Ambiance is good and facility is just ok, although it could be improved further. As the toilet from the restaurant was quite far. One thing I would like to point out for this resort is the serving time for dishes takes 2 hrs 30 mins +. We had to wait that long just to be served dinner. Sat down in the restaurant 7 pm was served food 9 — 9:30 pm. Don't come to the this resort hungry. If your stomach is filled prior to visiting, the rest of the resort is ok.

Be Grand Resort Bohol is definitely a must address when visiting Panglao. The resort is located in quiet spot which make you feel very exclusive. Rooms are spacious and perfect for your dream RnR. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Food is good too! They also have game room for children, karaoke room for young ones, and world class gym facilities. Sit in one of their cabanas where you can lounge and relax while watching the amazing sunset.

Great place to Vacation at. alittle pricey for the Philippines but well worth the price. 2 dollars to trike into town very clean Resort.

The most child-friendly resort we ever visited. They have air-conditioned play area inside the game room, a heated kiddie pool and a wide grass and sand area for kids to run around safely. We only availed their grand day tour for 999 per person which is consumable for food and drinks. And for this rate you get to enjoy all the amenities and water activities. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had the BEst experience at the BE Grand and we'll definitely BE back soon 😍

Location was good. We got lucky we almost have the family villas area all to ourselves. Great staff. Amazing service. Clean and modern. Wi-Fi speed is fast. Highly recommend.

Rooms are really nice complete stuff I like much the view at the terrace, room service is good, breakfast food so woooowww at lot to choose, their salad is the best, the nuts woww my fave gosh, the view inside the resort is really amazing. My 2 nights stay is not enough but I really need to go home so it's ok. You are paid back with your expenses or the cost is worth it with their amenities. Peaceful but so beautiful ambience. The pool is large and inviting. The lobby is well arranged and pieces of furniture are elegant. There are plenty of hotel rooms and the rooms are spacious with queen sized beds and great interiors.
the staff are accommodating and respectful… from the reception to hotel services to the food services. I will recommend this place to my kids, friends and relatives.

This is a great resort, away from the busyness of Alona beach, but only a short free shuttle ride away.
Everyone is nice and friendly and helpful except for the one staff in the reception named Eunard, he is the only person we encountered there that is rude, unfriendly and unhelpful, he should not be in the customer service biz.
But overall, we would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Miss Rose Adong. She saw me clutching my chest (heartburn) while we were talking and offered to be checked by a nurse. I said thanks and will just call the nurse when we get back since she said they have on duty for 24hrs. To our pleasant surprise, the nurse came knocking at the door a few minutes after we arrived. Job well done.

Facilities are superb. Customer relations perfect. The only downside for me is the beach area.

Excellent service and staff were really nice! They upgraded my room too. Thank you Be Grand :) The only thing I can suggest for improvement is their buffet breakfast, not too many options for a buffet. Other than that, it's perfect. Highly recommended.

Oh my, how do I even begin? We went here last week of September and stayed for 2 nights since my fiancé from America came to visit me and we went on a tour on some places in the Philippines. We came from Henann during our first night in Bohol but checked in the next day to Be Grand. I don't wanna make this long but words cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay here. We were treated like Kings and Queens! We got room service for dinner the first night and it was nothing but beyond amazing just with the delivery of our foods and my fiancé and I were wondering why the staff were just soooooooo nice to us. LOL :D It was crazy but we loved it! We absolutely loved it! We fell inlove with the place and we were only supposed to stay in one night but we just couldn't resist and requested to extend our stay. I'm just babbling but really, if you want to experience more than a 5-star service and you're staying in Bohol, Be Grand is your number one choice. Henann was also amazing but when it comes to great quality service, Be Grand is way ahead! Breakfast is our favorite part because one of the staff, Kuya Darween would always accommodate us in the VIP Room. It was only me and my fiancé in a big room that could fir more than 10 people and we had it all to ourselves! Kuya Darween would come in and check us all the time to see if we needed anything. Mind you, it's a self-sevice breakfast buffet but we got extra service just by asking us if we had any specific request.

Be Grande Resort. Let me say from the outset a big thank you to all the staff at the resort, always smiling happy faces where ever we went, very accommodating to our requests and needs. The facilities are fantastic, cleanliness is paramount and views around the grounds as well as the waterfront area are stunning. Food in all area’s was exceptional, we ate at the beach bar (monkey Bar) and really enjoyed the simple but by no means ordinary burgers and fruit shakes …
The Food Hall daily for a full buffet breakfast with choices to cover all nationalities and tastes, setting us up for the full days excursions around the island. But for us personally and we have to thank the F & B Manager Edwin and Assistant manager Stephanie for making our 10th Wedding Anniversary a very special one on the 4th floor terrace of the Lune Restaurant.
The perfect place for us to sit back relax, enjoy sunset drinks, followed by a superb 5 course dinner along with wine of course and relaxing music. We would highly recommend the Be Grande to any of our friends and family as well as any others who look for the nicer things in life. Thanks again to all the staff and especially those who made our stay as enjoyable and memorable as they could.

