To be a 4 star hotel the attention to the tourist is terrible, the lady of the morning reception has no deal, they charge up to x the additional pillow when you are already paying x an additional person, the gym pqño and without air conditioning, breakfast every day is the same and very basic, it should be a law firm and when there are many people you wait a lot to be attended.
the pool is turbid every day.
Nice hotel but with deficiencies I would say q of 2 stars is fine.
