Madison Suite

We stayed from Saturday July 13 to Sunday the 14th, and in the room there were two beds, one double and one single, and since we were going out at night I left my phone in the room since it didn't have a charge, I left it under the pillow of the single bed, bed that we never occupied and in the morning we left the room and left the sheet behind only the one we occupied… and arriving in Chile (Arica)
I looked for my cell phone to charge… I realized that I didn't have it and I remembered that I left it covered in the single bed. I immediately called the hotel explaining that I forgot my cell phone.
The hotel belongs to a congregation (Jehovah's Witnesses) and they explained to me that the people who cleaned the room were not of the same type. Congregation…
They didn't give me any solution and I lost my cell phone. I must say that the cell phone was not one of the most expensive or the latest generation, but rather simple… but the most important thing was the photos and information on bank account codes and my work…
To date From this story they still haven't called me how they got engaged after they investigated…

Excellent, comfortable place with a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent staff, very friendly. We would return without a doubt.

We stayed 3 days, 2 nights, a double room cost us 80 c/n, the rooms were very nice and clean, the rooms are very equipped (bathroom, wardrobe, cable TV, fan, balcony with garage) the stay includes Buffet breakfast.
The most notable thing is the attention, the young man at the reception is very attentive and friendly 😃 👍. I definitely recommend it 👍👍

Excellent service from the staff, spacious rooms, comfortable, clean, ample parking, great breakfast, good place, I recommend it.

We paid for the suite with a jacuzzi to spend a romantic moment with my partner and we couldn't use it since a trickle of water fell and therefore it could never be filled. A disappointment really. Furthermore, another point against is the acoustics of the place since you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway. The good thing about the hotel is the attention of its staff and that it has parking for those who come with a vehicle.

Excellent service, the people who serve you are friendly and helpful… They have everything clean and tidy making the stay very pleasant.