Stayed there for 5 nights in May 2018. — swim up bar was not working (we were there for abt 10min and nobody came to serve us) and water near it was dirty. — If u want to have different food for breakfast every morning this is not the place for u __________________________ + great private beach, yes u can swim there +free kayaking (30min) + Great and friendly staff + tasty breakfast (even food all days were the same) + not too far from Alone beach (u can walk there in abt 10min through the beach front passing by the guard) +U can take tuk tuk for 100 peso to Alona beach + bar on the rooftop had an amazing view.

Beautiful location, clean and tidy rooms, resort style is to my taste and plentiful amenities (jeepney service, gym, jogging path, shop, game room, etc). Service staff could use improvement (speed of work, service etiquette), and food prices are on the high side. Overall I liked my stay, would've extended if I could.

Beautiful resort and best place for relax. Very modernized new building and clean and well made. Staffs are super kind and even ground maintainers are friendly. I'm very satisfied with how they treat us, my 2 babies. I stayed 3 nights and Prices was reasonable and it wss good choice to select Be grand instead of Hennan which we stayed last year. There's free shuttle bus to Alona beach during day time and it 's also good reason to choose this resort. Free paddle boat, kayaking gave a fun to spend day time there. Perfect! Definitely, I will revisit this resort next year again.

Excellent facilities, breakfast spectacular. Could be inconvenient only to the reception with too much bureaucracy for the entry to the enclosure.

It's pretty good, and Samsung's standards are really good. The seawater desalination swimming pool is not suitable, the others are very good, breakfast is a little weak.

We had lunch here and the food was lovely! We enjoyed the view while walking around and checking out the place.

The toilet blocked, call the front desk to see the room, wait for 20 minutes no one, to the front desk, told me that already in the room, back to the room no one to come … Wait for maintenance staff at the front desk … Service efficiency is too poor.

Amazing place. The hotel corresponds to its 5 room is equipped with safe, TV, quiet air conditioner! ) Great hotel area, you can walk and do not go outside) there is a pier ☝️ great food and room service! Two pools, a gym, a game room. For those who like to dive under the water, there is a club on the territory of the hotel. A very decent place for decent people.

Excellent location for enjoy your private holiday… it has a private small beach and you can enjoy snorkeling. But be careful for sea urchin, there are so many many sea urchin under the sea…

The staff are all amazing, they always have a smile, ask them and they will give the info that will help maximize your stay. The place is very good, it is a beach front but not for swimming but more for snorkelling and kayaking, they give 30 mins free kayaking …

This resort was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our special requests and went over and beyond the simple answer to our questions by taking the initiative to get extra info or do something for us. The hotel itself is wonderful, the perfect place for our honeymoon! Speaking of honeymoon, they prepared a cake for us, congratulating us. The Internet was surprisingly high quality, we felt at home. No password, just click on the network, and you're in, anywhere in the resort (I even used it on the beach, but over there it was kind of a stretch). Speaking of the beach, this is probably the only thing that this resort doesn't have, but they still provide access to the water, and they are right in front of a coral reef that (from what I understand) they are leading in the preservation efforts. Side note: We didn't have kids with us, but it seems like they are very kids friendly, with special activities for them, allowing other guests (like us) to get some very quiet/romantic time.

Very comfortable resort, good location, nice veiw, go to Alona beach only 5 mins by car, staff are very friendly and helpful, me and my parents have good stay at here.

Brand-new resort but terrible in sanitary aspect. Stayed two nights and saw two roaches (one on the table of the beach bar, the other sitting on the food of the breakfast). Completely lost my appetite. Towels weren't bleached and saw many dirty spots on the room floor too. Overall nice facility with spacious pool but there are better options out there. There were Chinese group tour buses coming in every day. Wont stay here again.

Beyond the expected. One of the great place to stay in Bohol.

This hotel is beautiful, very well maintained. The staff is eager to help. I enjoyed the huge pool and very quiet with space for the children. Of course, the hotel has no real beach, but the beach of Alona Beach, (much more lively) which is accessible by tricycle. I was disappointed by the restaurant, and frankly not very good. And the breakfast is also disappointing : no choice of sweet and salty is either unappetizing or not very good, even the 2. After that, it is probably due to the absence of gastronomy of the philippines. Finally, for the price, housekeeping could be done with more care : he remained sometimes the sand in the entrance and it is necessary to ask for that we recovered from the shower gel. We still had a pleasant stay.

The view at dawn here is very nice. The food is ok and the room is big but their room cleaning isn't very efficient.

Clean room and kind staffs. Food taste is not bed. Actually it os better than southpalm bit dinner buffer case is not much choice. Morning buffer is better.

Feedback: Great sunset, great view, good swimming pool, food is decent, great rooms specially the suite. Beach is elevated. Recommendation: Needs some improvement in customer service.

Tastefully designed facilities, from the pool area to the food hall and, of course, the rooms that are immaculately clean and well-maintained.

Beautiful ambiance and relaxing place. Rooms are new and modern with lots of amenities. Staff are courteous and of ready assistance. Suggest though to ventilate the alleys or hallways between the rooms. A nice place and worth trying for all adventurers and travellers.
