The room was exceptionally comfortable and had a luxurious feel. What we loved most was the stunning seaside view right outside our balcony, it truly made our stay even more special. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating to our requests, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ferrer. The villa is beautiful and the rooms feel luxurious, yet the price is very reasonable. The place has such a homey vibe—it really feels like home, and we were very comfortable the entire time.
The staff were all very accommodating, and we truly appreciated Ma’am Norelyn’s generosity. She even upgraded our friend’s room for free so we could all stay on the same floor, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
They also offer food—you can coordinate with the staff on what’s available for the day, and they can set up a dining experience on the roof deck (weather permitting). Imagine having dinner with a 360° view—it was absolutely amazing.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!

It was a pleasant surprise to find a villa in Batanes Island. Villa Ferrer is the only true luxury accommodation in the island. It offers the privacy, romantic ambiance and amenities that you will find in Shangri-La or Belagio Las Vegas with an extra personal care from both day and night shift staff. Me and my wife were very comfortable and well taken care of during our 5 nights stay. The staff were extremely helpful with our day to day activities, transportation, dining needs and van services from the airport to the villa. The owner communicated with us during our stay to ensure that we are comfortable and well taken care of. The location of the villa is also ideal for both the North and South island tour. We always wanted to get back to the villa after a day tour for a "power nap" and relax while listening to the ocean waves. Our room was located in front of the beach (non-swimmable). An onsite cook/chef is also available upon request for a nice lunch or dinner. The sea food dishes they prepared for us were fresh and amazing. To top it off, the property has a reliable Wi-Fi, hot water (with very good water pressure) air condition, and a power generator in case of a "brown-out". This will be our preferred accommodation in Batanes Island. Thank you Norelyn for letting us stay in your villa. A true GEM hidden in Batanes.

We stayed at Villa Ferrer in December and it was the best decision ever! Batanes is already a paradise but the villa made it even more special. Beach views, spotless rooms and personalized touches everywhere from the food to the service. The staff became like family, making sure we were well taken care of. Truly a perfect escape! I can’t wait to return! ♥️

Batanes was quite an experience. Adding comfort and relaxation was the stay at Villa Ferrer. I truly love the seafront and mountain view features of the place. Everything was calming and homey too. The staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Staying at Villa Ferrer truly made our Batanes trip extra special. From the very beginning, the staff made everything easy and stress-free by helping arrange our transportation, tours, and even dinner reservations. Villa Ferrer is about a short 15-minute van ride from the airport and is located in Mahatao, the second largest town on Batan Island. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet still convenient—you’ll find sari-sari stores, mini groceries, and even a cute bubble tea shop nearby. The villa is right in front of the beach, offering a beautiful sunset view.
The interior of the villa is beautifully designed with an elegant yet homey bamboo, rattan, and cogon theme. Our room (the Raditan Room) faced the beach, and we loved being able to keep the windows open to hear the sound of the sea while falling asleep (though air-conditioning is also available).
The accommodation includes free breakfast. Since Batanes is an island with limited access to resources, don’t expect a full breakfast menu—this is common across many accommodations in the area.

Our stay at Villa Ferrer in Batanes was truly unforgettable. The location is perfect (beachfront), offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to the sights. The villa’s fantastic interior made us feel right at home—comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.
The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The tour was personally facilitated by the owner, which made the entire experience even more special. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and deeply appreciated.

I found about Villa Ferrer while scanning Google Maps. I decided to book a 2 night Stay with the first Night Stay in the Suite Room and the 2nd Night in the Double Room (Hahan).
Airport Transfer is Additional since it is a bit far from Basco. I booked a tour on the same day as my arrival and just asked my Guide/Driver to drop me off at Villa Ferrer at the end of the day.
Your Guide/Driver may not yet know where Villa Ferrer is since they are less than a Year Old, just consult Google Maps. Villa Ferrer is at the end of the street (Paz) on the left side. Look for the foot Path as you might miss it.
1st Room (Suite) The room was so much better than the pictures in their website. It was a Big room with a Big Balcony. Beautifully designed and with local touches.
A Blend of Modern and Traditional. It had a Very Comfortable Queen size bed with Very Comfortable Pillows. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea. The Bathroom was huge, it had a bathtub, seperate shower and something that really caught my eye, a Stand Alone Bidet which you will not get to see often, it is something which you will see in Europe. And if that bidet is not enough, they also have a shower bidet! Heating is Centralized, a rare feature in Hotels in Batanes. They Provide Hand Soap, Shampoo and Body Gel. The room also had a lot of Drawers and Cabinets, so more than enough space if you brought a lot of Clothes. Get the Suite if you want a Really Big Room.

