Henann Lagoon Resort

This is a horrible horrible hotel. It definitely prioritizes quantity over quality.
It is probably in one of the most busiest areas of the island so if you are looking for a more relaxing and chilled experienced this is not the hotel for you.
It's built on a small area of land with the most amount of rooms they could make. The pictures do not reflect the reality. Whilst sitting by the pool, eating or sitting on your terrace I didn't feel comfortable or relaxed as every room looks out on to you. The staff here especially the lobby porters expect a tip everytime they look at you if you don't comply you get no service. The dining area is very small for the amount of guest they have and is very controlled. They have a list of rules as soon as you enter your room and I did feel as if Mother or Matron was watching.
We hard booked a 10 days stay and after 2 days we left and booked into another hotel. I strongly suggest the Four Points by Sheraton where you will receive true Filipino service, hospitality and care. Everything there exceeds anything Hennan can provide. Hennan is supposed to be a five star resort but the only stars there were myself and my partner. Lol.

Pick-up and airport transfers (both arrival and departure) were seamless and well-coordinated. The rooms were spacious, clean, and we were given a great pool-view room which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast had a wide and satisfying spread with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The resort is well maintained and relaxing overall. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, which was manageable and convenient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Henann Lagoon Boracay. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and truly made our vacation memorable. The staff are incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help — a special thank you to Enrique from the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests with genuine care and efficiency.
The swimming pool is simply amazing — spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The overall atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and luxurious, making it an ideal place to unwind.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

I recently stay at Henann Lagoon Resort Boracay, me and my little family had an amazing experience and we couldn't be happier with our experience at the hotel for 3D2N stay. Upon arrival, the airport transfer was hassle free.
The driver was punctual, friendly and even helped with our luggage, making our vacation effortless.
The accommodation itself was fantastic—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. I felt right at home! The staff were always on hand to assist with anything I needed.
One of the highlights of my stay was the private boat tour arranged by the hotel.
It was a breathtaking experience, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings at our own pace. The crew was knowledgeable and attentive, making it a memorable outing.
Overall, I highly recommend Henann Lagoon Resort, Boracay for anyone looking for excellent service and unforgettable experiences. I can't wait to return!

Definitely a good stay here at Henann Lagoon! They allowed us an early check-in time and Sir Jester Glenn gave us a room upgrade from deluxe to premiere. Clean rooms and pools, accommodating staffs (front desk, dining, housekeeping, guards) walking distance to the beach, and value for money. ☺️

I’ ve stayed in other Henann resorts and as always great amenities, spacious room, good buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
Reasons why this experience was less enjoyable for me, regrettably because it was a 5-day stay.
Wifi — not good at all, doesn’t stay connected and very weak. I stayed for 5 days and was working, had to use mobile data.
Location — I know that beforehand that they are located along the road, but I thought they would have a shortcut to the beach but they don’t. Deal breaker for me as I love catching the sunset after my work. I had to run and it’s a bit far for me.
Small incident — Day 2 of my stay morning I saw a mouse inside the room. I called for help they sent two people to catch it. I never had a peaceful day after that always worried there is a mouse under the bed or inside the bathroom where they eventually caught it. Asked them to put something by the door to block the space under it where they said it made its way into the room, but they didnt do anything. Didnt hear an apology or anything from anyone. Just disappointing. Never experienced this before even with cheaper hotels. They could have handled it better.
Noise — It’s very noisy like you can hear everything thats happening in the hallway or the room next door. I always thought someone’s knocking on my door but its actually the next door. It’s not good if you are a light sleeper or if you are working.
AC — not cooling the room enough to my liking. Just my preference.

Hotel is immaculately clean. Pool bar staff are great too — big shout out to Dennis. Food is top notch as you'd expect from a hennan hotel. Walking distance to the beach and very central location for the island in general. Would stay here again.

Our room was spacious and featured a lovely balcony with a pool view, which was a great spot to relax. The large bathroom had both hot and cold showers, and they provide free towels for the beach with just a card deposit. The expansive pool area, complete with a bar, was perfect for lounging. We loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, and the happy hour for cocktails was a nice touch! The Wi-Fi was strong, and while it’s not beachfront, it's just a short walk to the beach.

I visited with my family.
It was convenient to use the full access room to get a massage on the veranda at the same price as the full side.
The air conditioning performance was excellent and the staff was friendly.
The reason for choosing lagoon was its spacious swimming pool and pool bar.
The large pool with different heights was also great for young babies to play with.
In particular, ★Dennis, a pull-bar employee, offers friendly, quick, very attentive and sensible service. Thank you very much.

We had an amazing stay! Nico’s hospitality was exceptional He provided warm, friendly poolside service and thoughtful attention throughout, making our experience truly memorable! JP took great care of us, handling our bags on arrival and offering assistance at departure. Anthony was attentive poolside, always making sure we were happy and comfortable. The reception staff were also very accommodating. The lagoon pool was a real highlight, with its spacious layout and poolside bar making it the perfect spot to swim and relax. I’ll definitely be coming back in a few months!

Stayed here during my birthday and it was great and amazing. The rooms are neat and clean and have an amazing view as well. Hotel staffs are friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is so good and delicious, it's very hard to choose what to eat because they offer various viands.
They also have a huge pool! We enjoyed it very much! Will go back here with our family soon!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is not beachfront but it doesn’t matter coz we can still lounge at the beachfront area of henann regency. The staff was great, especially Ms Klea. She upgraded all our rooms (4 rooms) and even allowed early check-in once the rooms were ready. The pool is also huge which we love. We will definitely come back and stay again at Henann Lagoon 😊

The pool side bar is amazing and special thanks to kuya Dennis I really enjoyed my drink and I love the way you design it. I really enjoyed the way they take care of us. They also greet you everytime you encounter one of them, so if you really want to visit boracay the best hotel to stay in is henann.

This hotel is a real deal in Boracay. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beachfront. If you enjoy relaxation and peace, this place might work for you. Breakfast is the best on the island. The staff are dedicated to what they do, and you’ll feel safe here. Ramy did an excellent job with the buffet breakfast. However, the girls at the check-in desks should be more pleasing, accommodating, and vibrant in welcoming guests as they lack energy. The internet service in the room is poor with an on-and-off connection, but there is excellent connectivity in the restaurant area. Overall, this hotel should be on your bucket.

Henann Boracay won't rebook my reservation even when I can't fly to Boracay because the government has placed our city in quarantine. I have tried to contact them countless of times but they kept giving me a run around for a month now and I am done. I am resigned to the fact that this hotel is greedy and inconsiderate and wouldn't care if I'm stuck here in Manila or not. They got their money, that's all they care about. I know what you're going to reply so don't bother — go ahead and take my money for a reservation I won't be able to go to. Your hotel will soon close if you continue doing this to people. Do not let this hotel do the same thing to you.
