Way to go there — We arrived 4p. M. After a hard rain with Motorbike. The "road" can only be passed by experienced drivers, most Tuktuk drivers won't drive you there. The car of another guest brokes down because of the Road.
You have to go ~130 slippery, heavy steps to go to the restaurant/ reception…

Help — Wet till the slip, no one offers us help with our heavy lagguage to bring it to our room, next ~150 slippery, heavy steps and 600m a way which is partly lighted and very slippery after the rain.
The staff only toll "the rooms are down" & we have to search on our own in the dark.
Boat service — offered for 150 pesos one day, but may you pay 200 on the day you require.
We arrange a time in the morning for the boat service and needed to wait 30min more as aligned.
The room — basic, outdated and plexiglas for the "bathroom", without flash toilette, no hot water shower and bad smell in the shower at the beginning. Plexiglas also in the shower to the neighbours, so you can see them in their room…
No Kettle, no service, no cleaning, no bin anywhere in the downstairs area.
You can hear every word & step from neighbours or the staff yelling in the morning (2 times of three days we have been woken up by them).
That there are insects, any kind is expectable since it's in the middle of nature.

We only ate here: both dinner and breakfast were very tasty and well prepared. The bread rolls were freshly baked, and the dishes are interesting, creative house-made recipes that are also very delicious. The view and location are beautiful. However, you should not have any issues with stairs, as there are quite a lot of them to reach the restaurant/hotel.
