Terrible. No Wi-Fi. Room smells bad. Mattresses torn. A/C barely worked. Black mold visible in room ceiling. Bugs everywhere. No lock on door. We left after they took us to our room and there was no way o could have even slept there.
The place is obviously not properly maintained. The room is quite expensive and stinky with no water on their bathroom at that time. The place is not that good as you can see on their featured pictures and you can hardly find vehicles that could be able to take you somewhere in downtown. We booked 2 nights there but we refused to stay and basically we are requesting for at least 50% refund but apparently until now we are not yet refunded for the owner has no feedback yet about the refund as per staff. This is only good for those who will use the pool daily but I highly not recommend this place for those who planned to stay for vacation or to unwind. We are paying PHP 5800.00 for two nights without breakfast including the booking and hopefully we'll get refunded at least half of the amount we have paid.

I recommend this place is very beautiful. Staff-friendly and swimming pool are three of them, pools are not dirty. Breakfast are very delicious.
