we don’t have any choice we need a place to stay for 6 more days (we stayed downtown 1 day only). It turns out to be a fantastic stay! Elizabeth, Mike and the staff were very accommodating. It’s very homey and it’s fun. We meet a lot of guests from around the globe and made new friends. Even the guests that did not stay in Pierhouse would come over at night. Will join us for dinner, drinks, so much laughter and if there’s maybe a disco we probably had a disco night too!. They also take us to their secluded Island which is super amazing! Definitely was a great amazing amazing stay and we’ll be coming back. Amanda their daughter was such a cutie too!

WARNING WARNING This place looks great but that is IT. The owner screamed at us for asking a refund because we did not have any water for 3days and does not want to refund. She kicked us out at 6pm in the street without anywhere to go.
HORRIBLE, no Wi-Fi no water horrible food.
Visit at your own risk!

Anywhere with my love is great but the Pier House was a nightmare experience… they overbooked so when we arrived we found put our prepaid reservation for a sea view deluxe room had been given away… they stuck us in a shack for a place to sleep our first night, then put us in a standard room with a broken bathroom… we only stayed long enough to locate another facility and they won't even refund the room cost difference or unused portion of our reservation… the location was g orgeoys but the worst accommodations I've ever endured… wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE… Avoid this place at all costs!

Friendly owners and staff. Delicious rock lobsters. Some bugs were present, and there were short power outages but nevertheless we had a comfy stay in their spacious rooms with glorious views of the sunrise and sunset.

Great strategic base stop when you want to Xplore&Discover the many wonders of majestic Busuanga. We unfortunately landed in the area on not a good weather forecast thus wasn't able to explore the mystic islands nearby. Fortunately we met charming lil' Amanda (daughter of ownerMike) who made our stay chill&fun! We would love to visit again when in Beautiful Busuanga. Thanks everyOne who made our stay worthwhile!

Found this place accidentally and it was actually alright, except that our room wasn't clean from the last guest (only sheets/towels were clean), but probably our fault anyway as we didn't book in advance and showed up after 8pm, so can't complain really, we even had ocean views :). Helpful staff, cool architecture, reasonably priced, good location if you want to visit conception waterfall and also do some kayaking around that area.

Michael and Elizabeth are both amazing hosts! The rock lobster is to die for and the views are spectacular. Best spot to bunker in before heading out to the many islands of Busuanga West.

Nice views, fantastic service, food and milkshakes are very good and cheap.

Great place… amazing sunset. Great food… and a family-like people…

I didn't stay here this visit, just had a wonderful lunch with friends. I could see alot of enhancements had been added, as in air conditioning in the bedrooms, but nothing could further enhance the magnificent position, right on the water and with caring hosts.

This place runs an elaborate scam known to the locals in conception, advertises a beautiful room on the waterfront and when you arrive they shove you in a crap room out the back! Near impossible to get a refund, had to be rescued by locals and taken to 'al faro' — which happened to be the best place ive stayed in all of asia!
