Boracay Balcony Inn

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really enjoyed our stay at Balcony Inn. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, which made the place feel extra warm. The room was very clean and tidy, and the internet connection was great! which was a huge plus since I work remotely. The breakfast was also delicious. Already missing the vibe there!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's located in a peaceful spot away from the noise, but walkable to both D'Mall and the back beach. We actually stayed at a pricier hotel last year, but the customer service here was way better: daily breakfast, daily cleaning, water refills, and just a warmer, more thoughtful vibe overall. The Wi-Fi is also good for working remotely. You can tell it’s family-owned because the care and attention they give to guests really stand out. Heard about them from a friend and now I know why she recommended this place. We’ll be back!

We stayed at the Boracay Balcony Inn for 10 nights and LOVED it! The place is always clean thanks to the daily tidy-up, and breakfast never disappoints. The place is also quiet, so we had such good sleep every night. The customer service is top notch because the owners, Vee and Douglas, are super hands-on and genuinely care about your stay. They’re always ready to help especially with directions and local tips. Highly recommend!

Just wrapped up a two-week stay at Boracay Balcony Inn and honestly, I’m already missing it. The place felt like home; super clean, comfortable, and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to unwind on the island. What really made it special though were the hosts, Vee-Ann and Douglas. They were so warm, accommodating, and always communicative. You can really tell they care about their guests.
The Wi-Fi was fast (which was a huge plus since I needed to stay connected), and breakfast was always served on time, simple details, but they made a big difference. If you’re heading to Boracay and want a cozy spot with genuine hospitality, I’d 100% recommend staying here.

I had a really great stay at this place. Communication with V and Douglas was excellent; they are super kind people and both are very professional. They made sure I had everything I needed. The space is beautiful and my room had all the amenities I could ask for.

The room was also spotless, showing that they really care about cleanliness and detail. I also felt safe as a solo traveler staying there.
There’s a place to hang your clothes outside if you wash them.
They serve a tasty breakfast each morning, which was a nice way to start the day, and when it was time for me to leave, they arranged an e-trike to take me to the port. Very convenient!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that there are roosters at the neighboring property. While this wasn’t a huge issue for me, there can be some noise depending on when they decide to crow, so it’s just something to be aware of if you’re very sensitive to sound.
That said, I still had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Boracay.

We had the best 2 nights stay in Boracay. It's my sister's second time here in BBI and the staff and owner had a surprise treat (artisan bread) for her and boyfriend. Their attention to details is just WOW. They have minimalist design but the things you just need are all there inside the room. They even have notes for the instructions on how to use this or that — even a QR code to watch how to use the stove. The place is SO CLEAN. The beds, towels and sheets ARE SO COMFY. They have the most accommodating, friendliest and super helpful staff and owner. Hindi ka nila talaga papabayaan from arrival to check-out. Breakfast is also included during our entire stay — they're simple yet hearty and healthy meals. I definitely recommend this place.

This has been the most budget friendly accommodation Ive ever been to!
The owner are Kind and they will take care of everything that you need from Laundry, Printing, transfers and even some mineral water they HAVE IT!
They do have a daytime generator in case of power interruption and the Wi-Fi is 100% recommendable, perfect for Digital Nomads Like me!
I just did a spontaneous trip for this month, and I did score some bikini wear on their Weekend Bazaar The neighbors are friendly and they always have a smile on their faces.
Looking forward to go back by the end of the year!
