Chateau De Boracay

Room 303 had ants in the bed. I left after the first night. Loud noise from the markets until 11 pm. No toiletries included. Floor mat was dirty. About a 2 mins walk to beach. The staff was very nice.

Place is quiet. Affordable rooms and budget friendly stay in Station 2 Boracay.

One of the best hotel and affordable in boracay. They offer free breakfast with different choices everyday. Kudos also to all the staff, They always ask if we're okay and wanted to clean the room ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel was ok but the bad side was that in my room the fridge didn’t work no hot showers all in room 303

The staff were very nice and welcoming. I messaged them on Agoda at 12 a. M. And got a reply within 2 minutes—super responsive.
The location is great, just a 1-minute walk to the beachfront. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Great place for families.
On our last day, we checked out at 5 a. M. And they went the extra mile by preparing food for us to take to the airport.
The only downside is the road leading to the hotel. It’s a bit rocky and often wet, but in terms of distance, the location is hard to beat.

Pretty basic hotel. Bed, cold shower and breakfast. Do not expect anything more than that. I will not recommend the place because of a few things: the alleyway going to the hotel was a major turn-off. It is poorly lit at night as well. It is close to a pub so its noisy at night. We were not able to sleep until midnight due to the noise. Third, the Wi-Fi and TV has poor connection. We needed to transfer to another hotel due to these downsides.
If you are not fussy, this hotel is ok.

Great value for money. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, spacious and comfy rooms and just about 2 — 3 minutes walk to the beach front.

I would commend the 2 kitchen/housekeeping staff who attended to our needs during our stay. The only thing that I disliked was the receptionist. There were not accomodating and xoulr not decode on their own. The first room that was given to us was at the 3rd floor has a broken AC. Imagine that we came from our flight and the heat outside was so excruciating, and we arrived at the place only to discover that the room's AC was not working well. We waited outside the room when they were trying to fix the AC. We are asked to go down again to the lobby, together with our 5 yr old daughter. And the receptionist and the 2 housekeeping staff were arguing what other room they could offer to us. We were told again to go up the the 3rd floor and be transferred to the room next to the first one. But still, the AC on that room was not working. So we waited again, because we were told that there was no other vacant room that they could offer to us. After waiting for some time, they finally decided to give us the other room with an AC that was working well. They should have decided it earlier instead of trying to transfer us to other rooms witbmh non-working AC.

What a pleasant surprise! What an amazing staff. My beautiful fiancee and I spent 5 days at Chateau de Boracay, and it was truly just what we were looking for. Great rates clean room wonderful staff. At first, I thought it would not be accommodating to me because of the walk and the path to arrive, but once again, I was wrong. I LOVE BEING WRONG! Comfortable, so close to the warer and entertainment. We saw so many places while there that we could have chosen but nope. This is where I will stay the next time we go. And we will go again. Good food fun people. Great time in Boracay.

Dated hotel. About 2 or 3 minute walk to beach. 3 story building. No elevators. Paid about 1800 pesos a night. Stayed 3 nights. The room and bed were fine. But the bathroom had drainage and water pressure problems. Bathroom had sewage smell and water pressure was non existent. Our room was on the 3rd floor and at night you could hear the metal roofing rattling. It was LOUD.
It came with free breakfast. Western or Filipino style. It was fine. Wifi was spotty. Room had cable TV. The staff was very nice.

We were welcomed with free dinner as the owner thought our flight was delayed and probably tired when we arrived. Really appreciate the gesture. All hotel personnel were all accommodating. You can easily ask for anything you need. The rooms were great. Although the air-conditioning from our room wasn't functioning well through out our stay. And the down side would be the access road to the hotel. The weather in Boracay is unpredictable and when it rains, you'll most likely to pass a bumpy and muddy road. The white sands of Boracay is just a 2-min walk though which is great.

We just got back from our one week trip to the beautiful island of Boracay. We drove to Caticlan Jetty Port and had to park our car in a private lot. Then you need to pay quite a bit to cross on the ferry. 3 different fees. 2 fees on the way back. We stayed at chateau de boracy that was close to the beach. The first thing we noticed was the vast amount of vendors. Every few feet 2 or 3 people would ask if you wanted a seafood buffet, massage or parasailing. It was overwhelming at first and you eventually have to start ignoring them. By the 5th day they were on the path down to the beach and even on hotel property. It was simply too much. They are polite but very persistent. The ones with toys or ice cream go right for the kids to persuade the parents. Luckily Josh got used to saying no to them right away. Another huge drawbsck was the fact that don't take credit, even the hotel. Who carries 40000 pesos with them. Very inconvenient as the ATMs charge an outrageous 10% fee so we used Western Union for cash transfers. The food was ok and most was priced similar to Canada. That had many options to pick from including McDonalds and KFC along with many buffets. The beach was very nice after it was closed and cleaned. There was a lot of seaweed the first few days. We were not lucky enough to see a sunset as it was covered by clouds everyday but im sure it would have been fantastic. The people were generally friendly but the urgency to push products and services was too much.

We had the opportunity to go to Boracay and lucky enough to have a connection at this hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. Any supplies we needed we available right away. The internet was really good when it worked but often due to bad weather it was not as good. The breakfast was included and was good but not my first choice. By the end of the week I realized I could get other options that made it more enjoyable. The location was close to the beach but we had a bit of a walk down a dirt path that was usually full of water and potholes. The hotel next to us (10 feet away) was being used by workers in training. The first 2 mornings that were up and loud at 530 am. I told them to shut up and that was resolved the rest of the week. There were cats that yelled all night every night so sleep was difficult. I think the hotel should try and manage that better. I'm a pet lover but those were not pets just wild annoying nuisances that should be dealt with. The staff were very friendly and I would recommend the hotel but bring ear plugs. There are a lot of other options on the beach but of course more expensive. Oh yeah bring cash as most places go not accept credit cards and ATMs charge 10%. We used western union for cash and they charged about 6.5. All in all it was a good trip but I don't feel I need to go back anytime soon.

The bed was good and location excellent. Other than that, not much to brag about. I was disappointed as the only view we had was of the hotel next to us. Water pressure was awful. The breakfast was limited after I read the reviews on how great it was. Don't leave any food in your room or you will have ants everywhere. We were on the 3rd floor.
