Your cottage is very spacious and I had a very comfortable accomodation. Your staff is very helpful and the food is reasonably price and taste good. We find a nice spot in yoir beach area which both my husband and I love so much. All in all we have an enjoyable stay just like we imagine our vacation would be like. We had a great time. The staff are very friendly and approachable. We stayed at the Holiday Home. Thought you need to climb 90 steps but worth the view. Especially the sunset. So peaceful all you can hear are the waves of the sea. Sooo spacious and safe for children. The owner was very friendly. Worth the two nights stay in this resort. Will surely be back again.

Terrible customer service. We were informed through email the night before that there's no electricity in the area. Our credit card was already charged so we went on with the trip despite that but when we arrived at the resort, we were surprised to find out that our room is located on top of the hill with about 50 steps. The front desk officers just didn't care that that our 72-year old mother is with us and we have a 1 year old baby. They insisted that everything is clearly stated on the website but nothing was mentioned about the room location and power outage on Booking. Com. Then the lady told us that we could have just cancelled our reservation. Again, we told her that we were already charged P5, 700 so cancellation was not an option. We asked for another room that's more accessible but we were told the resort is fully booked so we asked if we could talk to the owner. We had to wait for minutes despite being tired from our four-hour drive from Antique but the owner or manager didn't show up. Instead the receptionist returned and offered us a smaller room for our mom for an extra charge of P1, 200 How dare them to ask us to pay extra despite all the inconvenience we went through? Did they expect tha we can just leave our mother alone in that room while we are on top of the hill? After about an hour of dispute, they agreed that we occupy a smaller room for two instead. There are four of us plus a baby and we had to fit ourselves in the room.

This place is amazing! Definitely a gem. Second stay here and this time it’s for our honeymoon. The staff are so polite, and friendly. Peaceful and relaxing with a private beach. Paradise! Heidi (wrong spelling, sorry), the owner is friendly and a great host. My wife and I hope to visit here on each trip to the Philippines. Our stay at White Beach Front and Cottages was an excellent break from work and stress. We stayed in an ocean front villa where we enjoyed the view and the sound coming from the ocean. Also the staff was very attentive, professional, very accomodating and friendly. A wonderful mini vacation!

Best place to unwind away from the city. 1st time to see a shooting star because of this place the people are so nice, the serving of the food is enough for 2 persons, and the dogs are so friendly, not to mention the clear water. We will be back for sure!

The people from this place were friendly and thoughtful (especially the manager and the boatmen hehe). Peaceful and very romantic and beautiful place to just relax and escape from real life toxicity.

Nice foooooooooood. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing.

WBF and Buruanga was the biggest little surprise in Aklan. While we scrambled to change our vacation plans due to the confusion over Boracays closure, my GF stumbled upon WBF and Buruanga. I knew little about the area but strangely enough I immediately booked the resort. It turned out to be the right decision. Ms Hayde was very pleasant to chat with and all our questions were answered which made us more confident of our choice. When our flight was diverted from Caticlan to Kalibo, she was very helpful to offer us a shuttle service to the resort. When we arrived, Mike, the shuttle driver was already there making sure we don't get lost. He texted us the day before and just before the flight to confirm our arrival. The shuttle was so convenient and hassle free. Upon getting to Hinugtan beach, Resly and another staff was already there to help with our bags. It was quite a walk from the end of the road to the beach but we didn't mind at all. This hidden beach was a sight to behold like a movie scene or postcard like almost untouched. WBF was our little piece of paradise. We immediately forgot the city we left behind. All the stress was gone. The day never got boring. We either spent the whole day just staring at the sea or walking from one end of the shore to another or just letting ourselves be washed by the waves. Hearing the waves crash on the shore was music to the ears. Our little hut was just perfect, homey and comfy.

We occupied 3 rooms in this place for 7 people and since only 2 people is allowed per room we paid 500 extra for one more person each night. Our room are located at the very high end with 90 steps of stairs. For the second day, we complained because one room wasn’t used because of the shit smell. It’s disaster! Room upstairs was the same and my mom tried to sleep but she really can’t bare it. So she slept for 1 hour in the entire night. While other room got vacant and they slept on the floor outside of that smelly room. 3rd room was okay. They didn’t even tell us that situation was like this. They even told me smell is normally like that. They said it’s because of the bat or of the newly painted room or maybe of the cats! Seriously?! Look like we have to get used to the smell and they want to tell me that I just have to live with it! I am a visitor and I am expecting to take rest and enjoy with my family not to smell this shit in this house! Plus no one ever asked us how is our stay or even if we needed something! Nothing at all. I had to go down the reception and asked whatever we may ever needed and climbed up 90steps again. I asked for drinking water on the second night and it arrived next day at morning! That’s absolutely ridiculous! And one last thing, I rented the place for 2 nights with 3 rooms for a sum of 12k and they gave disc for 1k which made me paid 11k in total to think that we never used the other room for 2 nights? Terrible!

I mot very satistfied they avail a price of every cottages. Its very expensive also lodging is expensive.

We found one of the best places on earth! A jewel in a hectic world. Hayde and Phil are great hosts. It was a pleasure for us to get to know her. By the way, in WBF we had the very best Mango-Ice ever :-)

An amazing place with the best beach I’ve seen yet. The staff were very accommodating. The food was delicious and the views are breathtaking. A must see for anyone wanting to relax outside of boracay! Most places you stay you never meet the owners. And to be able to sit down and talk was wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality WBF.

The place is great. Very private and secluded. We went there with my family and the weather is nice. Great and private white sand, friendly people and best of all not that crowded compare to some other beach nearby. Highly rec if your looking somewhere private to chill and relax and away from the harsh polluted city of manila.
