Friendly and accommodating staffs. It's one of our favorites place to dine with.

This place was cozy and clean, bathroom was the right size for basics. Our room was next to a meeting hall so it got loud in the morning. The attached restaurant was excellent not one bad meal. You can stay a few days comfortably, the family room is for 2 adults and 2 kids, not four adults.

Great little place to stay, we only stayed one night in order to be close to the port for our ferry the next morning. This small hotel/inn employs local deaf people in order to give them the opportunity to find work. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is also open to the public. This seemed very popular with the locals, the food was good and reasonably priced.

Good idea (deaf-mute people are trained and make up 50% of the staff) — but very often inattentive in the service.

Restaurant is great though it took time to serve yoir orders. Very clean and staff are accommodating. Food is a bit pricey but they were tasty. They serve delicious american style food. They also have rooms if you want to stay overnight. The room rate is averaging at 2000 pesos or 40 US dollars. Wifi is not free and charging of gadgets in the cafe costs 50 pesos per hour. Their toilet is clean and smells good. Lastly, most of their food servers are deaf because the establishment is helping people woth disabilities specially deafs. If you are in jagna, bohol and not in tight budget, try to eat at this cafe.

Great Place and Great Food free Wi-Fi but GLOBE 4G is a lot better. Garden Cafe Idea Pension house's staff are deaf mute so eating and staying in the place means a great help to them. The room is good, but the cafe is better. A bit expensive, but the food is superb. Their quantity is literally good for 3-4 pax, unlike other restos…

Needs more traditional Filipino food on menu. Good service.

The room was basic, sheets had not been changed since last guests and a dead roach greeted me upon opening the door. It's okay for Filipinos, but foriegers should look elsewhere. The food in the cafe was mediocre.

4 stars here for value, more akin to 3 1/2. The place could use a bit of closer attention; some things are loose when they could be tighter, service is happy and warm albeit inefficient and slow. Still the people are wonderful here and they always appear to be offering service with a sense of care. Rooms are clean and at the price offered, that's wonderful. Filipino food in the cafe is good but not great. While there are some good items, a general rule of thumb is avoid non-Filipno items. Nice place.

Very pricy for what you get… stay away from the grilled fish not worth the money…

The Garden Cafe has good food, but price kind of high. The room is worth 1, 250 pesos. Lots of channels on the TV, air conditioning, fan, hot shower. The workers are very friendly. IDEA is a nice place to stay in Jagna.

Good food, good cause and a great place to take a break from driving. Very happy with the food and service.

This is a great little restaurant and Pensoinne run by the Intenational Deaf Education Association (IDEA). The food is great and it has great Wi-Fi access. If you are at Jagna waiting for the ferry this is a great place to hang out in the air conditioning.