Villa Ferrer far exceeded my Expectations. I never thought that I would experience an amazing stay in Mahatao. I just booked Villa Ferrer for a change, instead of staying in Basco and I did not go wrong with my decision.
The Room was just perfect and beautifully designed, it was clean, smelled amazing, bright, airy and comfortable. The Bed was Very Comfortable as well as the pillows. Balcony was big and facing the sea.
Food was superb! Everything I ate was delicious and beautifully presented! It was as if I was dining at a 5 Star Hotel.
The Staff were all lovely. They were all friendly, warm and efficient. Booking is flawless. Norelyn is quick to reply to any question or request.
Staying at Villa Ferrer is like going home to your own house and I hope to go back again next year!

I recently stayed at Villa Ferrer in Batanes and I could not have been more delighted. The staff were communicative, kind and wonderfully attentive. I had booked the stay as a surprise for my wife, and they went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our room was decorated with balloons on arrival and, at very short notice, they arranged a private rooftop dinner for us which turned out to be one of the finest meals I have ever enjoyed.
The room itself was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and beautifully kept. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Villa Ferrer when I did. Should I return to Batanes, I would not hesitate to stay here again and I will certainly be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Love this place so so much! Everything is perfect! It’s homey! The staff and owner are amazing! I love the breakfast they prepared us. It was Homemade “Maytahes Dibang” or “Day-Old, Batanes-Style Flying Fish”. It was my first time to try it, but it grew in me. I had it for breakfast in 3 consecutive days and I still can’t get enough of. The sofa in the living room was so comfortable and we enjoyed watching Netflix like we were just having it at home! It was also my first time to try eating palm fruit which was placed on display at the living room and in the dining area. I fondly would get pieces of these ripened fruit and enjoyed eating it while watching tv. Our stay here has been blissfully serene. The ocean waves sound I love on Spotify is naturally heard on the background 24/7 at Villa Ferrer. Our stay may have been short but it was all worth it! Will surely come back!

I stayed at the Raditan Suite in Villa Ferrer, a beautiful beachfront villa in Mahatao, Batanes. The room was clean, cozy, and the tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was amazing, walang tapon! We were even surprised with a big lobster, and I’ll never forget the rooftop dinner setup, it was so beautiful, and the food made it even more special. The staff were exceptional, friendly, warm, and very accommodating. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape, Villa Ferrer is the place to be. 💙

A+ amenities. Surprising for a small town in Batanes! I was lucky enough to have the entire villa for myself for a day. On my first day after the tour, I asked if the sunset is visible from the beach outside. Yes and the staff ramped it up with an offer to set up my dinner at the rooftop and checked the exact time of the sunset!
All in all my solo trip was so perfect because I stayed here, they provided the peace and quiet and pampering that I needed. The comfort as well.

The villa is lovely, with rooftop access to enjoy the sunset and night time views. It’s a nice touch that dinner can be served here as well.
You can order food at the villa, which make meals convenient. Also, there is a snack shop a few steps away for more affordable but tasty options.
The staff were so accommodating with our requests, it made us feel at home.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Ferrer. It is located in Mahatao, about ten minutes from Basco. We are really glad we stayed away from the airport. The town had a beauty pageant on one of the nights and a town celebration on one of the other nights. It was great to be part of these events held by the community. We were even offered free food prepared by the locals that morning. The Villa is beautifully decorated and really comfortable. Our room faced the ocean. There was a lovely sea breeze so no need to use the AC at all. The communal living area was great for meeting other guests. You had access to hot water and could make tea or get filtered water at any time. The staff were super attentive, kind and accommodating. We really appreciate all the help they gave us. The chef gets a special mention. Every single meal we had was delicious. We got breakfast every day and had two dinners during our stay. Such fresh and tasty food. Make sure you order in advance. They even make breakfast when you have an early day excursion, so this was much appreciated. Thank you, chef. I would highly recommend Villa Ferrer for your stay in Batanes. You can’t beat the location, the beautiful Villa or the staff there.
