Really a very nice place nice very good service, very rich dishes and above all admitted my recommended baby 🐕 ❤️,

It should improve in the Hambiente, there is humidity in the ceiling you can see the fungi, the bed is very small, the TV is very small, the bathroom slippery for not doing good cleaning, terrible attention, I never had to go to that hotel, I wish not all the rooms were like that, it cost me 100 soles a night but it seemed 30 a night.
totally disappointed. I don't recommend them.

It is very spacious, and very beautiful, seriously you will not regret it and the people who work there are very friendly, hospitable, good people and very attentive, I like the atmosphere is very comfortable, has a rich season, and has nice places to take pictures and has beautiful paintings, and it is an accessible place and at a good price!

We stayed here 3 nights and had a great time. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, aircon works well, the restaurant and breakfasts are decent, and the swimming pool is perfect for those hot Pucallpa afternoons. The price is great too — cheaper than Las Galivanes (which is the other option with a pool), and we found the staff to be much friendlier and accommodating than at Las Galivanes (we went there a few times as we had friends there). Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shower was cold — the hot tap didn't do anything at all.

Excellent! The staff super attentive and friendly, with rest until 10 pm, I helped to org transport to the airport at 5 am. Recommended.

The overall looks nice, rooms, bathroom ok, however there is NO hot water for showers, the Wi-Fi signal is poor, breakfast bread is not good, should use chiabatta, served HALF of egg tortilla, the door lock is not working right, window lock not working, dangerous if you leave something expensive. Attention is ok.
