— Misleading information about the power interruption hours! they said that the power interruption happened only once but guess what? it’s 3 times — on dec. 29 — the power interruption is from 7am-5pm — 10 long freakin’ hours but no one even bothered to inform us! so we got out of our room & asked them to clean the room — I was informed that the housekeeping staff is not available until 5pm so we patiently waited. —— The long day is over and arrived at 9:30pm expecting that the room is already clean but to our surprise, the mess is still the same —— they never got out of excuses! I.

It is my first stay at Kew Hotel, more vegetarian dishes for breakfast. They serve onlyly 1 chopseuy dish and the rest with meat, chicken and seafoods.

Of all the hotels I inquired, Kew Hotel was the most efficient and most responsive. Truly, I had my best experience in this fine hotel. The staff were so responsive with my inquiries online. I was not having a hard time choosing the buffet package because everything was reasonably priced and organized. Ma’am KC is the best coordinator! I trusted her with our civil wedding plans and gladly, the ceremony turned out to be simply amazing because of her and the staff’s efforts. Thank you Kew Hotel team! Keep it up.

This is the best hotel i've been to in the philippines.

Newest hotel in Tagbilaran City. Hotel facilities were good and the staffs were very friendly. It has a nice bar on 7th floor, Sky bar. It was a perfect area for a smoker!

Nice hotel. The service and the rooms are good. There is a mall very close. Choose a room from upper floors and side not looking to the road. It is noisy due to traffic starting early hours.

Beautiful experience, employees were approachable. The foods served were delicious. The hotel was clean. Their rooms and foods are affordable. The bed in their rooms were comfortable with television, food and internet connection.

A good hotel in the city center, rooms are neat and tidy, staff were friendly, food was very good (lunch orders and breakfast buffet). Elevator was on the small and tight side tho. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here.

Since the hotel is new the amenities are new too plus the location of the hotel is just a walk away to near fast food restaurant and to mall area… Wi-Fi signal is great even when your like outside the mall superb the signal…

I gave you 3 stars only because while you have a very nice place, it is so disappointing that the toilet bowls lack bidet sprayer. Please install bidet sprayers in your toilet. Its hygienic. You need to hire more staff too. I must admit though that your Hotel may have been the best hotel in Tagbilaran so far. Just a little improvement and you ll get 5 stars from me. Thanks!

Had my stay here as I am visiting university professor of holy name university. The university handles my accomodation every time. The vicinity is near to the university, in fact I walked towards the university and back. Even close to Island City Mall. The room is clean. The staff are very polite, hospitable and courteous. They have their restaurant named Cafe Melecia, which has superb saturday dinner buffet and breakfast spreads. Quality of food and the taste is at par with Cebu Hotels. And what I love about is the Sky 7 lounge. Very nice place to chill and unwind. Keep it up Kew Hotel. I will be back and will definetely tell HNU to book me here and in no other place.

It is a great hotel! I stayed in a more expensive hotel in Manila and this one is so much better. They have state of the art rooms that even my Fiancé has never seen before including the locks and the shower, and he is from the USA! But the best thing about the hotel is the excellent staff. They always smile at us and hold the door open. Even the guard outside is so very nice. I definitely recommend this hotel. Expect more Americans to be coming!
