Residencia Boracay

My friends and I stayed there for just a few days but we had the best time of our lives. The food was great especially the dried fish that was served everyday. The service was superb with the staff always smiling and greeting you every time they see you. The location was an ideal one as it gave me an opportunity to walk and explore the long stretch of the beach going to Station 2 and back to the hotel. We are surely going back to this resort hotel!

We loved our stay here! Location is perfect, beach front is nice and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. Enjoyed the dried fish they offered everyday and Filipino breakfast staples like Tapa, Longanisa and Tocino. Beach towel service is a plus too. The aircon of the room is so cold and the big bed we requested was very comfortable and can fit 2 adults + 1 or 2 kids. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. We had our rooms cleaned everyday and they did a great job. Wifi is fast and I got to work on my laptop.
Not so positive comments about the place:
— The place is old already. Walls of the room needs repainting. (not a big deal but just wanted to comment it)
— Bathroom also needs a bit of renovation. Peeling paint, rusted fixtures.
— I saw a comment here saying it kinda felt like an old retreat house and it did fit that description. Hehe.
Over all still giving this a high rating since also the price of the room is on the afforable side. Thank you Residencia! We will be back!

We found the rooms to be clean albeit old and quite dated. The housekeeping can only do their best given the state of the furniture and finishings. The rooms were giving “retreat house vibes” and not in the best way. However, the shining beacon that saved Residencia was its staff. They were super friendly and very helpful. They gave the impression that they really enjoy their jobs and that they were one big happy family. From the amazing kitchen and wait staff at their flagship restaurant, Sole, the warm smiles that greeted us every morning at the breakfast buffet, to the helpful housekeeping staff and the lovely ladies at reception, our every request was catered to and we really felt like we were part of their family. Food at the restaurant and during breakfast was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. The reception staff catered to our every need, providing unlimited beach towels for our beach swims, lending us umbrellas when it rained and even giving us plastic bags for our wet clothes. The hotel is located at the quieter end of station 1 near Discovery and is only one tricycle ride away from station 2 and D’mall. Location is unbeatable and given its pricier neighbours is very competitive. As for the rooms, refurbishment to refresh and tidy it up would do it a world of good especially the bathrooms. All in all, an excellent stay from a customer service point of view let down by sub par rooms. Basic accomodation for a reasonable price.

Location is perfect! It's in Station 1 and hotel is. At the beach front. Room is cozy. Best of all is their service. Staff are very friendly and the owners are very accommodating. This place is a perfect setting for our 25th Wedding Anniversary! They even set up the place for our mini-reception with romantic LED candles in the sand encircling the dining table. The owners even sent a cake with greetings and complimentary white wine! Thank you Ms. Agnes and husband and their lovey-dovey staff Julius and Jen! Thanks so much for making our 25th a truly memorable celebration. Highly recommended and will definitely our place when we go back to Boracay.

Nice place, clean and near the beach. Accomodating staff, good food and reasonable price. The staff prepared a suprise for my hubby's 59th birthday! Much appreciated. We'll be back with the whole family when tourist requirements will be more relax, we will certainly bring our kiddos and apos. Thank you Residencia for the wonderful accomodation.

No doubt! Residencia Boracay is a home away from home. Superb place, service and above all price/rate. All staff are very warm and accommodating even the owners… they're so nice to talk and approach hayyyyy out of words of their excellent service. Add the beautiful place! All worth it and pleasant specially for first timer like us. Food is also great and delicious!
I wanna thank them too for being my accomplice to surprise the man of out family during Father's day and it was a blast! Thank you so much residencia our 3 days didn't felt and look like 3 days we felt like we're home. Jesus bless you all!
