Mandarin Nest Boracay

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Nest! Our original booking via AirAsia Move was last November, but due to King’s condition, we couldn’t push through. We tried to rebook via Agoda and AirAsia but weren’t accommodated—yet Mandarin Nest graciously accepted our request and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff warm and approachable, and the hotel is very kid-friendly with easy access to D’Mall. Loved all the thoughtful freebies—definitely coming back! Very near to D’mall and fast food restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great too! Rooms were tidy except that it has a smell in room 305 like an old furniture or dust like. They are also good in assisting us as we were a big family. Complimentary requests were granted as we had different celebrations together in Boracay. Booked 4 rooms. Overall a great experience! Rooms at Mandarin Nest Boracay are fantastic! They’re very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The only issue we encountered was that our room was next to the service door, which caused some noise. However, the exceptional service we received more than made up for it.
The service was top-notch throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. They even went above and beyond to help me with a surprise birthday set up for my partner. We had to switch hotels because of the disappointing quality of service and room at our previous hotel, but Mandarin Nest Boracay did not disappoint us. The entire experience was truly fantastic!
The location is great, right next to Dmall and beachfront.

One of my favorite hotels, ever! Would recommend 100%! ⭐👏🏻 The staff are all nice and helpful. The room is very clean. Simple but really comfortable, and smells good even the cr! It has complete toiletries. They give a welcome drink and some sweets. They also give cookies at night. We were informed that they give free popcorn from 3-4pm but we're not able to avail ourselves. Such a good experience, will definitely go back here! It's beachfront, near Dmall, and some known fast-food restaurants. There's also an ATM in the place. Very convenient location.

We just checked in this morning at 2pm. Check in was supposed to be 3pm but they had our room ready. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a bracelet while in the lobby checking in. The desk agent was fantastic explaining all the details and perks of our stay. He brought our luggage up to our room. I wish there was a closet though. At 5:45pm they did a dance at the beachfront. Super great so far everyone is going above and beyond. Oh and even a welcome plate in our room. Thank you.

We stayed at Mandarin Nest in Boracay for 4 nights and honestly loved every moment. The service was exceptional, the best I’ve ever experienced. We received a welcome treat on check in, and every night they surprised us with good night treats like cookies or small cakes. Such a thoughtful touch.
Breakfast was delicious with both Filipino and Western options. The hotel restaurant, Hakuna Matata, was amazing. Guests get 20% off, and we ended up having lunch and dinner there multiple times because every meal was so good.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with great amenities including a welcome tote bag, robe and flip flops. The location is perfect, right on the beachfront. The rooftop pool on the 5th floor is a great place to relax, and they also provide beach towels.
This was genuinely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend Mandarin Nest to anyone visiting Boracay.

We really loved the hospitality of the staffs! The hotel and the amenities are top notch! Even the food fr hakuna matata during bfast and for self orders are delicious and worth every penny! They even gave us 20% discount! And lastly the location of the hotel itself is very ideal since it is near D-mall and to all other most visited places in boracay! I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Lobby was tiny with just fans for cooling, Wi-Fi keeps on disconnecting/ gets difficult to connect, room was small and average, no bathroom rugs, didnt get any complementary snacks on the pool side even though they said they will provide, their reason was they ran out of supplies to accomodate all guest, breakfast buffet was good though. Over all just an average experience.

I have the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Nest Boracay. A very comfortable, modern hotel few steps from the beach. It is very convenient for family who loves the swim and east access to convenience like food and other essentials when u need it. There is nothing I can think of that is negative in the current hotel set-up but I maybe management can consider having the roof top atleast covered or have some pool shades. Overall having a pool in a hotel at station 2 is a plus already.
As for my comment to staff from the concierge, door staff, pool staff, receptionist everybody are authentically nice and always have smile in their faces when talking to guest like us. I hope that management sustain the staff supoort they are currently providing to keep all hotel staff maintain their authentic hospitable service. Thank you Mandarin Nest.

Stayed at Mandarin Nest Boracay during their rainy season promo and was blown away by the experience. The rooms were spotless, the food was great, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond in every way — their warmth and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommended! :) )

We experienced an issue during the check-in process, but the supervisor on duty handled it with professionalism and kindness. To make up for the inconvenience, they accommodated our request for a late check-out and even offered free laundry service for everyone in the room. They were very sincere in ensuring we were compensated for the delayed check-in, though we chose not to take full advantage of their generosity. Overall, we appreciated their effort to turn the situation around and provide great customer service. Again,

Boracay Trip (Oct21-24) 🏖️☀️

I hardly write posts/reviews, however, this hotel really does deserve one 🙌🏼❤️ — Mandarin Nest Boracay.
To start off, this hotel is absolutely perfect, especially for people coming with kids 🙌🏼 🙌🏻🙌🏻. The rooms are very clean and “ALL” the staff are absolutely amazing.
As soon as we landed at Caticlan Airport, we got spoiled already🤭. We had our own private van to pick us up and a private speedboat to get to the island.
It’s our second time coming here in Boracay, and also my parents' first time coming here, so this trip is really meaningful for us.
We super love this hotel, specially the staff, who are sobrang accommodating, from the staff who welcomed us at the airport, the driver of the van, the speedboat captain, the bell boy at the hotel, and the front desk staff.
We also got spoiled with a free upgrade of our room; they gave us their biggest room, which is the one-bedroom suite. We enjoyed all the perks of this hotel, from daily buffet breakfast, snacks every day in our room, the refreshing drinks and merienda by the pool, the Netflix and popcorn every night (Nate's favorite), foot massage, and most of all, Afternoon Tea time at Hakuna Matata Boracay, and our complementary laundry. (Which is important to me because I didn’t need to do laundry when we got back to Manila🤭)
Overall, our experience was excellent, and we’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Their services are superb! All the staff will make sure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing. They have free afternoon and night snacks not to mention the breakfast buffet.

Seriously, the best hotel experience EVER! From the moment we arrived, the staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating – the transfer, check-in, everything was seamless! They greeted us with warm smiles, adorable bracelets (they even adjusted mine and my niece's! ), and welcome treats in the room! My mom even got a cute birthday cake! Huge shoutouts to Andy at check-in and Venner for the transfer — and a big thank you to the lovely lady who adjusted my bracelet, you were a delight from day one! The rooms were stunning and spotless, and the bathroom was perfect! Plus, branded complimentary teas and coffees? The breakfast buffet was a feast for the taste buds! Honestly, for the price, it's an absolute steal! We’ll definitely go back!

Celebrated our wedding anniv here. It’s our 2nd time and the experience gets better every time. Location is good, staff are attentive and courteous, room is clean. Food is good too, make sure to try their sisig cream cheese pizza.
Breakfast buffet spread is just ok but the beachfront view elevates the experience.
Will surely come back!

The whole experience in Mandarin Nest is amazing and unbeatable. Really feels like home, or nest rather.
Every staff there will take care of you, from reception, housekeeping, to the bar and resto staff.
The room normally doesn’t have a working station, but we received a random check up call from a staff, and we mentioned it as a feedback. Guess what, in just a few minutes they provided a comfortable working table.
Breakfast buffet was also exquisite! Will always choose Mandarin nest now for our regular boracay trips!

My family had a great stay here in Mandarin Nest Boracay. The rooms were clean. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The pool wasn’t big but it’s not much of a big deal since there were times that we’re the only ones using the pool. I also appreciate that they change some of their menus for breakfast. Location is proximal to almost everything you’re gonna need for your stay. I think this will be our go to hotel here in Boracay. Thank you, Mandarin Nest Boracay!
